The Truth Behind ETF!
I have been researching and looking into Blackrock and ETF. I have never been a big fan of ETF and what i have just discovered has just further confirmed my dislike of ETF's!
Did you know, buying into an ETF, you DO NOT own the underlying assets! That's right, the Fund Manager has all the rights to the underlying assets... including and what i think, is the most important point, they have the voting rights, not you!
and don't get me started on "synthetic replication" or "swap-based replication".... not to mention $10T under management is fucking scary!
Between BlackRock/Vanguard and StateStreet, they are the largest shareholders in 88% of S&P500 Companies.
And you want to buy their Bitcoin ETF!.... Think again! #NYKNYB

Tell me Exacly or give me 1 Positive Causality that Bljatcoin brought to the world or what is the positive of it ? So far it uses up as much Electricity as entire African continent , it failed its "Store of Value" test at Covid discovery and is terrible as a Transaction means and it made more people poor than sufficiently sustainable with money (Rich). I can go on and on but i do not find any positive aspect of its existence
