AtomicDEX "takers" pay 0.15% trading fee, 50% goes to 1M DEX asset holders, "makers" (i.e. liquidity providers) pay nothing.
Bob Lazar owns 15.5% of DEX assets (i.e. 7.7% of atomicdex fees) he is offering to give them away as LP incentives for 3 years.
That means "makers" get paid to add liquidity on Atomicdex, who knows, maybe 7.7% of the 0.15% fee the "taker" pays!
It's bullish for Atomicdex liquidity, incentives happens at the margins, the Defi craze has spoken, LP's want to be paid!
7.7% of the cost is too small in my opinion with the risk of decreasing inflation from the value is very large, it is profitable when the market is bullish but if it is the opposite it is very risky The HODL "not your keys not your coins" meme is very popular in the cryptosphere, but everyone wants to earn some YIELD now, real interest income, not staking % which is just inflation. AtomicDEX market makers can use many many coins and hold their own keys and get some income from DEX fees paid in KMD, this is very powerful for liquidity incentives! HODL your PoW coins, secure your own private keys, earn LP dex fees from market making, I love it!! Liquidity attracts liquidity  |

Most HEX criticism boils down to two things,
- the origin account gets too much HEX
- the AA ETH probably goes to RH, and It's too much
If you remove those elements HEX as a non custodial interest paying crypto with advanced game theory and anti dumping features is pretty cool.
I propose a revised FreeHEX model as follows.
1- open free registration for FreeHEX , say 3 months
2- divide 1 billion by the number of registrations, that amount becomes a HEXstake
3- create 1 Billion HEXstake tokens and open claims for HEXstakes
4- replicate the same 350 days of AA using the HEXstake token instead of ETH, users mint their own FreeHEX
5- there is no FreeHEX origin account
6- season to taste with Bitcoin etc snapshots and claiming using other cryptos (e.g. HEXdoge)
To add referral capabilities you could add an additional 1billion FreeHEX that gets paid to referrers during the sign up period.
There are many other versions one could propose for a FreeHEX that removes a single entity controlling so many coins, it is inevitable somebody will design a better HEX.
RH would be pissed off (he has not open sourced his code but it is 100% visible), and every HEX critic would promote FreeHEX, the resulting battle gets mass attention for the project
Giving everyone the same amount isn't much fun, why not add free claims from snapshots of BTC BCH BSV ETH DOGE ETH using the same terms as HEX (90% staked for 350 days), then give each player the same amounts again to use through the AA system over 350 days instead of ETH, same big pay day on day 353 from everyone who doesn't claim, same referral bonuses etc etc HEX copies without someone like Richard Heart promoting 24/7 are going to be worthless garbage, even if they're FREE |

I am calling a lawyer later today and will show her @Adam Levine's post, maybe it's the best we can hope for now.
I lost too much to walk away, most in INDEX and Cryptocard which aren't being swapped now, not even for measly 0.05 WCT. INDEX alone should be +10k USD each fair value, especially with the action the last 2 months. Far too big a loss to just absorb and walk away from.
What happened to this guy, I remember him from 2014 when he was a nxtforum mod, he seemed like a normal guy, then he makes millions of USD and scams all his old investors, other devs, and some friends even. It baffles my mind why he is doing this, he made millions out of waves ICO which was funded in large part from coinomat, he should be able to easily cover the swap with some compensation for lost dividends and delays, the amount involved in total is not that large really, probably 25 guys who backed Sasha with large investments like myself when he first started coinomat as part of NXT community.
He lost his soul from greed, and his mind too, ALL his coinomat victims are long term crypto guys from the early 2013-14 years, some are heavy hitting devs in their own right, like jl777 and IOTA founders, NXT ardor LISK NEM etc, why scam anyone, but why scam those guys who will speak of it forever more?
Why scam me, I used to chat with Sasha often on Nxtforum, and komodo/SuperNET slack when he issued some of these coinomat assets on jl777's multigateway, like NEXTBOND this is personal for me, and very very very costly. I went balls deep on Coinomat assets, wow, i fucked up trusting this prick, and thinking he would come good all these years.
Time for whiskey ...
This is fucking shameful behaviour, even in the cesspool of crypto  Sasha will be watching over his shoulder for the rest of his life, COINOMAT victims will never forget what he stole! |

