421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uptobox File Hosting service accepts bitcoin on: April 13, 2015, 12:00:19 PM
I didn't know them,are they trustable?
are they like a dropbox or more like mega and related?
its interface does not look very professional and it does not give much confidence, however it is good more and more sites accept bitcoin
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay and PayPal Confirm Upcoming Separation, Support for Bitcoin Payments on: April 13, 2015, 11:38:28 AM
too bad i can't see how bitcoin will take advantage of this, with high fees and chargeback still there, i hope it boost the price at least
How will charge back be possible with bitcoin? Wont you just take the bitcoin and take it away from the reach of paypal so they cannot touch it again and cannot push you for a chargeback?
the same way it is possible when the recipient has already withdrawn its fiat to his bank account, and they still do the chargeback setting in red numbers your paypal account getting a doubt with them

Until I actually see a solid statement from them saying they are going to accept bitcoin or actually see them with my own eyes accepting bitcoin I'm not going to believe it until I actually see it happening. Seems they've been saying this sort of stuff for a while but is always ambiguous and no definite or concrete plans. Take that freaky paypal advert that mentioned bitcoin ages ago.

Isn't this like a wild rumor?

Isn't this like a wild rumor?

you can see here the SEC filing and you search for the word 'Bitcoin' and see that they are talking about bitcoin in an official document

427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Killer Application will be VOTING/POLITICS/GLOBAL on: April 13, 2015, 10:17:25 AM
I don't actually see any possible mainstream application of bitcoin in the fields that you mention, can you explain?
I don't think politicians are going to use bitcoin risking their reputation and campaings, I think bitcoin acceptance has to come from the low population
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / eBay and PayPal Confirm Upcoming Separation, Support for Bitcoin Payments on: April 13, 2015, 10:05:06 AM

"It seems likely that the increased flexibility and exclusive focus on online payments could result in PayPal taking a more active role in the Bitcoin ecosystem."

I think the exchange called Multisigna does exactly that, and Coinffeine should be similar as well.
They do seem to operate in the same spirit as the OP. I would like to see wallet apps designed with this feature someday. This isn't about a real security issue. This is about giving common folks an added layer of security they otherwise might not choose.
Bitcoin's multisignature has been talked a lot and Electrum has offered this function. But it seems most of bitcoiners still don't bother to switch to multisignature address. What is the problem?
What do you have a multisignature wallet if you are the only one that is going to manage that wallet? why should I want 3 or more private kays instead of one?

431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the end of bitcoin? on: April 13, 2015, 02:06:23 AM
I still can understand why people can't sepparate bitcoin from humankind.
bitcoin has nothing to do with humankind mistakes and actions, bitcoin is code and it is almost perfect,so it will never be its end because it can fails.
If sites related to bitcoin fails, it does not mean that bitcoin is going to fail because security failures of the sites are only related to that sites and not to bitcoin.
Bitcoin will never be ended, it will succeed or not,but it will always work smoothly
432  Economy / Gambling / Re: The new MoneyPot.com -- A bitcoin gambling wallet on: April 13, 2015, 01:59:15 AM
it looks that the added value of your online wallet is the ability of moving bitcoin between apps.
But I can't finally understand the concept of apps, which apps do you refer to? you mean gambling sites like bustabit? Explain details, please
433  Economy / Gambling / Re: - Fun Challenges - on: April 13, 2015, 01:55:24 AM

435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State of Bitcoin Q1 2015 (by CoinDesk) on: April 12, 2015, 01:47:23 AM
Keep this up for another year or two and we are well on our way.
but what do you mean well on our way?

I think that without acceptance by normal people, bitcoin is not in a good path, although big enterprises appear if it is not used, which it is its purposes,it is a bad way
436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State of Bitcoin Q1 2015 (by CoinDesk) on: April 12, 2015, 01:13:55 AM
As time goes by, and bitcoin enviroment feels better, with more investments and more interest in bitcoin startups and price of bitcoin keeps falling down, I keep thinking that bitcoin price will never recover even if accepted in tons of commerces
437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The 420 Alliance Joint Force DAO, Now paying out in BitCoins! on: April 12, 2015, 01:11:16 AM
