221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can BNB beat Ethereum? on: June 14, 2019, 06:39:58 PM
for now ETH and BNB I think are 2 altcoin faforites, and in my opinion binance is still too easy to compete with ethereum it could be that it takes a long time to be above ethereum and where the best in the future may depend on what will be developed.
Depends on what will be the next offers and updates coming from this two projects, in terms of value ETH still have the supports of many crypto lovers
while in terms of progressive uptrend binance after those launchpad already get a lots of interest from short terms traders.
Yes that is right. From the BNB or Binance side, we have had news of the IEO of Harmony and now a buzz about their stable coin being on its way is thought to have immense effect on the value of BNB and that it will push BNB up. ETH on the other hand has huge and crazy rate of adoption and this is what matters. Both have good demand in the market but according to the latest charts, ETH is leading.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto news sites do you read ? on: June 14, 2019, 06:25:52 PM
From the mass media I follow coindesk and cointelegraph.
But I think that the important and vital information can't be found there. It is in niche forums like this one, blogs on medium, reddit discussions and telegram groups. This is in case you want to be the first one that gets the information.
Yes same here I also follow coindesk and cryptonews.com. CNBC can also update you about the latest arrival and occurrence in the crypto world. So there are plenty of sources out there that could provide you important things about the crypto you need to know. I am also a fan of the market forces and they can pre-update you about what’s going to happen.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: June 13, 2019, 08:04:20 PM
actually the hardest challenge when going to change a bad activity is to fight the ego and lust for yourself because of addiction or being a sign addict someone can not hold back his lust.
Yes this is not as easy as said. The conflict between what your mind thinks and what your heart wants to have is full of ambiguity and you are always the victim of uncertainties. In gambling, it is important to have certain boundaries and limits and only then there could be some way to get out of the game full of lust. One should think about trading rather than getting into gambling.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Binance Is Becoming Too Powerful (and really scary). on: June 13, 2019, 05:01:15 PM
I don't think this is scary, rather this is the opportunity! Even if the Binance overcomes Ethereum I would not be surprised! Binance has strong community support, they keep promises, they keep developing the platform to give profit to its supporters and every attempt from Binance is being successful! Because other big coins are the Binance supporter too! So, we should celebrate it and I hope within two years BNB price will be 250-500 USD!

Binance dare to take a risk and use it as a good opportunity to gain more from the market and do better for investors. I think it will be a good market if there is competition like this. So each coins has to do more improvement day by day.
That is 100% correct. Binance is a risk taker like the CEO CZ. The more you take the risk, the more you improve and the more you attract people to use your exchange. You might have known about Harmony and the Binance Stable coins. There are very latest adventures after the hack of the exchange and this is something that influences a person like me to be part of Binance.
225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to sell for BTC on: June 13, 2019, 04:16:49 PM
You could use the digital goods section for the MS office keys but make sure to prove how they were obtained If you don't want to receive negative trust, most of them are not from legitimate sources and stops working after a while. Alternatively, you can use OpenBazaar for both physical and digital goods. I wouldn't use other platforms, especially If you're trying to avoid fees and commissions.
I am not sure how to prove but those software pack I got from my office. After the finished project they left everything for us to use. It was an NGO working under US-Aid in one for the third world county.
I think there are so many online stores that could buy your used or second hand items and you just need to visit the website of the online store, make an account over it by clicking register and upload the details of the commodities and the price you want to sell at. You could also use them for constructive purposes and that would be of great utility.
226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best alternative to Tether? on: June 13, 2019, 02:05:34 PM
There are lots of alternatives, lots of good ones out there that you can make use of. I don't even know why some of you feel like tether is the best there is while there are so many of them are good. If you're making use of the blockchain wallet you must have heard about the USD PAX, it is another cryptocurrency that is backed by the USD. So if you have the Blockchain wallet and have also verified your identity, you will be able to exchange your Bitcoin or any of the available cryptocurrencies for USD PAD right from your wallet. There are other similar coins as well that are backed by the USD. There is USDC which is the second alternative to tether. The next is TUSD
In your list, I only trust USDC because this is a recognized coin in many major exchanges and this stablecoin trading volume is always very high. I think there are a lot of alternatives now but if there are many stablecoin appearing on this market, the risk will be much reduced because we don't have to worry too much about stablecoin discount. In my opinion, the price of $1 should be maintained during this period so that all investors can liquidate the best
Same here man! I only go with USDC because of the wide recognition and a good stability of value. There is also the true USD and I think that is something that needs to be considered if you are planning to invest in stable coin. Binance is also on its way to launch its stable coins and trust me it is going to push up BNB. Binance stable coins is pegged to British Pound.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't blame the idea(ico) blame scammers on: June 13, 2019, 01:14:09 PM
Agree with author of this topic! Need to create some tool to check ICO if it scam or no, because ICO - it is good chance for many great ideas and innovations!
Well so far, the only reason to do so is to make sure they have a good project and that the project is profitable on the back of the tokens you invest in. The pure reason behind IEO success is the fact that exchange check the project if it is good enough to gain value. Had we had this same thing in ICO, we would have gotten huge returns for the money we had invested all this long.
228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is blockchain gambling business beneficial? on: June 13, 2019, 11:01:06 AM
Crypto becomes more popular thru the casinos that accepts cryptocurrencies and I guess those who are fond of gambling even before bitcoin are not getting into crypto just because of the advantages in crypto. Given the number of the gamblers world wide, its going to make blockchain platforms like EOS and TRX more popular in the future.
You could only decide this on the basis of the scale of demand for the online crypto gambling. Since we have had more gamblers in the channel than before, there could be huge profit in the business provided you have the best services. Learn from the mistakes of other people and make sure you come up with innovative solution to the problems to attract demand.
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency In The Gambling Industry: All You Need To Know About Bitcoin on: June 12, 2019, 08:00:14 PM
I think you have created a good thread for discussion in crypto gambling.I think that we are safe in gamblig with crypto as it gives us some benefits over traditional gambling with the main benefit being privacy.