Hard to calculate how much reputation damage WAVES get from Coinomat asset swap disaster, but lots of early adopter crypto followers will never trust Sasha ever again, guys from early NXT community in 2013, many who went on to start other crypto projects - NEM, LISK, KOMODO, IOTA, STRATIS, ARDOR ... they all know what happened with Coinomat, and judge WAVES founder for his actions, and mostly inactions for over 3 years! |

I will continue using my ~2.7% of VOTE to support new entrants to the KMD community who demonstrate they can run a high quality NN, and who don't mind sharing some profits with their voters in the first year to get the opportunity. Remember, anyone who consistently stays in the top 30 doesn't need any further help from voters, so rev sharing is only ever going to be a consideration for new entrants, and NN operators who performed in the bottom 50% the previous year.
Hey man, it's good to be a whale and support new guys but why you got to take any profit share for yourself? Just vote for the best guys who help komodo platform, your rich already bro |

I have created a mini version of Clearwallet from the original sourcecode which should allow you to get your private key.
Let me know how it goes. I don't have a clearwallet account so cant fully test.

(Most likely this message is due to the server being updated.) I fixed it a while ago. Few days ago the hosting company fixed some firewall issues... Seems like something is blocking it again. Just so you are aware, when JoyStream goes open source, we'll be forking it and merging it with vTorrent coin holders.
There is a developer that is happy to maintain the new chain.
The new JoyStream fork will not be building new functionality. It will be a "JoyStrem Classic" which will keep up with JoyStream releases and just merge changes as and when they are open sourced.
We'll probably have the same number of coins as vTorrent. Anyone who has VTR's can claim the same number of JoyStream Classic coins.
JoyStream Classic will likely be a PoW coin, but we'll wait and see.
JoyStream themselves are focused on Bitcoin, so we are not competing with them on Bitcoin payments.
If at some point after the first 6 to 12 months, people want to actively develop the JoyStream Classic coin, we'll pick that up as a discussion point in the future.

* We are not competing with vTorrent
* JoyStream Classic is not going to be the final name
* As people who own vTorrent VTR coins will get to redeem the same number of JoyStream Classic coins, we are not competing with vTorrent.

JoyStream has said they are going open source, so someone will clone it, might as well be vTorrent holders.

Just to confirm, nothing - repeat - nothing will happen to vTorrent and no-one is taking over vTorrent.
If people don't want to claim free JoyStream Classic coins, we'll give them to the JoyStream Classic maintainer and to the vTorrent devs.
So now everyone in this thread can wait for vTorrent to release torrents and JoyStream to release torrents.
I'm not doing anything beyond advising as Helium is my priority. But as it will be a simple fork, there is not much to do.

Thanks There's a rumour going around that all remaining WCT are being kept for old Coinomat based assets. Not sure if it's true or not. |

I am trying to access my Viacoin using my clearwallet.co seed in Viaelectrum.
It shows 0 balance.
Any help would be appreciated.
Are any transactions showing, does Vialectrum show your address? I've got the same problem too. Getting clearwallet.io priv keys for VIA addresses is technically possible, so hopefully someone helps out soon. |

Clearwallet.io being offline is an obvious handbrake to VIA's continued success, as long as people can't withdraw from clearwallet there will be a steady stream of complaints, and as VIA price goes up, their 'pain' intensifies.
+1 I invest in the VIA ICO way back when this coin started as a Counterparty clone with better block time etc I had given up following VIA when the original dev abandoned, and only now realise the project lives on, but without clearwallet features on the current roadmap. But how can guys like me get our VIA out of clearwallet.io now? Please help dev!! |
