1  Economy / Economics / Bitcoin Tech to reveal the secrets of Wall Street on: August 10, 2015, 09:12:44 PM
This lucrative market is controlled by a small group, mostly the prime brokers. According to Josh Galper, a financial consultant, the lending of securities has always been enclosed network. He continued to say that only the players of the market can borrow and lend securities. However one Patrick M. Byrne, who is the CEO of Overstock.com and a strong reform voice on Wall Street, is ready to do what it takes to make this market open. He wants to use the blockchain technology that uses bitcoin currency and take stock loan online. This will put out there for everyone and allow other people to make money like the rime brokers and lenders. Byrne believes that this make is now in the dark and needs to be placed strategically for proper exchange and enable every one to participate.

2  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Australia Says Bitcoin is Money – Japan says Bitcoin can’t be owned on: August 10, 2015, 04:57:38 AM
Well Australia is right about one thing, Bitcoin is money, but not the current, it's the future money. And Japan I think treats bitcoin as tech rather than money so they think it can be owned only used.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much btc should a person have in a economic collapse situation? on: August 08, 2015, 05:06:25 AM
I think that very much depends on which country you live in. Most of EU countries have the same ratio of their currency value. But in the third world country like us, where inflation is just too much, the amount of BTC needed to stay safe, is quite hard to predict.
6  Other / Off-topic / Re: What phone do you use and what do you think about it? on: August 08, 2015, 05:00:13 AM
I use a Sony Xperia M Dual.

I have been using this for two years now, and looking around some of the phones of my other friends, I am quite happy. The touch feeling is just awesome. But the most important to me is the design. Simply the best

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what do you think about xapo.com on: August 07, 2015, 06:08:14 PM
Xapo is a web-based wallet system, so alls you need to access it is a web browser and Internet connection. Xapo is known for having reasonably advanced privacy and security features, especially for a web-based wallet. The company supports payments through a debit card system, making it easy to spend your Bitcoins. The app is also friendly for newbies, so if you’re new to Bitcoin, give Xapo a close look.

Pros: Xapo debit card system allows you to use Bitcoin ATMs and spend at merchants across the world.

Cons: Web-based wallets face extra security threats, and you won’t be able to manage your Bitcoins without a Internet connection.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the amount that every Bitcoiner should own ? on: August 07, 2015, 06:04:41 PM
It depends on the level of responsibility of the user.

Some fool might have too many coins and list it in the mishaps.

Some try to contribute to the community and establish himself even though he doesn't have significant amount of money.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin compared with traditional banking and payment methods on: August 07, 2015, 06:00:47 PM
Bitcoins are much faster than any other fiat currency. When it comes to speed, the fiat currency system is nowhere near the promptness of Bitcoin. Whenever you need to exchange from one fiat currency to another or to make a transaction, the wait is sometimes unbearable. In the era of speed and precision, you can either get through the banks, their questions (not to mention their fees) and wait an eternity for their approval, or you can just use Bitcoin to transfer millions of dollars, for negligible fees, in a matter of seconds.

20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $600 before December? on: August 07, 2015, 03:00:27 PM
I don't think bitcoin will reach that point. It will be more along the lines of 350$ in my view.
