So, Bossmanjack, a guy who resides in Virginia in the United States gets a deal with a casino that strictly prohibits play from restricted areas even with a VPN wins almost 200k and no KYC.
You can bet your ass if I played and used a VPN and won 200k they would undoubtedly deny my winnings under the terms of service.
In fact, I signed up and went to the live chat and asked them if it was ok if I could use a VPN to play and they immediately closed my account.
So they are going to look the other way for Bossmanjack because he will bring in new depositors most of which are Americans.
Shady ass site.

Duelbits 20k blackjack promotion is bullshit. The promo only runs on the duelbits branded Evolution blackjack table for 5 hours a day. The promo runs 16 days. That's 80 hours total promotion time to give out 20k. This table is dealer shuffled which takes 5+ minutes depending on speed. At best you can get 2-3 shoes a hour. Lets just assume the high end 3 shoes a hour which imo seems unlikely given full tables and some time each hand to deal and players make decisions. Most of the people will be betting under $25 which gives a prize of $25 and some will get $50 for bets over $25 if they get the special card in their hand.
Even if all the players won $50 thats $12,500 maximum payout at 3 shoe a hour.
They are liars it is not even close to a $20,000 promotion. More like 5k.

Yes this user is indeed real, the implication that we would create a fake account to try and cheat users out of 100k of the millions in crypto given away to players this month without evidence is ridiculous. This user has been doing some massive wagering the past week and won fairly.
You guys are not even buying tickets to this raffle this is an incentive for players on top of all the regular bonuses, this reaction is disappointing.
Stunna, Are you Eddie or just someone who's related to Stake? I am trying to believe I am speaking to a honest person (your trust level in Bitcointalk is high and I see it's mainly for signature campaigns where users left you positive feedback). You are saying "this user is indeed real and won fairly". I will get to that "real" part in a second but I must relate to the 2nd part of your own words first. Regarding " You guys are not even buying tickets to this raffle" - take my account for instance. Wagering $108,000 is "worse" than buying a raffle ticket - and one of the main reasons I did it or any other player would have done it was believing you might have a fair chance winning the raffle. You have people here who deposited thousands of dollars, their hard earned cash - and risked it, time and time again - and you just put it all off by devaluaing what real human beings did here in order to have a fair chance? "You guys are not even buying tickets" - that's a very nasty comment if you ask me. Now, I'd like to move on and talk about this "real user". I've been following on this member who joined Stake around 8 days ago. Here is a screenshot of his position in the race from the 26h of December 2021: Wagered $315m Now here is a screenshot of his position in the race from the 27th of December 2021: Wagered $315m And here is a screenshot of his position in the race from today, the 28th of December 2021: Wagered $315m So this guy found about Stake 8 days ago, wagered like crazy over $300 million, and now after the Christmas giveaway is done and no one (or let's say no genuine account holder) can beat him to win the other $1m race that is ending in a few days - then he decided to stop wagering? If this is a genuine account then I'd assume the adrenaline, the rush, something might have persuaded him to keep on betting with Stake, as he literally used the site to wager $300 million ... I remind you - you are the one in this thread saying "this user is indeed real" - perhap it's a real Stake employee, which is a real human being being behind the account - I am trying to analyze your words, and what you're trying to convey here.I'd like to point the readers towards other posts in Stake's forum itself e.g. https://stakecommunity.com/topic/49609-scale-from-1-10-how-disappointed-were-u-in-the-stake-christmas-promos/page/5/#comment-1020748"4B wagering in just 3 weeks, that's bigger than any big time casinos like MGM or Winn.. There are very good investigative videos exposing Roobet's shady practices on youtube. I am sure some federal agency is going to be noticing about this site very soon.."https://stakecommunity.com/topic/49609-scale-from-1-10-how-disappointed-were-u-in-the-stake-christmas-promos/page/5/#comment-1021488"Would have been better to actually not give us anything than saying million dollar prize and they open fake account to claim that prize." https://stakecommunity.com/topic/49607-1000000-christmas-raffle/page/3/#comment-1021201"aabb123123 came out of nowhere, wagered 315 million in 5 days, won most of the giveaway money and on the way to win the race as well, and suddenly he decided to stop wagering. Also the username kinda give us a idea this account is made intentionally to get the winnings, i mean if some whale made an account to gamble, they would have given a username that made sense other than a random one.. Oh and btw he only placed 6k bets to get that much of a wager and eddie said he cashed out huge. It doesn't add up how and when all of this happen when cashing out after a huge win would require kyc and it would take atleast a week to sort it out as far as i have seen in the past! Correct me if i am wrong but this doesn't look alright to me!" https://stakecommunity.com/topic/49688-aabb123123/Just read the thread. Keep digging until the truth comes out. BTW, I follow a Twitch streamer who is genuine as they come has been waiting over a month for a 30k withdrawl. Stake keeps rejecting his notarized documents. He is in Canada so he didnt have to use crypto. This guy has had some massive tilt issues in the past so it appears they keep stalling him in hopes he chunks off the 30k before they finally verify him. Seriously a fucking month plus to verify and then keep rejecting legit canadian notarized documents. People say why would they make their own account but lets be real by having a house account to win the mega race and suction off raffle prizes they saved themselves 400k. Well done Stunna.

