I buy cloth masks because I can reuse and wash them. Masks are required basically everywhere in Texas.

I have youtube premium but that's a really great tip!

Hey guys! I'm looking into buying Huel meal replacement shakes, specifically the black edition. Has anyone tried this product or something similar?

Do you any astrophysics/scientific credentials? Asking for a friend.
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Poll: Is the creation of artificial superinteligence dangerous? on: December 21, 2020, 04:49:32 PM
I don't think it's a dangerous situation. The level of programming required to make a sentient being is beyond anything we have thus far. Humans would have to program conditionally bad behavior into the AI which would be dumb for obvious reasons.

I think this is especially true if fear is involved!

The tech giant finally took a hit!
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which phone will you choose for me? on: December 16, 2020, 03:41:18 PM
I would recommend using that as a downpayment and financing a phone. I like to treat my phones as leased cars. You can upgrade after two years and it just works out better than having to buy a new phone when you inevitably run out of storage.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Don't ever let anyone tell you that losing an animal is not like losing a family member. Household animals definitely become part of the family, dogs especially! It's one of the worst pains and I'm sorry that you had to through this three times with Covid on top of that. I'm sending prayers your way for sure.
10  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: December 10, 2020, 05:13:09 PM
What concerns me is how fast they've come up with it. I trust vaccines that have been well established and thoroughly tested.
11  Other / Off-topic / Infosys Company Environment on: December 10, 2020, 03:24:11 PM
Hey all! Does anyone have any experience working at Infosys or even in the interviewing portion? I have been learning for the last 8 weeks about software engineering in testing in order to secure an apprentice position. This was an agreement between Infosys and Woz U. I was told that there is a 90% retention rate to get the job, but upon interviewing Infosys seems to see none of us as a positive investment. They also asked us many questions not related to the position and were intentionally rude to us during the interview to test our resolve. None of us have heard back but we are all concerned this may be a testament to the company culture. Should we be worried?

Hey guys! I am very new to cryptocurrency and I am seeking advice on how and where to invest. I do not have enough to buy an entire bitcoin. I am wondering if it is better to buy altcoin and convert it to bitcoin later. There is so much information on the internet that it is sometimes overwhelming. That's why I am seeking your advice and getting involved in this community.

Pay off all my debt and buy some type of tiny home, most likely a school bus. Adopt/foster kids and dogs in need of a good home. Live well below my means so I can donate as much as I can to quality causes and charities.
