1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cobinhood Exitscam - A less than honest shutdown. on: February 22, 2021, 02:41:55 AM
Now when I try to recover whatever shitcoins they have left access to, the system has "Network Errors" constantly.
I thought their exchange is now off, did you try using COBINHOOD Withdrawal Service?

There is also a customer support request form - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSczB9aPm8YBb_jeYY-qD4b9jlYMU8LyKerIXHWrlxUsFgycIg/viewform

Yes sadly just like before they shut down, all of my support requests are still ignored, they know that they stole my currency and also; they know that it's going to be too hard for me to dispute, even though they should have logs of the multiple support tickets I made for the transfers that did not accredit to my account, transfers that showed on-chain for the deposit addresses they provided.

Since posting this thread they now have emailed me twice with the same zip file as part of an automated system which claims to contain "all my cryptocurrency" but really it is just all my account data, no wallets and none of the currency the system failed to allow me to withdraw before finally taking the login system offline.

Basically they have won, they never tried to resolve the tickets while they were running or after they closed their doors and offered a withdrawal service, the withdrawal system they provided after the doors were closed was inadequate - and that's when it even worked.

They fleeced me out of a significant USDT value in cryptocurrency (over 2k usd).

That is what happened. I tried my best.

Let this account be burned into the historical reputation of Cobinhood and Popo Chen.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Cobinhood Exitscam - A less than honest shutdown. on: February 09, 2021, 11:33:16 AM
Shortly before Cobinhood shutdown XRP transfers that showed in the block explorer did not register in my account, significant transfers, I contacted support multiple times and was completely ignored.

When they finally did shutdown I was completely unable to claim any of my crypto, all of the existing XRP, DODGE, etc was considered to be of "too low value" at that time to withdraw, although the quantities of each currency being quite high, 120 XRP (not including the XRP that never registered in the account), 2000 DODGE, etc.

Now when I try to recover whatever shitcoins they have left access to, the system has "Network Errors" constantly.

These people knowingly scammed me out of a significant amount of cryptocurrency before and after the shutdown, probably even knowingly timing the shutdown to occur when crypto was at an all time low so that they could retain as much as possible via the "too little to withdraw" clause.

POPO CHEN IS A SCAMMER.

This man should not be able to go down in history unscathed, this "show" of being legitimate and allowing users to withdraw their crypto is a farce.