Hello!
As the user in question has sent a complaint to our license holder, we have to wait until they come up with a decision.
Kind regards, Karl Bitcasino.io
LOL cmon Karl you know as well I do that the Curacao gaming commission is corrupt as shit. As long as you keep feeding them money for that BS license they will always look the other way. Why doesn't the OP if he really has a case use a site like AskGamblers to mediate the situation and both sides can present the evidence. @Bitcasino.io How come you don't have a legit license like from Malta or some other reputable licensing? Thats a great question that I'm not sure is in your pay scale to answer LOL, you already know the answer to that. Hell this casino won't even offer a match bonus. So I believe they stole the OP money. This casino is always out to save a $ lol Hahah I know. Cheap SOBs. They don't get my money anymore because of their cheap ass loyalty program. Really is that hard to keep old school players like us happy with a weekly or monthly match bonus. What really pissed me off seeing they give small time low life streamers 300% match bonuses but the guy who plays every fucking day for years a stick up his ass. Anyways, I perm closed my account after 6 years and told them to F off. But one thing I always given them credit for is always paying fast. Most of these complaints are bogus scammers. In my 6 years never had any payout issues.

Bro stop wasting your time on this forum with a complaint as big as yours. It will get you nowhere. Go to a mediation service and force their hand to supply sufficient evidence to a 3rd party mediator that you cheated with multiple accounts. They have an active rep at AskGamblers. https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/betchain-casino-review/Make an account there start the complaint process and wait for the casinos response. It forces their hand to produce clear evidence that you cheated or you get will get paid. It is a very good site I have used a couple times successfully gotten paid from casinos that were otherwise trying to cheat me my money. Good luck my friend with your case. I hope you get paid your winnings.

I'm gonna point you in some right directions if you truly believe you've been scammed and want to try get some resolution. First off, their license in Curacao means nothing. It's one of the shadiest licenses casinos can buy to seem legit. Curacao don't give a shit about helping the players if a problem arises. So you're just wasting your time there. Trustworthy casinos do not license their casinos in Curacao. They get legit licenses from Malta or other places. Anyways, my advice to you is try a mediation service. Posting your complaint here is a good start but no one here is going to help you much as you've found out. So lets start. You can try using casino sites like casinomeister: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/community/casino-complaints-non-bonus-issues/Make an account and present the facts and evidence. Starting with a thread is a good idea as it gets Roobets name out publicly and puts pressure on them to resolve your issue. Then from there you can use their Pitch-A-Bitch service which starts the process of a mediator reaching out to the casino directly to get a response and get you paid if the facts are straight. Then, I would also use the complaint resolution service at AskGamblers. That's also a really good site to get the casino to respond to and present their facts or evidence. A mediator will then decide your outcome. If you go to this link you will see Roobet has responded to a complaint in the past here. Be sure to be factual and give supporting evidence to back up your claim. Do not let your emotions overtake and be professional about it. https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/roobet-casino-casino-review/I have used both of these services successfully in the past to get paid when a casino was dodging me with a payout. You'd be surprised how fast they are to respond to these mediators rather than you trying to reach them yourself. There you go my friend. You will find much more success at resolving your issue then wasting time with Curacao or posting here. If you have been completely honest and not broken any of the sites terms and conditions there is a high likelihood then you will be paid. Good Luck.

LOL you come up with the dumbest promos ever. Why waste .60 a spin trying to be in the top 110 only for $5 in free spins? So basically you want people to lose lots of money playing slots so you can reward a few of your high rollers with a few free spins? LMFAO!!! Why don't you tell your players how much each free spins are worth and what slot the free spins are on??? Thank you for your opinion, Lucky7btc Promotions with free spins have always been the most popular in Bitcasino. Our players have asked for these, so here's another one. There are 12 different Play'N GO slots you can play until the end of June. All the terms and conditions can be found here. Cheers, Karl Bitcasino.ioYou guys were wayyyyy too generous with the free spins for placing in the top 100 of the Bitcoin prediction promo. I was lucky to land two guesses inside the top 100 without winning a prize but you rewarded me with two sets of spins on slot Steam Vault. For both combined spins ( 20 total) I received a whopping 40 cents. Man, I don't know how you can afford to keep giving out free spins.

