Upon downloading the new windows wallet from the hempcoin site, and re-downloading the blockchain, it dies at block 10000 again. It shows there are blocks beyond that, but never gets to them.  Are there issues with the coin again?

So you received double coins(which was obviously a mistake, but you probably kept them anyways) and we need to change our ways? 3% was only setup in light of the fact that there was an issue with the coin paying double and would be brought back down to 1% as soon as the coins were recovered. Many honest people returned the coins that weren't theirs.Those who did are now enjoying 0 fees on all of our pools. So yes, you received(kept?) a double payout and paid a 3% fee. I see no problem with that if you decided to keep the portion of the payout that wasn't yours to begin with.

The 3% fee, if you had read the previous post on the site, was to encourage people to repay double-paid coins.. As of now, and for the next 30 days, there are absolutely zero fees, as well as 100 coin block reward. I'm sorry to hear you're not getting as many coins on our service as you think you should be. Everyone's experience will vary.

For the next 30 days, use our pool and pay ZERO in fees. Zero block fees, Zero withdraw fees, Zero Fees Period.
