I would buy 1 or 2 270's at $200 each if you are interested.

A bit low, but I would consider $200 ea if you are buying everything.
4  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] GPU's: 3x270, 2x7850, 1x7870 (US) on: February 28, 2014, 10:18:47 PM
Selling GPU's used less than 2 months, in original boxes.  Payment in BTC at Coinbase rate, shipping to/from US included.

1xSaphire 7870 $200
2xGigabyte 7850 $200 ea
3xGigabyte 270 $250 ea

Watch here.  We can set up solo mining, pooled mining, or p2pool mining.

hi this is my first auction that win so i must pay.
i must transfer bitcoin from cex.io to wallet and after transfer you or i can pay directly from cex.io?

You can pay directly from cex.io if you have the BTC there.  Just click on the balance tab and withdraw from the Bitcoin balance to the address posted above.  The fee is .001 BTC

I think we should post a payment address, and if payment isn't received in time the next highest bidder can see and have an opportunity to win the lease.

No such things as baby unicorns... they are baby oryx.

Or puma's that eat oryx...or maybe a chupacabra.  Does it have tusks like a walrus?

14  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY WORLDWIDE]BTMine v1 Miner 200GH/s - In Stock BTC 2.4 on: January 13, 2014, 08:54:02 PM
I'll give them a break if they refund my order.  Being honest and admitting their mistakes is a huge plus, but it doesn't help my wallet any. The delays are now past my acceptable return levels (days matter), and at this point they would be ahead in fiat anyway by refunding some of the early orders in BTC.  I bought at the 2.2BTC price, and I've asked that same amount of BTC to be refunded.  I'll update if it is received.

***ninja'd  Cheesy

If you are using a cgminer .conf file, the changes are here

*********

Here is my blatant rip off of miaviator's code for our scrypt rigs using user miner, and mine.sh as the launch script, with cgminer binary in /home/miner/cgminer ... modify as necessary.

Code:
######################
#Set machine to autologin to xserver
cat > /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf << EOF
[SeatDefaults]
autologin-user=miner
autologin-user-timeout=0
user-session=xubuntu
greeter-session=lightdm-gtk-greeter
EOF
#####################
#Generate a Base Config FIle
cat > mine.sh << EOF
export DISPLAY=:0
export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1
export GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
cd /home/miner/cgminer/
screen -S miner /home/miner/cgminer/cgminer <config>
EOF
chmod +x mine.sh
###################
#create an autostart file
cat > /home/miner/.config/autostart/miner.desktop << EOF
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Miner
Type=Application
Exec=/home/miner/mine.sh
StartupNotify=false
Hidden=false
Terminal=true
EOF
chmod 0755 /home/miner/.config/autostart/miner.desktop

Thanks mods...kind of you to move it instead of taking the bet!
17  Economy / Games and rounds / Unicorn Hasher Bet on: January 13, 2014, 06:20:59 PM
Public bet to the fun killing mods, or anyone who wants it:

Since our thread was moved to OT after our first customers order was sent out (not pre-order), I'll bet 5BTC that:

1) The Baby Unicorn Prototype is a real product and will hash as specified in the original thread:

Quote
JUST ANNOUNCED: Baby Unicorn Hasher, In stock and ready to ship! Limited Quantities available!  Look at my feedback and posts I am not a scammer, I guarantee the Baby Unicorn Hasher will ship today and will produce more BTC than my BFL/KnC/HashFast orders COMBINED produced in the first 30 days after payment!!!!!!!   GUARANTEED!!!!

2) It was in stock and shipped when ordered, and therefore it will be received in a timely manner...not the usual ASIC manner.

It is mining hardware, and will hash as promised or you can give us both scammer tags.  Wait for the unboxing.  You guys are like parents spoiling all the fun.  Just leave it.  Started a new thread.

There is no hashing promise. I get it, its a good joke, it accurately satarizes the flaws of other Asic companies and is therefor humorous. Off topic is an accurate place for it.

Ok...we'll see.

OP: Get a girlfriend.

Yours was over last night
20  Other / Meta / Re: Can an adult mod please move thread? on: January 13, 2014, 05:36:41 PM
Can't tell if you are kidding or not. The thread is satire, I don't see why off topic isn't fine for it.

Most of the thread is satire...the pre-order part.  The baby unicorn prototype is for sale.  Someone did purchase one and will receive one.  Move it OT or scammer if nothing is delivered.

The prototype is a picture of a horse. Its not mining hardware. The entire thread, and I'd assume the order for a 0.035 BTC picture of a horse is a joke as well.

It is mining hardware, and will hash as promised or you can give us both scammer tags.  Wait for the unboxing.  You guys are like parents spoiling all the fun.  Just leave it.  Started a new thread.
