1. Should the victims receive the Bitcoin itself since it was their money that was stolen after all?
From the start, Zhimin Qian was running a Ponzi scheme, then converted the money into Bitcoin and fled before being arrested. So, from the start, the investors invested in Yuan, not Bitcoin. So why should they get the Bitcoin? They should have received their initial investment in Yuan. 2. If not, then at least should they receive some compensation on top of their original investment, such as interest?
Maybe they could get some interest from their money, but it probably wouldn't be that much. But compensation in the form of money equal to their investment with interest is more than enough, I think. If they were to ask for more, it would be a sign of greed, given the significant rise in Bitcoin's price. But another interesting question is if option #2 is followed, and the victims are compensated in fiat, there could still be a huge amount remaining, who should keep the remaining balance, which could be worth billions? Would it be the UK government that seized the Bitcoin, or China where the original scam happened?
From what I've read, if it uses Chinese law, then the profits are very likely to go to the British government. But I don't think it will be that easy --- the Chinese government also doesn't want to lose out in this matter, so it's possible that they will also ask for a share of the profits.

I don't want to be so quick to say that hardware wallets are unsafe just because of these incidents. There are still plenty of hardware wallet users who are perfectly safe and haven't had any issues with their devices. It's just that this series of incidents makes it harder for me to trust hardware wallets right now --- paper wallets or airgapped devices sound more reliable to me than trusting devices from these companies.

-.- I know this match will be a different challenge but I don’t trust Manchester United. Look at their last Premier League match against Tottenham, despite Tottenham worst performance this season and playing with one man down, Manchester United still couldn’t beat them. So how am I going to place my bet on them to win Atletico Madrid?
With odds like this, I don't think placing a bet on United is a good decision. Unless you have money to spare and don't mind taking the risk of losing it, then go ahead and bet on them. But if not, then betting on Atletico Madrid makes more sense, considering they're also performing well and are quite competitive at the start of this season. Especially since they'll be playing at their home ground, which gives Atletico Madrid a bigger advantage compared to United.

That's right, I never expected them to react to the news like this, they are really professional and that's a positive sign about a team. The performance against Liverpool is why I think they are capable of winning the league. I know the season is just getting started, Liverpool were a man down so it's expected that they lose but I was still impressed in City's performance.
I don't think the City players would be that bothered by the recent news about their team. They should be professional enough not to be affected by that kind of news and just stay focused on performing at their best. Even if they end up getting a penalty, well, that's another matter. What's important is that they can win their current matches, and that's what explains their performance so well against Liverpool yesterday. But as for winning the Premier League, I think that's still a question mark, as the season is still ongoing and there will be plenty of matches to be played. Anything can happen between now and then. So we'll see if they can maintain their form to get there.

So what's your thoughts on this?
Well, I don't want to say that quantum computing, AI, or whatever people say isn't a threat to Bitcoin -- it still is a threat to Bitcoin. It's just that I choose to respond by thinking that whatever it is, developers will come up with a solution to deal with it. I'm not an expert in this, so I won't comment much --- but we have the best people in this community, so I'm sure that they have something that can be made to keep Bitcoin surviving against any threat.

I quite agree that cryptocurrency and blockchain should be included in the educational curriculum. After all, cryptocurrency can already be considered a part of modern finance, and understanding it can help students get to know what cryptocurrency and blockchain technology really are.
The only thing that needs to be emphasized is solidifying students' understanding of financial literacy before they get introduced to it. How can students be forced to understand cryptocurrency when they don't even have a basic understanding of how money works or what the traditional financial system is. Students should first learn the fundamentals, and only then can they be introduced to topics like that.

Personally, after seeing cases and incidents carried out by individuals operating online gambling sites at TNI official residences, it seems that I am fed up with the rules prohibiting gambling, Meanwhile, those who enforce the law, those who operate the online gambling site, are indeed the KONOHA country.
What can we say, it's not like our government can just legalize gambling when our country is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population. If the government legalizes gambling, of course, it would face strong opposition from at least two Muslim organizations, ulama, and various other community groups. So we can't really talk much about that. This is why I say that our country is rotten to the core. The officials who are supposed to work as the country's defense are now more busy with illegal gambling, illegal mining, and many other illegal things. Meanwhile, people are suffering more and more day by day because of an incompetent government. So what can we say, this country is already so corrupt, and I'm not surprised that those officials will only get richer from their own corruption.

Are you one of those fans who wants equality in Bitcoin? Because that's how I see it. But why do you guys keep questioning something that Satoshi designed so well. He designed Bitcoin that way with a lot of consideration, it wasn't just random. So before you even thought about it, he had already thought it through. I don't think you're smarter than Satoshi --- so just enjoy Bitcoin for now.

But the problem is that the reseller isn't just any reseller, they are an official authorized reseller for Ledger in Malaysia and Indonesia. People should be able to get more trustworthy and quality products since they are authorized sellers of Ledger. But unfortunately, people ended up losing their assets because of this product. Ledger and Cryptobilis should take responsibility for this mess.

