editors changed their mind Smiley there is also a PDF version that you can purchase via Nxt Marketplace for 1 USD: https://nxtforum.org/ebooks/the-mysteries-and-puzzles-behind-the-cryptonote-technology-(theses)/ (view at http://76.176.198.6/market/ ) - it is interesting that it is really possible to buy and sell books by using Nxt blockchain Smiley

Wow! You have very interesting thread there on nxtforum.org.

Is this true that Bytecoin is the second project by Satoshi Nakamoto since he decided to fix the errors that had been made in Bitcoin? Just curious, I read it in some article, but I'm not sure if it’s true.

I heard a different version which I like better, a funny one -  that Bytecoin is another project by Satoshi who started it  because he had lost the keys to his BTC wallets. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll ever find which one is true.

It is temporary, don't worry. Bytecoin hasn't exhausted its potential, so the price will reach a fair level

Looks like all bugs are fixed and new code is working stable.
Nowadays Bytecoin appears to be a good coin to invest into as being shown by my own purchases of BCN

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][XCN] Cryptonite - elegant & anonymous payments based on CryptoNote on: July 28, 2014, 03:50:23 PM
Bytecoin was a fucking stupid name because it was already taken, and also because it sounds too similar to Bitcoin.

Cryptonite is a fucking stupid name because the PoW is already called Cryptonight and because bitfreak! already released something called Cryptonite.

Haters gonna hate...

Why don't you actually do something useful instead of bitching endlessly?

You sound pathetic. Go and jump in the lake.

Hello everyone, there is a thread discussion on what you would like to see in an open source GPU miner for Cryptonight algorithm coins. Please discuss what you would like to see in a GPU miner similar to Claymore's excellent miner, if your algorithm can stand to benefit  Smiley

Yes you are. But as damiano said - it's quite difficult to find a block.
I'm not agree with you. Maybe you just doing something wrong? Everything seems to be fine. Check the dev's instruction.

20  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Is there a user friendly Bitcoin light wallet besides multi bit ? on: May 24, 2014, 07:15:01 PM
I've migrated completely off my computer to my smart phone and cold storage. Mycelium works great for storing coin and also spending from paper wallets.

Is mycelium new or something didn't heard of it, basically i want to buy Bitcoin send to my wallet and send o an exchange, but first want to send it to my wallet so need something simple like the original, do you know how much space the bitcoin-qt takes?

I also wonder about that 'myceliem' . Is that a new wallet or what?
