Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls ETF?

To simplify thing, just look at it in this way, the Winklevoss brothers have applied for a ETF to make trading in Bitcoin easier for the "clueless" Wall street traders, who knows nothing about Bitcoin wallets and private keys. They just want to trade in another asset or commodity, without having to research everything about the complexities involved in the storing and safe keeping of bitcoin.
That is as simple as I can make it. The SEC has to approve this, before it can be implemented. ^hmmmmmm^
But if it does get approved, can we expect the price to go up as it would be a big step forward for bitcoin as even people without any knowledge would be able to trade it ? Right now, thats the only problem that seems for it to be widespread.

Hello all,
Just received a vouch from this seller.
I will try this method and report back with a detailed review.
Will be back shortly with my findings.
Thanks,
BitcoinDomainDeals
I am super confused here. Its a method to get A+. If I am a nuclear scientist, there is no way I would find the solutions to my problems online. So the only way to get A+ is to study. How else can you guarantee an A+ ?

Panera isn't like before now, Payless, Rue21, Mellow Mushroom require an email now, Dollar Tree is working in just some stores.
OP is legit, bought from him in Skype before and he did replacements whenever needed, give him time and he will comeback.
Whats up with Panera? I have bough Panera and used it in the past. Is it any different now ? He hasn't had them in stock in a long time, is it because of something different ?

From all the sites that I have played on, I think Cloudbet is the only one that has it now. However they have a scam accusation on the forum and multiple accusations on their thread, so be careful before depositing on their site. They will probabaly pay out, but if you the unlucky one, then you could lose all your money.
Do you mean this kind of bonus... ..... Yes, I meant that kind of bonus. While it is useless in the long term, it is just a deposit bonus and like other sites it is giving it to players only for the first deposit. if you compare to the returns on that and other sites, it is comparatively much better than them.

Provably fair I suppose. Make sure its implemented properly. Few years back a major casino was caught for skipping nonces even though they have a provably fair algorithm all along. Even recently a Blackjack scam was discovered for live gambling rooms.

I think they are not tagged because whenever there is something serious or a DT trust member gets involved, they fix that particular problem and are let go. If all the people who got scammed create one massive thread with all the proofs, then I am sure someone would seriously look at it.

Strange. Just tried posting the link in my search bar and it worked. Try clearing cookies?
I did try it on another browser as well. Showed the same error. Not sure if its just your store or site wide store links,as your old link shows to be down as well. Thanks for getting back on the message. EDIT: I also just tried another member's link on hexpay. That seems to be up, but only your links are down atm. EDIT2 : After Amylee's post below. I tried again. and also on another browser. Same issue.

Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are There Any Regulations for Bitcoin Casinos?
|
on: February 24, 2017, 01:49:23 AM
|
It depends on what country the gambling website is registered in. Since a lot of sites are registered in South american countries, I am sure they do have to follow some regulations. Which is also why some of the websites require proper verifications. Do note that a lot of non-bitcoin casinos are also bitcoin-offering casinos and hence are regulated.

I feel the ones without investments are more reliable than the ones not accepting investments. In either case, you don't want to leave your btc on the website for long to let that happen. Sites like Directbet and Luckybit hence implement it perfectly, as they don't require you to deposit and store money on their site for long.

Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Attorney Will Answer All Questions:
|
on: February 22, 2017, 03:06:04 AM

Thanks for doing this. My question is that is it fine if I don't pay taxes on bitcoin payments converted to fiat in smaller amounts ?
I haven't transacted much and only do about 100-200$ conversion once in 5-6 months. I don't typically report it on my taxes because its a very small amount. Is there anything that can go wrong doing so ?
I am based in US.
Hello Sir: I guess I have to say it is not fine. But let's analyze this a bit more. Most income received from most sources is taxable. There are some things that are exempt from income taxes such as inheritance, or income from tax exempt bonds; but if you receive income from BTC then you should declare it as such as part of your entire gross income. But let's look a little bit closer. You did not state how you obtained the BTC. That is very important. Almost all costs spent in order to obtain the BTC are deductible from your entire gross income. For example; if you spent five hundred dollars on mining equipment, that equipment as well as the cost of electricity needed to run it are deductible. If you obtained the BTC as payment for services, then any costs associated with providing those services are also deductible. I hope that helps. If you would like to give me more specifics I can analyze this further. Best: George D. Greenberg, Esq. www.attorneybitcoin.comLawyer for Bitcoin and Alternate Coins. Thanks for the reply. Well its mostly money I get from campaigns or just helping people out online, hence not a lot of amount. I can however declare as btc obtained by helping people out with some modelling, and then justify money spent on the parts to make prototypes first. Would that be enough to get it exempted ?
