Didn't get a confirm from Steven, but it seems that reenrolling starts again.

I have 898 posts including this one.

I don't know what happened to the other packages, but the USPS site tells me that the package has been send to malaysia.
I live in the Netherlands and it arrived already 10 days ago in Amsterdam (I thought the customs needed to take a look at it).

No one else has this problem?
363  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Small Block on: April 25, 2015, 06:03:16 PM
There are actually blocks that have no transactions included. I think the payout then will be only 25 btc as there are no miners fees given to the miner

Do you have examples of these? I cant imagine why there would be no transactions unless they were very early blocks.

Yeah, these things happen. It happens if blocks are found like 1 second after each other.

Btw OP, why do you have to ask that question? Every senior member is supposed to know this.
364  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: April 25, 2015, 04:22:57 PM
Hi,

I haven't read the previous pages, so I don't know if more people have the same problem as me. I have forgot my password of my account (Josephtt).
When I ask the client to send me a reset code, it says that it has been send, but I can't find it in my inbox.
Is this a known problem? Can it be fixed?

1)  check spam folder

2)  email us -->   support@swcpoker.eu   we can help you out
I immediately sent an email. They replied within 7 hours, which is pretty good. I replied them, but I haven't heard of them in 36 hours.
The email address they send the mail with was a@swcpoker.EU
Could you check if they can look into my mail?
365  Economy / Services / Re: Need Someone To Count Potential Activity on: April 24, 2015, 02:04:46 PM
What are you talking about? The activity you'll have when you make a lot of posts?
It's not that hard, right? It will be approximately 448.

366  Economy / Services / Re: [Offer] Looking to be an Escrow for new Altcoin on: April 24, 2015, 10:01:21 AM
So you're offering escrow, to improve positive feedbacks? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Having a lot of positive feedback, and then offering escrow.

Also I don't see why others would use you as they have other more reputable escrows to choose from.

I bid .16 BTC.

So how many hours from now does the auction end? It's not really clear.

Here are the SHA-256 hashes of each file. It would be great if someone could quote this post so that no one can claim I edited it to make someone else win Smiley

No Directbet doesn't support Monero coin. I think for now it only supports bitcoin.

No, you're not right. DirectBet accepts litecoins, dogecoins and dash as well.
371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does investing on a bitcoin dice bankroll a good idea? on: April 17, 2015, 08:24:11 AM
Considering the fact that they share only 50% of the house edge with the investors, I'd say no.
On the other hand: the house edge is quite high, so 50% of that is still a lot.

I don't think that satoshidice has a lot of volume. I think investing in sites with higher volume is a better thing to do.

373  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hufflepuff Making 2k BTC On PrimeDice Nov 2014. March 2015 Update: He Cheated on: April 14, 2015, 04:35:18 PM
I saw the video on youtube where Hufflepuff rocks, but how did he cheat? He did not seem to use any playing system, but the rolls were quite slow - did he manipulate seeds before them or series of them...?

From what Stunna has said it appears that Hufflepuff used an exploit to reveal his secret server seed and so was able to calculate the numbers he would roll before he rolled them. So he was able to win and lose whenever he wanted to.

Actually, he had another account with the same server seed. He simply filled in the same user seed, and the rolls were the same. He could preroll with the other account and use his hufflepuff account to make the high stakes bets.

Edit: what I'm trying to say: it wasn't really an exploit, but a mistake from Stunna to give multiple users the same server seed.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the pay date yesterday? I haven't seen anything up to now.
375  Economy / Auctions / Re: CloudMinr.io account | ~0.24 BTC EST. WEEKLY PAYOUT. on: April 13, 2015, 01:43:05 PM
Since cloudminr.io is very likely a ponzi https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387.0;topicseen), I wouldn't advice to buy this account or this site.
376  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Free guessing game - chance to win 1 BTC on: April 11, 2015, 09:40:25 PM
A free guess? Not bad  Smiley

My guess is 12 BTC
377  Economy / Gambling / Re: 10$ to 15,000$ challenge - sports bet :) on: April 11, 2015, 11:59:55 AM
These challanges are always fun to follow, but here is a thing:
Sportbooks make the most money from bets with very small payout.

If you want to have the highest chance to reach that 16k, you could better use higher odds.

Another thing:
If I was you, I'd put some money aside if I'd reach a certain amount. E.g. if you reach $200, you put $20 aside, so if you bust, you are not losing money.
378  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Christians hate people? on: April 09, 2015, 08:52:24 AM
I guess here goes the same story as with the 'why does the Islam hate people' topic.
There are a few people who are extremists/killers etc. Those people will attract the attention of the media. They make a certain group of people look bad.

Don't judge a huge group of people based on a few who call themselves Christians, but in reality are not Christians.

Btw, I am a Christian myself, so my arguments may be a bit biased.
379  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Giving away 1 mBTC: guess the number I have in mind on: April 08, 2015, 07:07:33 AM
Can you send the funds in escrow and make a hash of your number, so we can verify you didn't cheat?

If you do that, I'll give it a try. The answer can be guessed within 140 guesses.
escrow is no problem, will do that tomorrow but don't see why it's necessary, i'm not going to cheat  Grin
how do i make a hash?

Go to this website: http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator
Fill in the exact number with some extra random letters and numbers in order to prevent people to bruteforce it.
It should look something like this

Code:
*yournumber* AK$t4tsl445 (any random letters and numbers)

Keep those letters and numbers, so if we can't guess it right, you'll be able to prove that we indeed didn't guess the number right.

If you've filled it all in, copy the sha-256 hash, and post it here.

Why would anyone want to bruteforce this for 1mBTC?

That was my mistake. I initially thought that the prize was 1 BTC, but it turned out to be a thousand times less then that.
380  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Rated # 1 by Bitcointalk Members ! on: April 08, 2015, 03:26:39 AM

i see.. i guess its only on me or its just only on DirectDice that is half the points gained?

No, you are not the only one. DirectBet announced it some time ago that the Dice will give you half the amount of points compared to sports betting:

We would like to inform you that Direct Dice No House Edge promotion has ended.

Going forward, the house edge will be between 0.49% - 0.99%, depending on your betting volume.

We will continue to provide the 10 BTC Jackpot on the house, so the true house edge will actually be lower.

To accomplish that, the loyalty points awarded to Direct Dice bets will be cut by half.

Note that this change will not affect any of your sport bets or All-In Poker bets, or Direct Dice bets that are parlayed with them.