There a lot of projects in gambling with crypto, people are trying because this is the future of gambling so I think we are safe not only in gambling but in many other industries that are embracing bitcoin day by day.
Yes there is literally nothing wrong about crypto gambling. Bitcoin on the other hand has been pretty much used in the industry and I think that we have other options like Doge coin and ETH to use as well. Depends on what options the online casino provides you and so on. In addition, you could also hide your identity and can gamble behind the mask.
230  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't share your email and KYC with every bounty or airdrop!!! on: June 12, 2019, 06:42:22 PM
So if a project requested for someone information it is necessary for you to give out your information only for you to get your reward from them.
I think your important email and the account or wallet details are worth far more than what you might make in a bounty or airdrop campaign. You need to do the cost and benefit analysis first and only then think about getting involved in such things and sharing your details. For me, it is not worth sharing your information for the benefits in an airdrop.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Benefits in cryptocurrency trading. on: June 12, 2019, 06:13:34 PM
Congrats to you for getting good profit in bearish season through trading, trading is not so simple it need some good experience and you need to take risk but never put all eggs in one basket.
There are huge reasons to invest in coins and trade them over an exchange. You can double your money by trading your coins. In addition, the trade might be quick and instant when there is bullish market at head because in such a situation, the speculation is always at the peak. But trading and making money in trading is not very easy and you might need to suffer before the joy.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From Janitor to Millionaire on: June 12, 2019, 05:54:18 PM
He really did make a headline here in the Philippines, if you convert it to pesos that's over 350 million, he can now retire and enjoy his life since he is now on his 50, he can plan a better life for his children and grandchildren I think he is a good guy, he will definitely going to take care of that winnings.

But in the interview he said they will continue ro work this person is so humble and kind congrats for winning in lottery draw you made it now your daily life change. Always remember dont give up for every problem you will encounter just be a good person make a hardwork and God will suprise you one day.
How do we just conclude he is humble because he promised working as a janitor, I listened to the news and the first thing that crossed my mind was, there is every probability that the janitor has no plans for the money and rather than wasting it, he would prefer to save it somewhere for his kids then continue with his work.

