I'm sorry. I want to like betchain but your site messes up on me every time I start doing well. For example today. It's free spin friday. I get three spins and use them on 20,000 BC (I think is the name). I win 50 credits and play Fruit Zen to reach the play through. I'm doing good on fruit zen until the game crashes, I get the error screen and when I reload my bonus is gone. It says, "lost" under history. It shows I have an in play spin on Fruit Zen as well. I click to play it and I'm told I have no credits. That's completely false and has happened every time I start doing well enough to complete the play through on a bonus. I've posted about this before with no resolution for Bet Chain and I don't expect much better today. I just want to vent and let other players know about my experience here.
My other posts about this issue were under another bitcoin talk username that was hacked. Ill send support my email address to see what they can do for me. I'll update here.

I can understand wanting a video tape too just for sentimental reasons. But it's going to make me hate this game even more if the win & party are used a promotional stunts.
That kind of party NEVER HAPPENS. I've been playing this game for 2 years and I've NEVER won. Sure I've gotten maybe 10$ free at a party once or twice, but haven't seen any party like this ever, and I consider myself a regular player.
Or I was a regular player. until this because this just pushes me over my breaking point, especially when the Soldiers that Give out hardly any BTC (but still enough for like one or two small bets) don't even reset for me apparently.

Yesterday afternoon Aston won 124 Bitcoins on a single bet. He wagered 3 BTC on an approximately 41:1 monkey maze tile which hit - that's the highest USD value jackpot in Dragon's Tale's nearly 5 year history, worth about $34,000. I won and cashed out a long time ago more than a bitcoin, but ever since then I've been pretty much a big loser here.
On top of the fact that I stopped winning, last month I played a bunch from the 14-24 and every day that I played whenever I got the bonus rounds or free spins the games would always disconnect, and then I'd refresh the page and the bonus round would have disappeared and no winnings credited to me. Happened a bunch of times, on both Google Chrome and Firefox, on a bunch of different games, been contacting support for the last month and haven't heard anything back except them asking me to 'please be patient and wait".
Been more than a month now since I submitted my first support ticket detailing the times/dates/balances when I won the bonus round/spins, and still the support team is telling me to be patient and wait.
It's been a whole month. Like wow really?
I stopped playing here after the technical issues got really ridiculous, and after I tried everything I could think of on my end that could possibly be causing the issue, and every other casino I played at still worked perfectly fine.
Trying to see on how they were going to compensate me too, because I've gotten my withdrawals and all that from here before. I know they will pay you. The technical support team or whatever they have sucks.
TL;DR games disconnect when you get the bonus rounds, and refreshing the page just resets the slot machine and you lose your freespins/bonus picks remaining.
And then waiting for compensation is more than a month. Will update and give a nicer review if they ever decide to compensate me for my lost bonus games.

I signed up to your casino yesterday and basically feel you're screwing people over with First Deposit Bonus. Claiming FDB basically blocked my ability to withdraw any funds until wagering requirement is met. I so want to like this place, and speak as someone who got VIP status, but as a U.S.A player my available slot selection is abysmal. It's just a huge tease to hear all about the Quickfire games but be prohibited to play them. The recent lockout to Americans of all the Play'N'Go games was the death blow to this site having an appeal to USA slot players. The only games available are generally horrible BetSoft slots that are insanely tight and have virtually no potential for big wins, the Aristocrat games, also fairly tight and with little to no big win potential, and a few various small time provider's slots which are pretty bland/uninteresting to put it kindly.
This site really needs to either pull out of the USA market altogether or find some way to stand out in terms of game selection. One way to really shake things up would be to make a deal with Real Time Gaming who provide the platform for the biggest US facing online slot sites but all of whom refuse to integrate Bitcoin. They're sitting there for the taking - people jaded with fiat currency deposits and withdraws on the RTG sites. Brand their software and implement a Bitcoin deposit / withdraw payment system and you'll eat Club World/Inetbet/Slotocash 's customer bases for lunch.
I feel exactly this way too, the only games i can play are really generic and lame, I haven't cashed out more than 1 mbtc since last September, I'm a VIP player too, and I really don't feel very VIP at all... The most I won from the really big monthly lottery was like 20 something mbtc I think (which I lost). And I haven't earned any gifts yet... I would LOVE to love these guys, the quickfire games look sooo fun, and I've read the "coingaming.io" provider website and it says that you can allow whichever countries you want to play your games =( so unless something changed... I'd play here a lot more if I could play games other than the ones that are a minimum of 1,2,2.5,5 mbtc bets :c |
