you might need to give them a DM informing them that there are not enough funds in their hot wallet.
I would assume the admin has a system to automatically notify himself of that situation |

did some small test withdrawals and successfully withdrew $26k worth of shitcoins (eth, bch, ltc) but even 0.01btc was too much for the hot wallet right now and it went to pending manual.

Hi, I might be intruding here but is there a chance to know whether there has been an update on anonymouscoward case? I first saw his post at the start of this month but he said that the pending withdrawal started at the end of January and according to his post on February 19, his withdrawal is still pending. I have sent a message to anonymouscoward on the site, and asked to open a support ticket, as an large amount, I am asking for extra confirmation, as in replying with your addresses in the support ticket along with the withdrawal made, to be sure it isn't one of those temporary addresses, and/or exchange. I have yet to receive a response, but will process them as soon as possible, when I get the reply. Oh I didn't realize the site had DMs! I just replied now and confirmed all the addresses for my pending requests dated Jan. 27, 2024 23:34-23:47. The ETH/LTC/BCH goes to an exchange but that exchange doesn't expire addresses unless you generate more than 5 for the same token. The bitcoins I just hodl. It's good to see that Lightlord is responding to the people queries. As far as I know, most exchanges prohibits deposits from casino accounts for due to AML regulations so no matter it's BTC or LTC just don't send from casino to exchange account and it may end up terminating your exchange account with all the balance on hold or possible to withdraw depends on the exchange's policy. Yeah I've been kicked out of a couple of exchanges before but it's always a month+ after the casino transactions and they always let you withdraw your balance. I didn't think reputable exchanges would just steal your money because you gambled with it. I just didn't want to install hot wallets for all those shitcoins that I only bought for bitvest purposes, but I just found one software wallet that can handle all 3 of them. So I cancelled the withdrawals and will re-do them sending to my software wallet. |

No one from bitvest has contacted me and I don't recall using any email address to sign up so I don't know how they would contact me to ask for KYC. I tried creating a support ticket just now.
I'm surprised that you only decided to create a ticket now, would you mind updating us when they answer your ticket? One week delay is not uncommon with other casinos. I got stuff to do besides babysit it.
while it might not be uncommon at the casinos that you play at, one week delay for a withdrawal to be approved is still a cause for concern, I guess you really trust the casinos that you play at. 36 hours ago they closed the ticket with the response: "Hi... Pending manual transactions are to be reviewed and processed manually by admins. We notified them and your transactions should be processed soon." Still haven't been paid yet and the withdrawals have been pending since 1/27. LL hasn't posted since 1/28. I am concerned. Total value at issue is 7.78 BTC + 3.44 BTC worth of shitcoins (LTC, BCH, ETH) |

Why need to wait for a week before asking ,the first 24 hours is enough to check what should be happening but since your are here now best to directly message LL or have not you call out in chatbox? Anyway there are some cases about the hotwallet have not replenished so kindly wait for some time because mone of the pending withdrawal stocked for long as it doesn't was given ,not unless your account is in questions then that is different matter But still waiting for an entire week is really just that too much. This is why just like you do said that it is really just that impossible that you wont really be making some follow ups in regarding with your withdrawal even just waiting up for 2 days straight. For sure he had contacted LL for this one or the support. Waiting up for 1 week and havent still received any withdrawal then its something that doubtful but it wont be shocking that he might committed some violation on why such delay that he had been able to experience. One week delay is not uncommon with other casinos. I got stuff to do besides babysit it. Been a big investor (not a player) on there for years but I got tired of seeing my funds decrease constantly and pulled the plug |

would you mind giving more info about your issue? Has their support said anything as to why the withdrawal has been pending for a week? As far as I know, this isn't the first time the gamblers on their gambling site have complained about their withdrawal being stuck, and if I remember correctly, the reason as to why their withdrawal was stuck was due to the gambling site's hot wallet being empty(or something similar to that). The other possibility could be the respective account put on hold for verification which will be completed once the user submitted what the customer support ask them to do and this could be the possible reason for the pending withdrawal not the hot wallet being empty because no other user arise such issue and if the casino's hot wallet dried then every withdrawal request will go pending and this thread would turned into a crazy mess. winner here. It's been a couple of weeks since I got an email response, and they still haven't paid out the 5btc balance on my account Technically these aren't winnings, just a return of my previous deposits, since I'm still a net loser on the site. I signed up last year before they had any kyc policy against americans. I got my deposit back the last 2 times I accidentally signed up for one of those regulated no-americans casinos. I am winner (not to be confused with RealWinner). I used disposable email, which I no longer have access to, so I never saw any emails from admin and can't answer any emails on that address  I tried emailing info@blackjack.fun from blackjackfunwinner@proton.me a few days ago but they haven't replied yet. The withdrawal is not paid yet. It would be nice if the next version of blackjack.fun lets me edit the account's email address on the settings page. To prove I am winner my balance is 5183.68647 [edit: 5308.68647] mbtc right now but i'm probably going to win 1 more from the hourly and something from the daily contests. I just cancelled the old withdrawal and submitted a new withdrawal for my entire 5btc balance, just to see if they actually have the coins to pay me that much. Gotta be careful because so many crypto companies went bankrupt lately. Will report back what happens.

I just cancelled the old withdrawal and submitted a new withdrawal for my entire 5btc balance, just to see if they actually have the coins to pay me that much. Gotta be careful because so many crypto companies went bankrupt lately. Will report back what happens.