Jujur saya kok agak gimana gitu dengan gelar juara ini, disatu sisi saya senang karena nama Indonesia akhirnya punya gelar juara di Asean Cup tapi disisi lain, rasa bangga kayak ga 100% gitu Jujur saya akan jauh lebih bangga ketika timnas Indonesia juara tapi sebagian besar pemainnya adalah pemain asli Indonesia bukan naturalisasi. -.- Jujur bang kemarin gue posting kaya gini di IG beneran dirujak sama ratusan komentar wkwkwk padahal ya kan benar timnas Indonesia itu bukan asli indo, cuma ya gitulah kebanyakan masyarakat kita ini karena saking cintanya sama bola sampai lupa fakta seterang itu. Bahkan ada yg sampai ngajak shareloc, mau diparani keknya saya wkwkwk. Cuma yaudah selamat buat Timnas kita, semoga kedepannya lebih bagus lagi mainnya buat ngejar kualifikasi piala dunia.

-.- Although City has not yet been given a final punishment. But I think such a situation will affect the players mentally. But don't bet on City being weak just because of this. Because they are under so much mental pressure, their performance on the field is quite impressive. They have won all 5 matches.
It's too simple if we think that the problem can have a significant impact on the players' mentality --- I don't think they're that weak. Even though it's a serious problem, that's another matter --- they still need to be professional and perform at their best. Especially since this is a big match, I don't think Haaland and his teammates would be thinking about anything other than winning at Liverpool's home. So I'm sure City will try to perform at their best to continue their winning streak.

what about you?
I think it's pretty simple. You just need to copy and paste. Then you just need to verify whether the address is correct and that no characters are missing or changed --- if you're not sure, you can test with a small transaction first, and then after it succeeds, you can do the actual transaction. And that's it. One thing is, always verify. You just never know when a bad day might happen, so it's better to verify before sending.

If it's a low-end device, there's still a chance to recover the data as long as the memory part of the device isn't damaged.
As far as I know, certain device components are interdependent. If you attempt to extract or use a component in isolation without the full set of associated components, you are likely to encounter errors such as bootloops, decryption failures, and so on. This task truly requires the skills of an experienced technician; alternatively, you could seek out electronic device forensics services, as they typically possess more advanced and costly tools for manual data recovery. That's what I said, that it's not cheap because you need an expert to extract the data successfully. But I don't know, seeing that he didn't reply and didn't give any information, I guess there's no point in discussing this anymore since we don't even know if this story is real or made up by him.

Bitcoin is censorship-resistant; we need to build on that to create something that enables free speech. How can we do that?
But for what? Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, it gives you the freedom to manage your assets or the freedom to transact without having to worry that one party can intervene --- that's what is meant by being censorship-resistant in Bitcoin. If you think that we need something to be built for free speech, I don't think that's what Bitcoin was pointed out for by Satoshi --- the focus was more on an alternative to fiat, where you can use it for payments, and it should stay that way.

-.- As much bitcoin is widely spread and used in different continents, there is no limit to far it could go. It's decentralization is one of the most peculiar feature about bitcoin, and branding would help with creating awareness and educational programs on bitcoin.
But what kind of brand strategy are we talking about now? It's not like Bitcoin as a product that has a CEO and marketing that acts to promote it. It's just a decentralized currency and doesn't require any brand strategy --- unless you promote Bitcoin like a multi-level marketer offering high profits and all sorts of things, that's your own business and has nothing to do with Bitcoin. But basically, Bitcoin doesn't need a brand strategy and it's up to the individual to learn about Bitcoin from the information they can find on the internet or from people who knew about it earlier.

As an entrepreneur—particularly a small business owner—you face increasingly fierce competition, rising raw material costs, and the burden of managing employee wages and operational expenses. It is important to recognize that being a business owner is far more challenging, especially when launching a small-scale venture, as it often entails working more than 12 hours a day with an uncertain income.
Ini kan keliatannya macam AI-generated. Cuma yaudah nasi udah terlanjur dari bubur ayam. Sekarang fokus aja nge post biasa. Siapa tahu kang Nuti baik hati, mungkin aja durasi banned nya dikurangi.

Even I am not a fan of installing many applications on my phones, tablets or computers, I know that nowadays people use mobile devices a lot. Many people will do like mobile application so that they will have better experience with more user friendly with the app, and don't have to use web browser for better with not too good design specifically for mobile.
I think it's a web app, not like a regular mobile app, so it should display the site but in a mobile version. But it's still good because if someone installs it, they can access the site faster. But when I tried to register, I saw that we don't have the option to directly log in/signup using Google or other options. For someone like me who usually logs in or signs up using Google, I think it's a bit of effort to fill out the form just to sign up. But that's just a small issue from me, just something that can be ignored.
