41  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [5000 TH] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + VarDiff on: September 06, 2014, 01:13:22 AM
This is a score based pool(most are pplns which are even more strict) so when you leave you loose and when you come back it takes some time to build back up. Pool hopping doesn't work. It's programmed into a pools software to make you loose profits thus preventing cheating by hopping around to pools having good luck at that time.

so i mine 15 of 16 hours and instead of earning 0.00625253 BTC for example, i earn 0.00000379 Huh Just for 1 hour without mining?Huh??

Wow SO FAIR yeah..........
42  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [5000 TH] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + VarDiff on: September 06, 2014, 12:42:40 AM
Seriously?HuhHuh?? Is this REAL?Huh:

22744    2014-09-05 23:47:22    16:38:03    94748423641    20309840    0.00000379    319285    25.08303967    99 confirmaciones pendientes

i have been mining this last block like 95% of it. Just left and started mining on another pool because im testing pools.

And i just receive 0.00000379?Huh? 16 hours block, and i have been mining it like 15 hours, and i receive that?HuhHuh WHY?Huh because when block was solved next hour, i had my miners off?Huh??

that suks really..........

i have double shares than previous block and i receive 0.00000379 BTC???

How much you earn on this pool /block for lets say 1800 GH/s ?? almost 2 TB.

thx!

EDIT: and how much difficulty you put for workers???

I have 4 Antminer S3. Should i change default "4" ? to "256" for example?

and where can i see current block progress? Cant find where are the stats for the curret block that we are mining Huh Huh

There's no such thing as progress towards a block.  The current block we're mining is whatever the most current block on the network is...

EDIT:  This pool is PPLNS.  You're constantly asking questions under the assumption that we're paying out based out on single blocks/rounds.

i come from SLUSH, so i thought there was a progress with stats of current block.

I have also as the other user a little bit stales ( (99.82%)   4096 / 0 / 0 ). but i think thats normal. didnt touch default value "4", maybe if i try with 256...

Pictures of my "mining-rig". Not as big as yours but..... Grin Grin

I see you have the Corsair 750M for 2 S3. I do have the Corsair CX600M with 2 PCI-e (on 1 cable) for 1 S3.
Question: Are your cables "hot" ?? I noticed that mine get pretty warm just with 1 S3 hooked up to it. NO OC!

Just wondering ...

Nope they are OK, but I have them also without oc just default frequency. I don't want to buy new PSUs Tongue

Hmmm ... So why are mine "hot" ?? ... Wired ...
Well, I ordered an 8 Pin to 6 Pin connector. It may help. We'll see.

Thanks

mmm anyways, dont worry. Its just cables, dont touch them and thats it, they are not going to burn out xD

But when u have 0 shifts you don't receive the same amount of bitcoins than when you have 10 shifts.  Every shift I had I was receiving more money till I had all of them.

Or that's what it looked like

Status of that block says: STALE, what that means?

Stale work means stale blocks. It's not shown in most mining pools, they just throw them away silently. Stale work and stale blocks happen once in a while. There's no income from this.

Ok thanks
