To address the extremely uncommon issue regarding the Graphene Airdrop:

Please note that the airdrop process is not simple in the slightest. We are essentially transferring balances from one blockchain to the next at a certain point, 'mirroring' it if you will.

The process for testing this was tremendously thorough and everything was perfect. We've been trying to emulate the very small amount of user difficulties since they were reported and are still going through these. We will certainly get to the bottom of the problems, and it's very possible that they are borne by way of the end user and not the process.

Please bare in mind that the smart contract we programmed was audited by a reputable source and we will be publishing this.

Also know that the small number of users affected by this will be made whole and will receive 100% of the GFN they are entitled too.

My apologies for the sound issues on my livestream, apparently the sound started on its own at some point about halfway through? I'll see if I can figure out what went wrong, and I think I'll try to do some more livestreams again to cover the topics to make sure the messages get out.

For the Graphene airdrop snapshots that I apparently chose in silence  , here are the random dates and times that were selected:

We will stick with those, and anyone who wants to verify them should at least be able to see them as they were chosen live on random.org.

I'll figure out what went wrong with the sound and plan some future livestreams in the near future to cover the topics that were not able to be heard.
