Not to sound like i'm trolling but it seemed like the graphics took a step backward from the last previews I saw, particularly this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMHIfxLIvvoI know how hard it is making good games i've actually done some game work myself years back, just asking what happened, did the game engine have to change or a team change? I wasnt actually working on the game before, just directing, now I am the only developer on it, but there is more content in game now. The problem with the version before was they couldn't figure out networking/multiplayer mode in the unreal engine version. That was kalisto showing off before trying to get everyone interested in a new game engine that none of us knew how to work with. The important thing to consider is im pushing forward with this and as the people behind unity3d update their program adding new features and rendering/shading abilities to the editor. the graphics will get better. I currently am not participating in the beta tests for unity 5, but I am keeping up with it and I am quite impressed by what the new version will offer(ps4/xbox one style graphics) and I look forward to upgrading when it is available publicly. Unity3D 4.6.2 is still using ps3 style graphics which I am ok with for now. Give the demo a shot before u knock it. Demo 15 will be available sometime this week, myself and coin2's web designer will be testing it for connectivity on his server today. Also if u haven't noticed, the old versions of the game were actual programs, my version is purely web based, you don't see graphics like this on many web based games. Also the maps and everything about that unreal engine demo save for the jumper map was stock unreal engine assets.. hardly original..

Im downloading the Unity Webplayer now! @King - nice job man! I see the future of CoC as a huge sandbox! I love the idea with heli and a car. Map is huge. It's very cool! 2015 will be the year of C2 So when are we playin' together? Hmm send me a pm on fb, might need your help to accomplish that so we can, your better with unity than i am, i tend to focus more on the graphical area though.

Actually havent got to jump on yet. Worked...picked up 2 asic miners ....and busy trying to set them up. Proceeds going towards coin2. I was half asleep when i was on earlier, but hopefully your support can go towards bter and kill that sell wall at 150 sats for over 1mil c2.. why the hell is people trying to hold us back when were doing good and keeping on task now!! lol Edit: the order has moved to 188 now.. whoever it is seems to be watching

Glad you guys are enjoying the demo, feel free to post screenshots, will help other new people see what the game offers. You can kill the giant spiders, but they cant kill you, i was testing them and forgot to remove it, oh well their annoying and too damn big, they take alot of bullets.. one of the warehouses in the village has a special blue spider though

i dont see any server
right click, go full screen, then create a server, network multiplayer is still not working , but there is a ton of monsters, new ones. follow the path on the map to the village, but i suggest visiting the lake first, collect some better weapons. I will be working on getting multiplayer done this week even if it means putting off the model of the eastward grocery. I am itching to shoot someone that shoots back, lol. If anyone needs me to I will make a guide for starting the game. Let me know, but it will be tonight before I do, about to go visit my grandma.

Something to note is that you must right click the game window and go full screen in order to see a menu in the game window that isnt displaying properly. Sorry will adjust this as well as the game title still saying its demo 13 instead of 14. In order to experience the zombies and new spiders stay along the path towards the village. In case anyone is wondering where the village is located, here is a large map for you also showing off the first spawn point.

Ok im done with getting things ready, now im waiting for it to build. Then we have to wait for nick to come online so i can have him upload it to the coin2.us website. Fun times.. and idk if i just like my own work or not but i literally have been done for an hour and had to play things myself, lol... if i didnt know where things would spawn already it might have actually been funner than it was.

Ok update on the progress of getting the demo ready, Network testing of the spawnpoints and spiders being killable was 100% successful, . So when I finish getting things ready, happy spider hunting!

Just one of the spawn point locations, the way they work is as long as your inside the red area, which is invisible during gameplay, in this one 10 monsters will spawn. After their dead you gotta leave the spawn area and come back and 10 more will appear. Others will have random amounts of spawn numbers. No main menu tests yet(I'll call this Network from now on, thats basically what the main menu is for, the network manager.) I'll do the network tests for the spawner here in a bit, then I'll strategically place a few around the map. I still have to fix the spiders, I haven't spent much time working on the game this week really, been more focused on the Eastward Grocery store. Though hopefully its a small fix because they can die if i load the map directly, its probly just some bug in the network code. Though I will let everyone know to avoid the little bastards if they can't die. Gonna include them still cause I promised to show off the other new spiders.

Ok guys and girls, give me some time, i got the spawn points working correctly i think, havent tested when the map loads from the main menu yet, but thats next on my list, then im gonna spread the spawners out to the village and around the lake area and block off portions of the map for now so everyone can stay in just the tiny area for now and experience the spawners. The new spawning system for the monsters will add the suspense effect to the game I am wanting, walk into a room and zombies and spiders (and future monsters) can come running out of rooms and stuff at you, will be cool.

Thanks man, but im probly bout to take a nap, feel like im gonna pass out, so like i said it will be really late tonight or early in the am eastern time zone when i release it.
Better to take the time and come back to it fresh. Another few hours won't make a difference. Pace yourself, still lots to do so no point killing yourself now as you will only sicken yourself of it. Well i took my nap and im back fresh and ready to go, im aware already it will be after 1am EST when i am possibly even able to upload something, I have a certain father in the house that likes to hog the router and play call of duty ghosts on his ps3 and our connection is shitty and he acts too good for lag and throws a fit when he gets shot.. and im like its not like your really that good anyway, lol