They are business, they should not use false information to promote their service. Without tx id/or winner testimony those made up banners are worth nothing.
If you don't want to believe the winning players here on the Roobet then nothing will force you. Don't waste your time and just focus on your own campaign. Also, how do you know that these are just false information? Is it just because you have nothing to expect? There are actually winning players who don't want to be informed or give their testimony, presumably for their privacy and security. I'm pretty sure that they are fake, because not even bet id is provided, just words. They are not high on trustworthiness scale. I've been a lurker around bitcoin talk for a while and also an avid player of Roobet a few months now, I'm down several hundred dollars there but your baseless claims are too hilarious not to comment to so I've had to dig out my ancient account, don't get me wrong from what I've seen they've still got a long road ahead from them and they are still relatively new but your claims are hysterical. A casino doesn't need to prove the legitimacy of any bets to someone like you, and as this was a live casino game sourced by a third party, you don't seem to know how they work, typically the provider will charge a percentage on each bet or the profit the site makes overall from their services, you're trying to say that Roobet simply sits their all day placing bets on their games while racking up fees with their providers or made the win out of thin air to mislead users? I'm part of a roobet discord with some friends in the community and this was shared there https://prnt.sc/s8v7dq - seems like it must be fake right? no, I didn't think so. I think any casino in the right mind would want to capitalise on such a win, and you're really firing them down for that just because you seem to have a grudge against them? You also question the capability of Roobet paying out a bet of this size, casinos like this typically are a multi-million dollar business & have a huge amount of investment behind them, they'll probably make at least $250k back in a few days, if not double that, they work with a lot of influencers which probably have brand deals consisting of tens of thousands, I couldn't see a business of this size sacrificing their integrity for that, I really can't comprehend your logic, it's beyond me. Hey wise ass if they are so legit then why do they need to have twitch streamers place high stakes bets on blackjack/slots/monopoly etc with fake money? Sorry but that practice is very unethical. Its really scummy especially when the target audience on twitch are teens and young adults that don't have much money. But they see their favorite streamer placing $500 blackjack bets with fake money and think they can do that to. Its a very dangerous road to go down if they ever want to be a respected online casino, which at this point I doubt will EVER happen. Also, the twitch streamers encourage anyone in gambling jurisdictions where its illegal to play online to bypass those filters set in place by government to fake their identity and location with VPNs. Again very scummy especially since Roobet has in ther terms of service that using VPNs is specifically against the rules. But they are only there for show they are looking the other way for now. They don't care if kids underage is gambling on their site because they do no checks. All of this is super shady. I won't stop exposing the scum that roobet is because I've been gambling online a long time and I know a shady ass casino when I see one.

Since you bragged on Twitter that one lucky person from your site won 240k, how about posting the TXID of the payout?
If you cannot provide that you are a scam operation posting fake wins to lure in more suckers.

Probably one of their bullshit shill "sponsored" twitch streamers playing with monopoly money that cant be cashed out. No pun intended

@Lucky7btc @Trayber
If you guys aren’t happy with the loyalty bonuses & the way they run things then don’t deposit there. Nobody forces you to play there, everybody has their favourite sportsbooks & casinos. If bitcasino.io isn’t for you then find somewhere else to play.
It’s simple really guys!
Peace.
Solid points made here. Don't like; don't deposit. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to grasp this concept. There's a global crisis going on right now; surely you guys can think of a better way to spend your time than by spamming/FUDing a Bitcoin casino thread... Dude go jump in a freaking lake. This board is free to express the like and dislike as clients who have been long long time members and spend lots of money Couldn't agree more!! I'm quite sure we are not the only ones complaining either because month or so ago they sent out email asking for feedbacks on the loyalty program. I'm sure many others are displeased as well. I agree with Lucky whoever designed the new loyalty program should be fired. The goal is to keep people playing to unlock higher rewards not the opposite they get so pissed off at the crap free spins that they quit altogether. Just bring back deposit bonuses and add in free spins or comp points. Keep it simple its really not that hard to run a casino marketing dept. Bitcasino used to do the best job in the entire online industry of rewarding its loyal players with gifts, bonuses, free plays etc. Now you have people in charge that have no clue whatsoever. Hi Trayber, Even though we didn't just take into consideration but actually built the loyalty system directly from the recommendations and feedback from the majority of our players, from your posts I can appreciate it might not be suited to your specifications, as always I pass on any feedback to the company. Cheers, Karl Bitcasino.ioThanks Karl always appreciate you taking the time to read posts and welcome feedback. I'll always still play because you guys have great games and fast payouts. The higher loyalty tiers just arent worth chasing anymore i found. Anyways with the pandemic going on right now in the world there is more important things to worry about than gambling. All the land casinos around me have shut down. Time to focus on other things. Maybe by the time i can gamble again regularly you will have deposit bonuses back Stay safe my friend.

