Now that some of us have learnt a very expensive lesson. How do the Titan owners plan to come close to at least breaking even. Please share your strategies ?
There is no 'positive' strategy, KNC are in their dying days of supplying home miners ... once they get the 'pain in the ass' customer out of the way ... they will rely on their deathstar (datorhall) and 'informed' investors for their meals, BTC and the odd 'PERK' ... Haha @ deathstar. Hopefully karma catches up with KNC and let it implode on them the only way to get ROI on titan is hoping some new scrypt coins come out and you get to mine while difficulty is low and wait for pump i bought some zeusminers from zeusfiesta in JULY within 2 days of buying them the f***ers dropped the price in half i was like what am i gonna do now i would have never ever ever in my life ROI'd on clever mining i was lucky to get SDC LTCD and XCASH in a row now 60 days down the i've ROI'd and can use my machines for pure profit all 360 Megahash which will be nothing in a few weeks once the titans roll out in force but thats another story
That is true. Guess all the Titan owners will now become scrypt chasers. Gotta catch them all

Looking for a trusted escrow since OP requests I go first.
Check out the 'Services' forum. Plenty of trusted escrows there. Don't go first under any circumstances, even if he says "it's reversible" ... he can withdraw to a bank and ditch his negative balance PayPal anytime. I was about to pm DannyHamilton and OP pm'd he would look for another trusted user which I'm taking as our trade is off. OP has zero trust and stopped communication as soon as I insisted on using escrow. Trade with caution. Interesting and OP just joined in the 22nd. Be careful

That's just freaking great. They, seriously have taken a mick! On 27th they are off because of their weekend break. And banks start working on Monday 29th. Now, it seems obvious that the delay with this refund is deliberate... They will probably apologize me/excuse themselves on 29th that they had national holiday break and then weekend so they were off etc. (Btw, Goddamn Gallows are really cool) Dude you are going to get your money. Guy has said so publicly, just let them be you will be refunded. They are not KNC or BFL (at least not yet). Just relax you will get it

Been offering my service as a jurist to 2 users in the thread, but after i´ve sent my hourly rate they have vanished. Seems like the Titan customers is willing to take the risk instead of their cold hard cash back. How about 10-15% in case of success ?! ..instead of asking for money up front....as non-trusted user in a forum where too much scams take place... I charge 100 Euro / hour and no retainer fee. If you can find legal service cheaper in Scandinavia then go for it. I´m not asking for money up front, you can use a escrow service of any choice. Perhaps people are already fed up with scams. Do you come with a guarantee? I can´t guarantee any outcome, that would be irresponsible and unethical of me. The desired outcome heavily depends on if you´re European citizen or not. I´m confident KnC would rather process refunds than meet me in court thou So will you be able to represent non European citizens ? What about working for a 15% - 20% of the refund once KNC gives it back after using you ? What would be your cost to send some form of legal notice to KNC ?

I wanted to take a moment to thank the spondooliestech team for all their hard work and efforts!!!
I received a couple of Spondoolies SP30's today. I racked them up, cabled, plugged them in the wall, and I was off to mining within ten minutes. AWESOME UNITS!!! They are spot on for specs and a few a hours after running the new firmware popped up and I performed the updates with perfect precision one unit at a time. Spondoolies puts a ton of effort into that hardware and engineering. The UI is streamlined and extremely straight forward and easy to navigate. Spondoolies SP30 - Superbly manufactured and the best in the business!!
Thanks spondooliestech!!!!
I agree with this 100% . What batch where you ?

jez, I like you and cannot fault you for trying to get a return on your shares in Cointerra. But Cointerra has proven that their first priority was to build a mine and that many of the customers that financed their buildout and enabled them to build a mine, are very unhappy. I think that if Cointerra now wants to get a better chip for their own mine and equipment that requires less power (for their own mine), then they should pay for it themselves. As I have said before, the only way that I will ever do business with Cointerra is IF COINTERRA PRE-DELIVERS. That is simply, that Cointerra sends me the machines FIRST and when (and if) I mine enough to pay for the machines, I will pay for them.
This seems VERY fair to me since we trusted them and financed their company with the communities pre-orders, they can now trust us and PRE-DELIVER.
^^^ we want PRE-DELIVERY!! . Yup let them pay for it themselves.
