While I am waiting to get whitelisted, I'd like to introduce bitapparel.com to the newbies forum. It is a store dedicated to offering quality apparel for less, in exchange for bitcoins only!
Currently it is in beta stages and here are the known features:
-Exchange bitcoins for goods with mybitcoin.com. You don't need an account with mybitcoin.
-All sensitive information is under the protection of 256b ssl encryption.
-Accumulate points for purchases. Purchase items with points.
-Requests: you can make requests for items that are either not available in your size or out of stock. We will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if we hold the specific item and post it.
-Shipping quotes directly from USPS at checkout or shopping cart menu (we ship priority only).
-International shipping available for all our current products.
-Live exchange ticker: it is synced with tradehill prices and updated every 10 minutes.
What we are currently working on:
-More products to you for less, promotions, and working on an affiliate deal.
-Getting the entire site to be priced under bitcoins rather than USD
-Overall, fine-tuning the site.
-Finally to offer more products, more products and more products, to you for less.
Known bugs:
Currently at checkout, the rate of exchange is synced with mybitcoin exchange rates (which is synced with mtgox), even though our ticker is synced with Tradehill rates. Sometimes they are the same, but at other times they may differ very slightly. We are working to correct that in the near future, but it shouldn't effect price that much (if at all).