This site seems shady as hell. Putting thousands of fake money into twitch streamers accounts to place big bets on the blackjack tables etc is super sketch. Also encouraging users to sign using VPNS to get around the gaming laws in banned locations. Wow I could go on but theres no point. I'd steer clear of this casino.
obviously you have a meaningless Curacao license only further illustrates why players shouldnt put their money on your site.

I tried to give this place another chance. But your loyalty program just plain sucks. I win $1.32 on Free Spins going up 5 or 6 levels. You guys should bring back bonuses. I am done until this place changes...
I know the free spins are hardly worth it even you get up several levels. Yet I was watching a twitch streamer promoting bitcasino and they are giving him 300% deposit bonuses. How about taking care of the loyal players that have played at your casino for years not some shady streamer. F'in ridiculous.
|
|
|
As good as this casino once was with their fast payouts easy to understand bonuses, they went down the dumps. I use my long time reputation here to tell people avoid this casino like the plague.
They will use every term against you to deny a cashout.
Their slots are tightest on the market. They use the lowest RTP setting that RealTime Gaming (RTG) allows. Most of their bonuses have max cashouts which further reduces your RTP.
Its in peoples best interests to not deposit your BTC at this casino.
I'm ashamed for once recommending this casino on this forum. But that was 5 years ago when they were run much better than they are now.
Finally if you do decide to play here make sure you read through the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb and dont rely on the support to help much.
|
|
|
Of all the things people could be complaining about, bonuses are the only thing (aside from the few scammers making multiple accounts).
To me, that says a lot about a casino. THEY PAY They don't play games delaying payouts in hopes that you cancel the payout because its taking too long, only to rip the balance.
Their 'loyalty' program has some flaws in it, but all in all I can say i'm satisfied. I got a bunch of free spins from all the promos going on right now and didn't win much, if anything, but you honestly can't expect to €10,000 from freespins with zero wager. Hell, just a week or 2 ago I won over €400 from the free spins. I rarely cash it out and just play because I'm more or less here for the entertainment and hopes of the big wins.
I've given up on hounding them for deposit bonuses as I know they will never provide them again. It is what it is. Other casinos offer deposit bonuses, so they get my deposits first if there isn't any promo worth going for here. I live with it because of the instant payments, no hassle, active support they have here, and their pleasant live support.
Well said. They are an awesome casino with a great selection of games and they dont delay payouts. That's what is important when looking for an online casino to play at. But they also been known for their awesome most generous promos. They simply have gone downhill in the promo department. Maybe if enough people give feedback they will improve. I think they focus most of their attention now to the sportsbook. They make them way more money now than the casino side. Btw, a few years ago I did win almost 10k in the free spins without wagering so it was possible. That's why its frustrating to wager tens thousands just to get to the next milestone reward only to win a dollar.

101,010 trees take root with Bitcasino players' loyalty points! You can read from our blog how it was all done and what our director had to say about it Click here to have a short readCheers, Karl Bitcasino.io How about investing back again to the players that make up the site. Again this month the loyalty rewards are dog shit. Wagering tens of thousands of dollars then getting 10 free spins that returns .2 of one mbtc is pathetic and insulting. The xmas promo sucks to it gives the free spins on storming flame. The biggest pos slot I ever played that returns nothing. At least last years christmas promo was decent with free spins deposit bonus giveaways etc. Whoever is in charge of promos now has no clue what players want.

For those of you interested in watching here is the link to around 30 bonus buys. 2 of them paid some profit but nothing special. I then got around 7 spins at 50,000 megaways and still only won 250x. It seems like 1 in every 25 buys of 1500 euro actually gives a player profit. But even if the win is 800x the player has still lost 20 x 1500. 95% of the buys end in a loss greater than 700 euro. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gEnSwFp5oU&feature=youtu.beJust for you I did a buy earlier on kong for 30 eur. and it returned a little over 200 eur. I'm sure your numbers are fine the bonus buys in general seem like a rip. The Extra Chili bonus buys tilt bad when you gamble your spins for more and end up busting out and dont even get to play a bonus.