I think this is one of the disadvantages of gambling. It does not give winners or gamblers the opportunity to plan because they always don’t expect to win, you can’t compare it to investment where we already know what to do with money even before it comes, because we are expecting it already.
Depends on the mindset of such earner either if he do gain those money from gambling or pure hardwork or investment. If they do have that kind of sensible mindset
then priorities would be the main thing in mind because you dont know the hopes or plans of certain bettor when hes betting on lottery.Either he do want to buy all of his wants or just for the sole purpose on giving his family a decent life.
Exactly. Over here we are talking about the sudden luck and fortune that is so hugs that makes you think of how to deal with the money and only the wise man could come up with good ideas to invest profitably. People like Winklevoss Twins who had gotten huge money from Mark Zuckerberg and invested in Bitcoin back in 2009 I think when it was lower than $1.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Officially Confirmed Their Coin! White Paper To be Out This Month! on: June 11, 2019, 06:35:00 PM
Waw, I am very happy to hear this news. I really appreciate Facebook's steps to compete in issuing crypto currency coins. I can't wait to wait for the coins issued by Facebook and this coin is on the market. I believe the enthusiasm of the community to welcome this coin is very big. I predict that this coin will later become a competitor of crypto currency coins that are classified as great. I hope I can buy this coin on the market. I can't wait for this coin to be on the exchange site.
This is official now, facebook coins will be around towards the end of the year and this is not bad. They think it is going to give a hard time to Bitcoin but I doubt that. Bitcoin is the leader in crypto space but Facebook coin might make the transaction thing easier. But let’s see how it would go because there could be stuff about regulation and decentralization.
234  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: technical analysis is enough to be successful in trading ???? on: June 11, 2019, 03:33:35 PM
Technical analysis helps, but it is not enough to be successful in trading, as there are many other factors, experience, and timing are also very important.
Yes this is right, technical analysis is not all you need to be successful at trading. You need many other factors to be aligned in the same direction. You need a bullish market as well and a low initial cost of investment. In addition, if you have some good experience, you would end up making good gains in trading. So you need to focus on all these factors.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some IEOs could also turn out to be scam on: June 11, 2019, 02:55:55 PM
I couldn't disagree that it can be the reason of scammers to enter this new project. It could be the reason for another mass fund raising. But compare with the ICO's reputation, since IEO is still new I still in doubt about it but still had a good choice if we choose IEO than ICO. Considering exchanges are the one's responsible for this project thus i don't think reputable exchanges will allow scammers to ruined their reputations.
In IEO, you have to get an exchange to sell your tokens and raise funds for you. So if an exchange out there is a scam and dubious exchange, it will conduct an IEO which will be scam and will take people’s money but it is just not possible and scammer would try to look for something easy than going through such a tedious scamming activities. In other words, it is not possible.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is popular, what do you think? Will you participate? on: June 11, 2019, 12:17:48 PM
I think IEO is popular and its in much demand by investors nowadays because of the profits it offers. However be mindful that not all projects in IEO is going to succeed.
Yes there is great demand for IEO in the market especially the IEOs that are conducted on Binance because of great and profitable reasons. I have plans to go for the next IEO to be conducted on Binance and have already a wallet over the exchange. In addition, you could also invest in IEO on other good exchange if you think they are worth putting in your money.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the ICO project to invest on: June 11, 2019, 10:08:42 AM
In my opinion, it is important to evaluate the practical use of one or another solution. And kinda evaluate whether the one is valuable. + evaluate the industry
I think you need to know about the project on the back of ICO, the greater the project, the more efficient the ICO would be and there could be gains of value like what had been happening in case of IEO. I would prefer IEO over ICO because of many reasons like profitability and liquidity and many other reasons as well. In addition, the project on the back of IEO is checked and evaluated by exchange.
238  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchanges for newbies. Does it exist? on: June 11, 2019, 09:29:17 AM
There is no such thing exist. Peeps said that top 5 exchanges are "safe" but once you trade there it's not what you may have imagined.
Just do more trade, at least once you fail, you will know what to do to not fall at the same hole. I mean, only sticking to the safe side might be dumb especially when you are experiencing issues like dump and shit.
I think there are some good exchanges out there and you could easily register on the exchange and can trade and speculate etc. You do not need some particular exchange for newbies and this sounds a bit absurd as well. I heard about an exchange that can train the newbies for trading in the real crypto market and this is often recommended as well for gaining experience.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any casinos that have a 0% house edge? on: June 10, 2019, 11:39:27 AM
Casino won't gain profit without a house edge.

That's the reality, even 1% house edge which is low but they are making huge profit if the total amount wagered are bigger.
It's their advantage, and it's where they make money operating the casino.

If it does really exist that casino won't last long. It would attract many gamblers but I don't suggest playing there. Something like a 0% house edge for a limited time or event is enough.
Or maybe a scam casino only, I don't see a casino with zero house edge that are successful and popular in the crypto world, most of them has house edge.
That is right, I doubt about a casino that claims to have 0% house edge and if one does claim, it is a scam one because a casino would never push their money under the light of probability. They always make sure they make some money regardless of the win or loss of the gambler. So it is important to choose wisely and gamble on a casino that is average.
240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on an insect fight? on: June 10, 2019, 10:38:24 AM
Well I have done some very crazy betting I had bet on the weather if it would rain or not(with out any forecast) I had bet on roosters fight and although I have to get bet on insect fight I can not rule out the possibilities of it happening

It made me laugh a bit. You know it is the game of probability. Bet you would have won the gambling on weather had you seen the weather forecast earlier. Speaking about the original question, I think there is no joy and fun in gambling over the insects because you would not even know which player are yours and which is the opponent.
