Never mind. Saw the blurb about no web update. Command line works great. Thanks.

Hello all. I have a Peppermining Habenero that I'm trying to get running on Minera but the default clock is just causing too many problems including lots of buss resets. How can I do an entry in the extra options of the cgminer to change the clock speed?. All the command lines I have seen don't seem to do anything except keep cgminer from starting.

Given your quality power breakout boards. I can see this as a big plus in your stable and will help out all I can. The biggest problem with mining as everyone knows is ROI and the cost of running and the heat. A really good idea would to make cooling a big priority. I would like to liquid cool my stuff. just makes it simpler to mineral oil submerge everything and pump the oil through a fan cooled panel like a old cars ac condenser. another idea is make a master backplane for data that you could plug in set amounts of the miner cards so scaling can be dine like the old 10gig miners.

It worked doing it the way I did it. You have to do the install but before ya do it you need to run sudo apt-get update to get the latest locals updated then it installs just fine. Then you go through the setup and config of Minera then do the sudo apt-get upgrade and it's all done.

I may have to give it a try. I just re-wrote the card back to stock. I think the problem might have been I ran update then upgrade before I installed minera. Gonna try it back from stock and see if that's what it was. Thanks for the info,

Looking forward to the latest. I am having a problem logging in to my latest install. I loaded up a Banana PI with raspiberry for the Banana and installed minera on that. But every time I try to log into the webpage it rejects the password . I cleared my browsers cache. Tried to use both IE and chrome and both do the same thing. Can I ssh into the system and put the webpage system password into wherever it's kept so I can log in using my regular web password?

Thanks for the help. Got it mining now though Minera will not show the stats on the dashboard. Is there a way to fix that? I can look at the log screen and see it mining but nothing shows on the screen.

Gawminers Black widow command line for cgminer.

Does anyone have the correct command line for the Black widow running under CGMiner?

I don't want to use the dmax thing as it tries to run the miner too hard and causes too many errors.

Any help I would be grateful for. Thanks.

I have noticed on my rpi2 that when Minera boots there seems to be a problem with Postfix. Get multipul Postmulti warnings about unused parameter: inet_protocol=ipv4 ant there a bunch of entries about ipv6 as well. shows the problem to be in /etc/postfix/main.cf  . Not sure what that's about .

just an update. That trick does not work on the Banana PI. Going about that in a different way. Going to load up rasperian for the Banana and just run it in command line mode then try to install the Minera on it. I may or may not get it going as I'm about as far from a Linux guru as someone can be. But I'm also stubborn as hell and hardware and software will bend to my will! Has anyone else got Minera running on a Banana?

I did the raspberry PI update/upgrade. Used sudo raspi-config and expanded the file system all the way out. rebooted the pi then did a shutdown. Pulled the card and put it into the PI2 and it came up just fine. The update when it in the rpi will take almost an hour but it seems to fix the boot problem on the rpi2. Works like a champ now.

Thanks for the reminder on the ssh login. On the RPI2 as well as the Banana pi there seems to be an issue with the boot loader. It will just sit there and do nothing. It appears it sees the card but will not load it. I think the reverse is also true. If ya do up a card for the Banana or the RPI2 they will not boot a reg PI. Not sure why not but it has to do with the boot loader looking in a different spot for whatever it needs to continue on loading.

I saw a 16 coin payout from my pool that I use. I watched the incoming notification from the wallet what it had got 16 coins but they are no wheres to be found. Their not in any list.. not in the pending .. no where!. Where the hell did almost 75 coins go? Though it matters not now as I'm done with tek coins. I'm also done with all bitcoin stuff. It's all way too kludgy and cost too much to mine. Good bye.

I updated to 2.2.0 .. changed to a backup copy of my wallet which now checks out as good. Tried to repair my old wallet and it kept giving an error -2 and would not repair. I still have it as a backup.bak but I'm still not able to retrieve my coins that are floating out there somewhere.

Invalid checkpoint problem.
I upgraded my wallet last night. Dumped the whole dir except my wallet.dat file and let the blockchain rebuild. I looked at my wallet this morning and I'm getting the notice at the bottom of the window about an invalid checkpoint. What's the deal with that?. I have had 6 payouts from the pool I use.. and none of them are showing up.

Is there a way to get the new Antminer U3 to work with BFGminer?
20  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer U3: Decentralization continued. Order now, Ship on Nov. 5th on: November 28, 2014, 10:53:36 PM
I'm sure I'll get yelled at but could someone put the steps up here to install 4.80 on an rpi running minepeon please. Minepeon is not maintained any more for some reason and there was never a walk through done for CGMiner. Thanks.
