Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm crz, I do graphics and stuff for a few projects. You might recognize my work from the first post in this thread.  Obviously SDC is my full-time job and first priority, but I still hope to help as MOIN's designer in future once KingCaper is done building what he's building. Cheers. |

Radium wallet 1.4.1.10 Radium Wallet 1.4.1.10 is now available on github. This is a leisure upgrade containing graphical updates and some code optimizations, however it is not mandatory. The code updates include an improved staking estimation algorithm, various seed node updates, and forced disconnect from old pre-fork nodes. The forced disconnect should correct some issues people have had with reduced staking rewards due to interference from the old nodes. This release also includes the new icon pack from CRZ. Because the color scheme from CRZ has not yet been updated, we are tagging this release as a “Pre-Release”.

Thank you for the donations yesterday on slack (litebit, allien), I'm still little bit short for my bills this month. So far i raised [0.27226128 of the 1.1BTC] and [2398 SDC] my BTC: 1o4nzUUXTDEGXCtEJomoyM1irn8Uxfg1D and SDC: SbMvzNDrYJLWTYMMBeozZWfiv9QPUjGSWmI finished this month: - Market (overview page with thumbnail listing/tables view, listings page, add item in shopping basket, user/id profile page for market)
- Restyled almost all sections in the wallet
- Made better key management section (more logic)
- Better send page (split in send payment/balance transfer)
- More user-friendly/helpers (?) in all sections
- Tweaks / bug-fixes and more..
I'm now very close with GUIv2, still on my to-do-list, 2 sections on market + tweaks, shadowchat tweaks, key management tweaks, modals, bugs and minor tweaks + code clean-up. Hi, I was wondering if you guys could help me out - I worked non-stop this month on SDC GUIv2 and put everything on side-line (client work so on) and had no income this month. I'm short 1.5 btc for my bills this month. I got 0.10513479 from Ryno but I still need to find 1.4 btc from somehwhere. I'm almost done with GUIv2. My work on GUIv2: Endless list of changes - I redesigned it from scratch, better overview, new send page, and other tabs are redesigned, dummy proof and less complicated for starters, its mobile friendly and responsive, tweaks.. It really is quite stunning
Imo for mass adoption that is one of the most important factors to take into consideration.
If people are going to be using something a lot it must have ease of use and be attractive to the eye just a personal opinion but i think we will find it makes a world of difference
I actually haven't seen the design yet! I can't wait for the alpha release though I'm so excited! I do agree with you though. How it looks is very important How much more work needs to be done on the private encrypted chat for it to be market ready? I can't remember if I read they updated the chart already to fit subscriptions and things like that, or if the chat system still needed to be updates. Thanks! Some of my early designs for ShadowMarket, the version I'm working on (front-end) GUI 2 changed a lot - still it follows the design direction below.   |

That logo, from my angle, looks like it has problems with corners. Nether one of the corner are the same, all are different. But maybe it is ment to be like that, i don't know.
But, because i am specific about details, and this one looks very slick and clean, btw i like round things, (you know circle is the most perfect shape in the whole universum), then my vote will go to:

 Hello everybody, It’s good to see you all so actively supporting Shadow and staying positive as we work towards the release of our decentralized market. As some of you may have noticed, we’ve been a bit quiet on these forums lately when it comes to actively reaching out to all of you with development updates. This doesn’t mean we’ve been sitting still though, because we have a fun week ahead of us. We'll come back to that later. First of all we are very happy to announce that both Tecnovert and I will be working full-time on Shadow from now on! We're setting our main jobs aside for the upcoming months so that we can really focus on the job at hand. This will obviously result in quicker progress when it comes to releasing new features. Going forward we are also going to post a lot more in terms of development reports. Our team has been working with Shadow community members who are setting up a new website with a development blog to keep you all up to date. So expect regular updates from now on - this one being the first. The weeks ahead of us are all about ShadowMarket so we are pleased to announce that we have started integrating it into Shadowcore’s back end. We're currently switching from scrypt to SHA-256 so that staking requires less cpu cycles, updating to PoS v2 to improve network stability and working on BIP32 and BIP44 support so that we can support hierarchical / tree categories for the market. Once we are finished with these enhancements, things should start moving significantly faster. We will be making radical changes to the Secure Messaging (ShadowChat), to support Pub/Sub messages, so that people could subscribe to certain categories for the market, where we will then move towards our first round of public alpha/beta testing. We’ve noticed there are lots of questions about how ShadowMarket will work so we have begun gathering them and will answer them in an overview later this week. So much about the upcoming Shadowmarket for now. We are all still waiting for Isidor Zeuner’s review of our ShadowSend anonymity system in comparison to other anonymous cryptocurrencies. It is still ongoing and we are currently writing more documentation, which is currently our weakest point. We’ve been in contact with Isidor and are trying to give him a helping hand where needed. Please note that it’s quite a task seeing as he will not only study our system but also compare it to the alternatives out there. As said earlier, we have a fun week ahead of us. Just a reminder the designs for the marketplace have been released. We can thank CRZ. I believe he put in a huge amount of time and effort into it. I am pretty sure he worked many many hours on this, without compensation. Without him I doubt ShadowMarket could become a reality. I think we really need to show our support and donate a few Shadows. This is great news. Great work CRZ. I'm pretty sure CRZ has been working his butt off the last several months on this. From the few images we have seen it looks amazing imo. The announcement says that next phase will only take a few days and then the designs will be released to the public for feedback. I don't think any of this would be near possible if crz didn't put huge time and effort in. He has mentioned he has been working very hard non-stop on this. I think we should all donate a few SDC to show our appreciation for this epic achievement. We don't have instamine/premine funds to support devs, the community has to step up, every small amount helps.
