Phore Appoints Former Deloitte Consulting Senior Manager as CEO to Drive Growth in Expanding Blockchain Industry  Mike has led dozens of technology projects for organizations ranging from technology startups to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. He has over 25 years’ technology consulting experience in Deloitte Consulting’s IT Mergers and Acquisitions practice, and previously in the technology consulting practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Andersen Consulting. He has significant experience working in financial services, high tech, and multiple other industries. His past consulting clients include HSBC, Bridgewater Associates, AIG, JP Morgan Invest, MetLife, Dell Technologies, Polycom, Affiliated Computer Services, United Airlines, Abbott Laboratories, Sysco, and the American Medical Association.
Mike was also one of the founding members at Textura Corporation, a leading player in Construction Contracts and Payment Management cloud services. As Director of Applications and Systems, he led the development team during the initial design, creation, launch, and expansion of its flagship Construction Payment Management (CPM) solution. Textura went on to conduct a successful IPO in 2013, and was acquired by Oracle in 2016 for $663 million. He is listed as an inventor on three software patents related to his innovative work at Textura, and he is intimately familiar with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), such as blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Phore Synapse Sharding architecture
We've been getting a lot of requests for information regarding Synapse and will be releasing information in depth soon, however a brief rundown can be found from below:
The Phore Synapse Sharding architecture will be borrowing many of the ideas that Ethereum Research has been coming up with for the future Ethereum 2.0 sharding architecture, but we are not forking their code (its pretty much being written from scratch) and we are already ahead of the Prysm Labs team (of Ethereum) in implementing the specifications.
The Synapse Sharding architecture will give us orders of magnitude higher scalability than we have now. Originally the theoretical maximum TPS was around 70tx/s..... With Segwit this doubled to be around 140tx/s (which is already pretty fast compared to others)... However we expect the new architecture to have TPS into the hundreds of thousands / millions.
If we make the assumption the main (beacon) chain is capable of 70tx/s this means theoretically the maximum TPS for our Synapse Sharding architecture could be as high as 29,000,000 tx/s
(That is 29.4 Million Transactions Per Second)

The coming wallet of PHR looks much more impressive than the current one.
It is only about the user-interface.
I hope that the new one will be integrated with new helpful features.

Nice design there, it has been a while since the last time you posted something on the thread dev. by the way, that is a wallet for MacOs users only ? or for every users ? hope it is not only for MacOs users , because it is so shame to see this kind of design is only used by MacOs users. and welcome back dev  Thank you for the welcome Javi.
