Guys i feel like i am missing something.
Why should we be interested into the SFARDS product?
I personally whould like to spend some cash and host some new ROIable products like s5 were/are...
well I wonder if lee will get a beastly s-5+ at the right price I would like it. Depends on what the electricity costs then I might consider but a well running Sfards at 1200ish would be better I think.

Wow that is a beast... Yes the server PSU's are perfect as they are designed to be connected in parallel and load share well. I hope they ship them with ear defenders. Seeing the construction makes you wonder if they will release a single unit with 3 PCB, would still be an impressive 2574GH There is no chaining going on on required here, each board is receiving 12V independently of each other board. Its the same as the people powering 3 S5s with 2 PSUs or even how the SP3X operated. So is this miner real?

So, just detailing the photos now i have some comments: - What happened with the monolithic heatsink design? Why start using off the shelf heatsinks with these? are these a low production run?
- At 75w max rating per PCI-e connector, those hashboards are bound to consume 225w each. There are 3 boards per unit, reaching 675w per unit. That would make the upper consume bound 2075w!!!! How are you running it on ~3400w? wouldn't this be overspeccing the connectors and probably lead to burnt plastic casings? (not that this hasn't happened before, the S5 is overspecced as well)
Yeah it seems dodgy as all hell.

**searches for J4bberwock group buy thread**
Nope, not yet.... Will check back again shortly.
Don't expect it for at least 2 weeks. I'm extremely busy with breakout boards orders and another large project. US distribution will most likely be with my usual resellers (Finksy, Holybitcoin, and maybe 1 or 2 new ones who showed interest in the early stage of the project). It will save a lot on shipping for small orders. Europe will be handled by me for now. Are you selling these with the Orb's heatsink or just the board? If we just want the board (because we have Orb bodies) will they be cheaper? Thanks!

Still waiting on SFards news...
In the meantime, anyone selling at this point?
5 units sfards miner already arrive in our farm, but the quality is not as good as they promise, only 1 of them run at 1.5T/48M, all other four canot farm at promised hashrate, 2 of them canot run at all, ask other friend got similar report. already ask sfards technician to provide help, but i think it is better to wait until the quality become more stable, it will be a nightmare for our employee if a large batch of miner canot run stable no photos and no graphics. The first samples of the factory sent yesterday. I agree because Zoomhash only got 5 too.

UPDATE: opt2 instructions and Q&A will be available via website, Saturday, after balance update and a fast maintenance of the webserver. Someone got his head out of his ass and devised a new deadline. Hands up for who thinks he's going to stick to it. Hahaha, yeah. 3 weeks before block halving so this "hardware" of his is already 50% discounted. I m so glad I managed to sell my account so I don't have to follow his updates anymore. Well getting something is better than nothing I guess. If the "hardware" does better than break even I'll be satisfied I guess. I have a bunch of PSUs lying around so what the hell, home mining it is. Do you really see him sending thousands of this board to his customers as we enter 9th month without payments? No, not really.

If I were to run one of these, and get at least 8GH/s from it, and I joined a pool - how many bitcoins would I be looking at? A few pennies a day? A dollar a day? I know it's hard to guess accurately, but I'd like a rough estimate. Also, how exactly would I go about increasing it's hashing power to 16GH/s or more?
Solo mine for a lottery payout.

I think the reward is down by more than 20%, more like 30%. Very confusing, calculator is useless has not been updated and the rewards have been coming in lumps.
In my profile is around 33% less with the same KHS Reward I don't understand this Math! other thing no one says is changed now! I start to believe the stats are manipulated too No offense but derp.

There's some pre-order sale threads over in Group Buys, and I'll be starting to bring in parts before long. PCBs and heatsinks should be in hand in about two weeks. Novak's on vacation and I'm tied up with assembly tasks for a huge PSU boards order so there probably won't be any dev work done on either hardware or code until next week. I think we're going to skip Amita design and go right into a simple multi-chip board with full software control of clock, voltage and fan. From there we can extend it to 18- and 30-chip designs.
Independent from what PlanetCrypto is working on, we've been thinking about building a 4U machine made for swappable boards and such. With BM1384 it'd put up 5TH, so next-gen chips would be even better. The plan was to make the layout fairly flexible, internal connections a generic USB bus, and publish the specs in case anyone else wanted to build boards for the same form-factor. Basically, an intention to define an open standard. Once I get back to hardware dev we'll see what happens.
I'd be down for at least one of these beasts, maybe more

HAS ANYONE GOT One of these yet ?
I'm surprised we haven't had any photos or reports of these "in the wild" yet. I keep thinking the same thing. The first batch has to be getting done soon if not done already. I want one myself, still cant believe the price zoomhash set. I want to see them in wild to see prices and if they do go down. Yeah only stock photos out there too. This is an odd one.
