I have got your point and point of them too. According to you, you have submitted the perfect document at 2nd time while for the first time you have provided wrong information. I do not think there had any problems for that. But I think you have created multi account knowingly or unknowingly.
How it's possible unknowingly: I have only 1 TRX wallet and no one else used my PC last month :/ It may happen for other wallet. I man you may use other wallet for example, dogecoin, ethereum, litecoin and so on. Also you are saying no one has used your pc for last month but it might be used longer ago then last months. They may trace for a long period of times. Shasan you keep defending and giving excuses to stake. Do You have evidence the guy has multiple accounts?;l in many replies he said no . Beside stake themselves has no evidence and they didn't reply him . It's strange you want to defend them while they in the wrong. If they are right at least they can show the logs or ips they said it's linked If you have no evidence to defend stake better shut up you make your self looks like a joke. |

Just to clarify, Eddie or Edward does not encourage or appreciate the use of fake information for KYC. That said, stake officially made the statement that players CAN change their data at a later date if required.
I don't understand why stake is playing tricks. If they believe a user has cheated in any way, just tell him the reason and end it. Playing behind KYC and then once provided, making other stories is making them look bad.
@Denpatrick71 do you have more than 1 account at stake? Be careful what you say because you already made a mistake by entering wrong details earlier/
Hi! Of course, I have only 1 account, and I am 100% sure of this - I live alone and no one except me has access to my PC. If at least theoretically there was a possibility of crossing over IP or using one computer by friends - I wouldn't create such a thread. P.S. Reg. KYC, my opinion - it's more clearly and conveniently show to the customers all requirements to using account and check information BEFORE deposit will be available. Thus, the rules won't be violated, and the players won't get into such situations as I do (and I agree that my fault is in this too). I think you gave them Enough time and no reply. . I mean it happens every now and then, at least you're able to cash out your bet throughout that downtime. It would've ended as a loss if that cashout of yours didn't came through.
I have to agree with you about the cashouts sometimes they work smoothly but there are times where you have to spam it several times until it registers on their end. My only issue with their odds provider is that whenever you're about to bet on a live match there are tendencies where live scores bugs out and provides inaccurate scores for quite a while and at the same time it affects the cashouts and live markets.
See if the whole system is allowing you to encash then it does mean that at least they are hanging you out on a minor issue that might be from your side. I do think that you need to contact the support team and you need to post this into spam accusations too. At the same time you in have to make sure to keep this topic open. I do think that if they did accept the bet then there was nothing wrong in the first place and it's their fault also therefore, I do think the only way you will be able to go through the whole thing is if you are able to get through the support team and hear their explanation and you can always get the authorities involved if you are not satisfied if the whole thing is legal in your country. It's called scam accusations. Beside you think he didn't contact support before he posted this post ? Did you even read his problem? |

ALSO, even eddie in the stream some weeks ago said at the level 1 verification you can easily type in whatever and still get the 10% more bonus, and if necessary change it at a later point. Those are facts.

Almost 40 days over. No money and No account access and same automated replies from Cloudbet. Investigation going on forever. Please if you guys aren't happy with my winnings then atleast give me my deposits, this isn't a joke they are my earnings.. Why is all of us discussing things here. Doesn't anyone feel that Cloudbet has already vanished from here. Am just concerned that my 25086 USDT plus I don't know who all have been facing this issue. Cloudbet has gone guys so let's stop discussing whose fault whose not as its clearly evident they have stated to SCAM. 25000 USDT isn't a small amount and they have gone away with maybe not one but many more like these.
no one knows how many people they have working in such a verification department and and how many cases are verify, so it is difficult to accuse them of taking too long to solve this problem on purpose and with this time of pandemic it could be that the technicians were sick or very busy with someone of the family. Anyway maybe give 2 more weeks and if they don't solve it you could resort to creating a scam accusations and creating a flag Its strange many people try to give excuses to cloudbet. They never asked anyone a verification. Neither either denied someone a withdrawal.
Btw : last month a player with username bitcoinerz won 5million dollars in stake.com.
I would love to see any evidence that 2 unverified accounts in stake.com will cause you trouble . Like some post of some user denied withdrawal or being asked to send documents.

@rajatabbey1234. I agree with you on the long investigation. This should have a solution already within 7 days unless your situation is an unsual case.
Also, you would have lost your money using any account. It was the withdrawal that made Cloudbet notice your account.
Thank you for your understanding. Its not really about the investigation as is but it's a month now since the withdrawal request. Even there was a small withdrawal of 7700 usdt from my other account which was not noticed or I would have been alarmed and could have been more cautious. It only created a problem when it was 25086 USDT withdrawal and hence I came to know about a lot of things. I just don't know what's the main problem as it would have been an investigation which shouldn't have taken this long. And I have been replying immediately without any delays to any facts asked by Cloudbet without fail. I hope they complete the investigation and shall give me a solution soon. Not sure if this has been asked before but was wondering why we only have two crypto coins with not so high transaction fees i.e bitcoin and bitcoin cash yet we have ethereum and five other erc20 tokens on the platform which have very high transaction fees regardless of amount, any chance we shall see coins with low transaction fees like doge,tron,ltc,dash etc?
Out of DOGE, DASH and LTC, which one do you want to see added first? We want to see Doge added since its on the limelight due to the hype made by Elon also it can save us money on transaction fees so no doubt this is good addition here, Next is Litecoin since so far this is also next to those coin who have great potential I'm sure the LTC holders or your current player would like to see it added as on their alternative.
