I think a few of us were wondering this, so I'll ask again. With so many exchanges available (none that compare to Flyp.me because of the convenience and security), what are you going to do to help get the word out about this exchange? I think if people just saw this platform they would immediately realize how much better it is. I just wonder how are you going to get people to see the difference.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] UniversalCoin - The Free Digital Currency on: February 02, 2018, 07:20:13 PM
It's nice to see a project that isn't trying to sell something but trying to learn and help people. It also seems like you are keeping on track with your schedule. Nice job.

I'm curious as to how many people have claimed UNV so far?

I think it might have stalled for now. It is a nice effort indeed. Based on last stats, 2252 participants got the first airdrop tokens. It has been put on hold for two weeks since then, and will be on hold till they email again - do not know when that would be.

This is something how the original bitcoin revolution started, and spurred the whole crypro movement eventually. Hope this turns out to be something of value and fulfill the ideology of uniform wealth distribution.

Cool, thanks for the reply. That's a lot of people already participating. Also, I suppose you are right about the history of bitcoin. It turns out they were doing something similar in the beginning. I am with you and hope this does help many people. I am definitely following it because it is interesting.

From my understanding, you are making the API available to individual developers. How can individual developers get involved and help support syscoin?
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PinkDate ICO for Global Escorting Platform/Service on: February 02, 2018, 06:57:20 PM
Anyone know off the top of their heads how much pinkdate will take off the top for a customer transaction?

I'm still quite interested in this and don't want it to get buried. Anyone know if this is listed somewhere that I've missed?

Does anyone know?

I believe it was 10-20%.

Oh okay. Good info. Thanks for the reply!

I noticed that you have already sold over 70k parcels of land and have over 3k participants and that you are working on the Iron Age. That's pretty big progress so far. In short, how is the iron age going? When is it due to be released? I think this is the one milestone I'm most excited about.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Streamr---a great project which you should invest now on: February 02, 2018, 06:43:44 PM
Does streamr have any big partners I should know about?

Yes, another great long term project called Golem. They have serious advisers too. You can check it on their site, just scroll down.
https://www.streamr.com/

Very cool technology. I'v been following them almost from the start. At the beginning I was confuse with DATA name, because there were few other coins with similar name.
I even contacted Henri Pihkala and chated little bit with him about that, cool techy guy.

They are not so into Bitcointalk and that kind of development, they know that their technology will succeed. They are committed to do their job like in Golem.
And the work is very hard it will take time to bring it out.

They are not concerned about price too same as Golem, I would say 0,1% value of the coin 99,9% work. They are not into that.

So if you are trying to find active devs, this is it lol. Maybe to much active lol

Wow, I see they have a few guys from OmiseGo also. Impressive.

I hope they're actually involved and contributing. I'm sure they have a lot of knowledge to offer.

Thanks for that information. I didn't realize that.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN][Pre-Sale Live] The Hicky Token 🔥- A decentralized dating application ⚡️ on: February 02, 2018, 06:41:17 PM
I know this is a common security question regarding many dating apps so I will ask you about it. With Hicky, will there be a centralized database that stores user conversations?
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FundRequest : Platform for rewarding open source contributions on: January 31, 2018, 04:55:00 PM
I've been following this project for a while and I was excited to see that you guys recently reached your 6K cap. Congrats!

I am wondering what your next goal is and projected date?

I noticed they have a blog here that might help you keep up: https://blog.fundrequest.io/

It appears they have recently added the functionality of one-click funding and are continuing to work on the chrome extension. Pretty cool. I'm also curious about the next big goal!
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN 🏆 Digital Fantasy Sports ($DFS) NOW TRADING 🏆 on: January 31, 2018, 04:46:13 PM
Cool idea for a project! It's looking pretty promising.
Will you be doing anything to avoid traders buying tokens just to dump them at the first exchange? I understand this is a reputation many ICOs suffer from.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherbots: Decentralised Robot Wars on Ethereum on: January 31, 2018, 04:43:46 PM
Thanks for providing the Github!

I like the idea of this project. I'm wondering how you plan to market it?
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TokenSale][Bounty] Crypto Trust Network - Solving Crypto Fraud on: January 31, 2018, 04:38:38 PM
Are there any regulatory risks involved?

Still wondering about this.

Also, what are the fees like?

I still have these questions.

Will you be doing anything to prevent traders from buying these tokens just to dump them at the first exchange? ICOs tend to suffer from that reputation.

This is a pretty cool idea. What happens to unsold land?

Does anyone know?

I'm quite interested in this project. It says your roadmap should be coming soon. I'm curious as to when you plan to include the roadmap?

I'm still wondering about this. I'm excited to see the future and plans of this project.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚒ Syscoin -$3 Million 1st round financing; World 1st Decentralized Marketplace! on: January 31, 2018, 04:30:09 PM
I've been really enjoying how well made this market is. Will you be pushing marketing on it to get wide adoption soon?

Absolutely, we always have marketing pushes (which you may not always be aware of as we sometimes target specific regions/populations), however, we are waiting until it is easy-to-use for all, which is why Blockmarket Web is so important.

Although Blockmarket is arguably the most advanced Blockchain software available to use today, Blockmarket Desktop currently has many troubleshooting requests due to requiring Software (antivirus misdiagnosis, installation issues, etc), Syncing (people do not realize that all wallets that you control need to sync); all very common issues that all crypto wallets have. If we push marketing to the common population now, those who catch the bait will leave and never come back as soon as they run into issues.

Blockmarket Web will remove the requirement to download software (all you will need is a web browser from a phone or computer; not dependent on operating system or specific software), you will also no longer need to wait to be synced as the node you log into will already be synced, resolving most troubleshooting issues.

I like the idea of Blockmarket Web. It seems to alleviate many of the issues Blockmarket Desktop has. Are you planning to improve Blockmarket Desktop or just steer away from it?

We are continually improving Blockmarket Desktop as it is the basis for Blockmarket Web, everything and more will be ported-over to Web.

That makes sense and is good to know. Thanks!

The original post advertises low fees. I'm wondering if there is documentation on the fees. I also wonder how you are able to get them so low. TIA!

Still curious about this and don't want it to get buried.

This is pretty cool. I am wondering if you have a Github available so I can take a look at the source code?
