It should already be in your balance, check the bottom left of the screen. It'll either say the amount you've sent or 0 (+amount you sent unconfirmed).

I only have 0 in my balance, but my receiving address has 0.005xxxxx amount  Huh Huh

I'm a newbie, please help!

I have some BTC in my received address, & I want to add it to my balance so I can sell it.
How do I do this? It's confusing.
