"Well that body building site is great. Should be easy to find him as well, we now know he is 165lb and about 5.8. Also it seems he lives in south Africa so we will need to report to the police there as well as file an international fraud case with the FBI.

Edit: After some quick googling I found exactly where he is, Durban Area, South Africa and is currently attending Northwood High School or Durban High School.
