1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Official FutureBit Moonlander 2 Driver and Support Thread on: June 10, 2021, 11:44:42 PM
My Moonlanders are grinding to a halt and after a couple of hours mining. BFGminer says no miners found and rate drops to zero.

If i go to BFGMINER, press M and + and do "all", the moonlanders start back up again.

Is there a way to auto check if the rate has dropped and restart the moonlanders without having to check and do it manually?
Running them via a Raspberry Pi

Thanks

Got 2 Moonlanders running on a Rasp Pi Zero with BFGMiner.

problem is that the speed is dropping every few seconds on both of them, until it is 0 speed after an hour.

Any ideas what is causing this?

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / How to multi mine LTC and Doge at the same time? on: May 13, 2021, 09:53:51 PM
Hi,

Been mining LTC using my lowly moonlander 2 scrypt miner running dfgminer which connects to my litecoonpool worker.

How do i multimine LTC and DOGE at the same time and get payouts in seperate wallets? Do i need a different pool to do this?

Any help appreciated
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: FutureBit Moonlander 2 USB Hubs Thread on: February 26, 2021, 01:02:27 AM
Hi,

Got a Pi and 3x Moonlanders.

I want to power them with stock settings, what is the lowest powered Hub that will allow me to mine 3x Moonlanders with the Raspberry Pi?

I'm not using mains, looking to integrate with an existing solar setup, so need the lowest possible way to power and mine with 3x Moonlanders from a Raspberry Pi.

Any ideas which hub will do this? I tried a 3 Port Belkin non-powered USB hub and it doesn't detect even one of the Moonlanders.

Anyone found a non-powered USB hub that can handle 2 or 3 Moonlanders without external power?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / BFGMINER and USB DualMiner on: February 10, 2021, 11:21:58 PM
Hi,

Anyone able to help me get an old Gridseed 1-Chip USB Miner working (just for novelty)
I used Zadig to change the Parent driver to WINUSB. If i use traditional driver, it gets Interface 0 to COM10

When i run BFGminer it just doesn't find the device, any ideas

Here is my bat file:
bfgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://litecoinpool.org:3333 -u Username -p PASSWORD -S dualminer:all --set dualminer:clock=850

tried bfgminer v5.4.2 and 3.10.0 as well which is meant to work with gridseed - although mine is 1-chip only Dualminer

With Zadig set to winusb drivers i can get it working with cgminer, but it's always showing stratum messages, so wanted to try bfgminer

Any ideas?

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Gridseed 1-Chip ASIC DualMiner won't work on windows 10 64-bit on: January 08, 2021, 02:29:15 AM
Hi,

New to the board, can anyone help me locate the Windows 10 64-bit drivers for this Gridseed 1-Chip ASIC DualMiner: https://cryptomining-blog.com/1428-power-usage-and-thermal-images-of-the-1-chip-gridseed-dualminer-usb-asics/

Cgminer just says no devices detected! - Waiting for usb hotplug devices or press q to quit

Looked everywhere and can't find the official gridseed (website no longer around) and windows sees it as a  Dual RS232-HS Devices.

I ran Zadig to install the winusb drivers, but even with that, cgminer(3.8.5) still not working.

Can anyone please help?
