On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos. The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.
Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction. I am imposing a fixed and nonrefundable fee of 2% for this transaction, to be deducted when the funds are moved, regardless of the completion status of the group buy.
Thank you.

That's really quite cunning.
I think you need to come up with a new procedure for escrow so that people know that each instance is a real escrow instance.
E.g. a website you own and publish with a list of escrow amounts, dates and for whom. It can then be up to the users to verify each other's identities.
I always send out escrow contracts directly via PM, and signed with my public key to prevent such MITM attacks. I guess I could set up a site for this, but escrowing is just a hobby for me...

I confirm that greaterninja does indeed seem to work in the IC industry. (via a company email I confirmed) He has requested that I confirm there are at least 3, IC companies involved, but at the request of the OP, that information is confidential.
Thanks, John

I have received a screenshot cropped from an email account alluding to the fact that someone has placed an order for 65nm chips. I do not see the order amount though, but the chips are indeed (that is, if the screenshot is taken as accurate and true) for bitcoin mining.
