83  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustadice Next Generation Dice (Ƀ 20 max profit & 10 bit faucet) on: December 15, 2017, 11:18:25 PM

yeah like for example. just-dice, dooglus(owner) takes 10% commission on investors profits once a  week. if no profit that week, investors funds are untouched.

but yeah 10% of what you invested doesn't sound right. plus investors are -50btc now. so you lose btc on investing and then lose 10% of your remaining funds.

10% commission on all profits, and 10% investing fee are 2 completely different things.

Effectively, on bustadice, you have to pay 10% to even be able to invest (which should be covered by people who invest after you, but that's another topic), AND they take 25% commission on the profits (not directly, but in the long run they do). Investing here is therefore less attractive if the volume on both sites is the same compared to their bankroll.

88  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 TRANSFORMATION HAS BEGUN! CSNO TOKENS ADDED! 🎰🎰🎰 on: December 11, 2017, 10:44:42 PM
if u just buy tokens before the profit share does that count??

Yes, the profit is shared equally between all tokenholders. It doesn't matter if you bought the tokens 1 day before they share the profit, or if you have held the tokens for 3 months.
89  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum specify change address? on: December 10, 2017, 09:10:52 PM
I am not sure if you're able to send it back to the same address in Electrum, but the other answers, I can answer.

It doesn't matter if the unspent amount goes back to the same address, or to the change address. Your wallet holds both private keys, so you're safe. It's just as easy to spend as it was in the original address.

If you had only 0.02 in your account, and you would send the same amount, you would just have 0.08 BTC less in change, so 0.007147 in stead of 0.087147.

Great reply, thanks!

Is there a way I can always avoid sending 0.1BTC? it seemed like a large amount to send... when I was only sending 0.012

The only way to avoid it, is by receiving it in smaller amounts.

Just imagine your 0.1 BTC as a piece of paper. The way bitcoin works, is that you have to send the whole piece of paper. You can cut the paper in pieces if you want to though, but you have to send the whole paper.
If you want to send smaller amounts, you should receive smaller pieces of paper first. If you received 5 small pieces of paper, you are able to send only 1 smaller piece.

The pieces of paper in this example represent 'inputs' in a transaction. You have to use the input you got to make new outputs.
Do you understand, or is this example too complicated?

DO THEY NOT REALIZE PEOPLE LOSE MONEY EVERY FUCKING SECOND THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. I HOPE THEY READ THIS MESSAGE MOTHER FUCKERS KILL YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kraken is DEAD. Can't fix anything.
Dont use.
Avoid or your worst nightmare.

Jeez, what an overreactions here.

I am using kraken as my main trading website, and I have some of the problems descriped in this topic as well, but it is not unworkable.
If the website doesn't work, just refresh the page until it works.

if you're doing multiple trades every hour, I would advice you to trade at kraken, but if you trade on daily basis like me, kraken works fine.

Came with the offer here, just seen your terms Grin 1.15BTC escrow and postage or 1.12BTC and collect the CAS myself

As you can see, higher bid has been made.

Do you want trade for Kialara bars?
No, I only want to trade for BTC.

In The Netherlands myself, I can offer 1.15 BTC.

I'm looking for 1.22 BTC, since the value is already 1.117 BTC at the moment. Calculated for BTC, BTG, BCH and CLAM, and maybe even other free coins which I forgot.
0.1 markup seems very reasonable.

97  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★Crypto-Games.net ★ 10 coins ★ 7 games ★ Since 2014 ★ Largest crowdfunded casino on: December 09, 2017, 09:53:50 AM
Hey crypto-games,

I just noticed something in your system what shouldn't be there.
I cashed out 0.04 BTC. You sent it to my address, but the inputs are not even confirmed. That's not how you should handle business. Now I need to wait for your incoming transaction to be confirmed first, before my cash out is confirmed.

Basically it means that I am dependent on other on how much fee they sent, because if they send a low fee, the transaction will take a long time before it is confirmed. My cashout has to wait for that, so I have to wait for other transactions to confirm.

IMO, you should send coins to people who cash out only from confirmed inputs.

I believe sometimes blockchain are having some pending activity that so many of them that not getting their money because of pending. And I think that is not some problem at all, in the end you just got your money on your wallet. About the inputs pending, I believe some big site will face this problem too, like crypto games to not paying you must not be possible. Anyway may I know how much fee that you used to withdraw? Fast or just a normal fee?

I used the adviced fee. That doesn't matter though. The point is that they use unconfirmed inputs in a transaction, which they shouldn't do.

i know that you said that you're full at the moment, but I would think that I have a better then average quality post then most signature spammers around here, and I actually know a chunk about the technology behind bitcoin, which a lot of people these days are lacking.
