I see that the codepen fairness calculator that is linked to in the Fairness section of the site can verify dice and crash only. Why does in not verify roulette and wheel?
Are those two even provably fair?

That is kind of the whole point of investing into a casino and that is why many people do it, because we do not have savings account in bitcoin world.
Hmm,,, that is a strange reason to want to invest. Savings account for me should not exist, that is the role of the bank, I want to have crypto I should keep it on my own and not expect "free money" as interest. I invest in bankrolls and I know the risk that comes with it. I know very well I can lose it if luck is not on my side. If you do not want to consider it that way, it is totally fine, nobody really forces you to consider it as savings account or stock market or anything like that. However, do not forget that the idea of bitcoin started as "be your own bank" and when you are investing it to another company you are no longer in charge of your own money. That company could do anything with your money and you have nothing you can do about it but try to withdraw and if a place gets hacked you can't even withdraw. This in return means that you are no longer in charge of your money, which is just like banks, where you put your money into bank and get free money in return of letting them use your money instead of yourself. So when you invest your money to a bankroll in a casino it is "a bit" like savings account at least isn't it? Of course it is similar to savings / investing in stocks. I dont even know what there is to discuss here. |

Not sure about this, but it is reasonable to expect the hash of the seed to need to be more secure than the hash that generates the result. If anything, the HMAC-SHA512 for generating the result is overkill, compared to the SHA256 that is used to hash the server seed and is displayed to the user. The hash displayed to the user should considered to be more vulnerable and exposed to possible brute force, as you've mentioned.
@OP: Is there an actual technical reason for using the less secure SHA256 for the server seed, or would it be possible to standardize it to SHA512?
What are you not sure about? Bitcoin mining uses sha256, the asic hardware performs these hash calculations. You could just tell it to perform it on arbitrary inputs. But I agree, it is weird that the site uses sha512 for the case where comparatively less security is needed, and sha256 for the case where you really need to be sure of security (would expect the opposite, if nothing else). |

 I have my lucky seed and I am unable to use it after I change my server seed? Why is that? Seems like a bug, fix this please, does not seem fair. If I have a good client seed, you can't just choose to make me change it!!! This restriction is in place to prevent a situation where we (the house) could gain an advantage. We could intentionally generate future server seeds for your account that bias results against a previously chosen seed. We could, for example, generate a seed where the first few bets placed with your old or favorite client seed and betting style tend to have a higher chance of resulting in a losing bet. Disallowing reuse of a seed prevents this exploit from being possible. The message is out of date indicating the restriction will be removed is out of date and will be updated shortly. While this is true, it is also a bit self serving. If he wants to reuse his client seed, it is his prerogative. The industry standard (primedice, bitdice, etc.) always allows you to choose your seed at will, and even to reuse it. Why are you different? |

Yep, I've enabled investing a few minutes ago.
Great to see this, wanted to invest in a solid dice site for some time now. Took a detailed look at you platform, everything seems solid. One question, in the provably fair, you use the very secure HMAC-SHA512 to generate the rolls - this is the industry standard. However, the hash of the seed is displayed with SHA256. Would it not be more prudent to standardize the hash in all cases to the more secure SHA512 algorithm? Better safe than sorry... Indeed that is peculiar. Especially given the fact that all bitcoin miners can be re-purposed to try and brute-force sha256 hashes, I would expect it to be used less. Seems like a potential weak point of the provably fair algo. |

I do not remember any announcement about 2.0 being postponed or getting quicker, maybe I am wrong and there was a discussion about it earlier, has anyone talked about it officially? I mean at one hand you have more time to work on something like this when you are stuck at home and have nothing better to do, but on the other hand you are not working at a proper office anymore so you might not be really working 100% neither, so I don't know which one applies here.
Do we know if 2.0 going to come a lot faster now because of the virus or is it postponed like many other thing have been?
If it is quicker that would mean people would get to play 2.0 a lot since they are stuck at home as well. Many casinos actually saw an increase in wagering during this period so I am sure 2.0 would be great marketing to get some of that.

I don't know whether this is some kind of fraud or not but it seems that before playing you already know what the minimum withdrawal amount is before making a deposit and playing. It looks like you have a deposit bonus that has wagering requirements, you need to check it again on your account.
But if you don't follow the promotion of the site at all, people should avoid this site, I think also withdrawing in large amounts like that doesn't make sense for gambling sites.
I did not participate in ANY promotion, did not use ANY bonus code. It is my money, plain and simple. Yes I could have noticed the completely absurd 100usd min withdrawal, but thats like saying that they give you a fake deposit address and that if you use it, your funds are gone. Bottom line is, I deposited a non-trivial amount, tripled it, and now they dont want to let me withdraw. |

Very weird. Created an account, got credited a few sats. Tried to bet, it was saying my balance is too low, then I managed to press 'Bet' and my balance just vanished.
Also, where is the provably fair information? Cant find anything about it in the faq.

KCS price is very low due to fake news, FUD about "empty offices" and "possible exit scam" which was shared by uninformed individual or maybe intentionally by competitive crypto exchange, who knows.
Anyway, I filled my bags with KCS, this is the lowest price (0.000235 BTC) since December 2017. The only way is up.

Here in EU, standard fee for SEPA bank transfer is around $0.40 so I would like to see BTC transaction fee lower than that. With Lightening Network it is possible.
However if this would mean that mining is not profitable anymore and common people stop mining and the entire hashing power is in control of few big mining farms in China, then I prefer bigger tx fees because no one wants too centralized hashing power - it would become vulnerable for attacks.
