1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DeFi Liquidity Mining Help Needed on: May 09, 2022, 05:08:50 PM
  • How do I confirm validity of the link in terms of DeFi liquidity mining?
Check multiple sources that the referred link is valid. Ideally, you shouldn't trust the result of a search engine, especially, if it is an ad.

If you already found it, bookmark the site. Then only visit the platform/services you want to use from your bookmark list.

Is this a scam?
The link you referred to? absolutely.

Rephrasing from above, will I lose my cryptocurrency doing this?
Yes.

She also mentioned with another site prior (not the one below) that she had returns of 1% to 3% returns per day. This seems unrealistic/too good to be true. Is this possible?
You have answered it yourself. It's too good to be true.

Also, see this for scam reference about the site: REDDIT: https://uniswap[]fashion Don't use this link for uniswap

Thank you for your time and input!

Real site is uniswap.org…the one you linked is uniswap.fashion and is clearly not a legit site.  Also there is no min8ng in Defi. They may call it mining…it is not.

And your friend gave you that link? unfortunately your friend can't be trusted mate I am sorry for this but its true, that link is going to steal your assets once you connect to your wallet to it.

Thank you all for your input and time. I appreciate it!

I have a friend, fairly new, that is asking me to do DeFi liquidity mining. She mentioned I would need USDT to start DeFi mining and ETH to start the mining node. I have no knowledge of this field and want peer input.

My questions are:
  • How do I confirm validity of the link in terms of DeFi liquidity mining?
  • Is this a scam?
  • Rephrasing from above, will I lose my cryptocurrency doing this?
  • Any other helpful information is appreciated.

I cannot find anything on this site via google search.

This is not meant for link spam.

Warning: Do not click the link if you have no way to verify validity or software protection. Do not use the link for the DeFi mining. I went to the link but my virus scanners did not pick up anything and I tried to use link scanners but they returned no results.

The website she gave me is:

4  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Hashflare on: March 27, 2021, 12:16:23 PM
If you can track down the company, you might be able to get your BTC through legal means. That's probably your best option, as bad as it is. Hash flare was a scam so your probability of success is very low.

The company is still there, but they are ignoring the request to investigate and reinstate my account and BTC holdings.

From the latest news that I read about this firm was that its founders Ivan Turygin and Sergey Potapenko sold the project to the Scottish firm Fast Consult LP (later renamed Hashcoins LP, and then Hashflare LP) in March 2016.
They say it was a bogus deal and the police are investigating.

But your chances of getting your coins back are minimal.

That sounds fishy.

I had a BTC 1 year cloud mining contract with Hashflare in 2018, then BTC crashed and they suspended BTC mining 2-3 months into mining and suspended withdrawals so I couldn't move the BTC that was mined out. I tried to log back in recently and my account is inactive and Hashflare support is not helping me. Is there a way to get my BTC back?
Based on the current price of Bitcoin, a large part of the amount may be wasted in an attempt to recover it, so it is better to look for people with similar cases who want to recover their money by legal means and are willing to bear lawyers ’fees. Then you may have a chance to get your money back.

As time passes, it will become difficult to track and the number of people who will remember their data will be less, so start with that now.

Would the authorities over there do anything about them?

How much bitcoin do you have on hashflare ?

i do 2 account on hashflare and total 80USD on there can't be withdraw as well after see your thread and try digging and all message above me is correct hashflare is turn to scam  Cry Cry Cry

according to this https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-mining/cloud-mining/hashflare-review/ the site not opening new contract since 2018 so  Lips sealed maybe will wait till the domain expire

I had about $800 USD worth of bitcoin when the price of 1 BTC crashed down to about $3000 USD, so it was around 0.25 BTC at the time, which I was incredibly irate about because the contract I paid for was 1 year SHA-256 (BTC) mining for a contract price of above $3000 USD at the time and they suspended mining 2-3 month into the mining contract and suspended withdrawals as well so I didn't recover the cost of the contract at the time and I couldn't withdraw the BTC amount. They decided to change the contract on their terms but screwed all contract holders over.

Is there still a way to retrieve funds from CryptoBridge?
How much are your funds in the CryptoBridge exchange? I used to often use the CryptoBridge exchange to exchange some of the tokens listed there, so if you experience complaints such as withdrawals, then I will share the method for you, but you have to tell me how much your funds are there and in what form?

Around 16,600 to 16,700 ravencoins. The DEX shut down but they didn't notify me and I'm just trying to retrieve my funds back.
