Well be very careful. I could have bought that and then raise a case against you using paypal protection and you would have lost. Upto you if you want to take the risk. You have no protection if you selling no tangible goods on ebay Thanks for the advice. Anyone who wishes to buy Faircoins directly with paypal at cheaper prices than getfaircoin.net please PM me.

already sold ? yap that was a quick one... more offers to come... Thats fine. Open new markets If user that needs to sell use this way Selling pressure in bittrex is going to go lower and perhaps you will like to buy more in bittrex to get your profit Getfaircoin not affected because is focused in the public that trust faircoop , not in get a profit Never intended to hurt Getfaircoin in anyway. Taking advantage of profit opportunities, that's all. No hard feelings.

Looks like sell walls on cryptsy and comkort caught a beating recently. Yeah, not too pleased with that, as I was hoping to pick up a few cheap Zeit on Comkort/Doge pairing Helps our chances of crapsy BTC pairing soon though, I'd have thought, so swings & roundabouts, huh? Yep...it's a give and take. Think the days of super cheap Zeit are numbered. The killer whales are circling and there's chum in the water. Like to see the primary market be a ZEIT/BTC market. LTC is really volatile, so being hitched to it leads to some wild swings that doesn't help anyone, save the short term traders. Highest traded volume I've noted in awhile though...that's really nice to see. How high do you think ZEIT can go?

Is gemz a decentralized app? or just the token system? messaging is completely p2p or saved on a server?
Don't take this as 100% accurate but the app is based on a telegram so your basically using messenger with Telegram so they use end to end encryption, you could find more detail reading about Telegram. The token is based on counterparty so again if you want to know about that then go to counterparty, but yes its decentralised. There is some element of decentralised for the airdrop and maintenance of the app, how much that is I don't know. but your communication and your tokens are ultimately not actually based on the app but the two projects I mentioned. So for all intents and purposes yes its decentralised with no info stored. Thanks for your reply. I don't see why spending time and effort on a clone of an existing messenger. only to be able to transfer cryptocurrencies in-app? So much work is done on decentralization of services, y not build a messaging dapp? makes much more sense. Gemz will be much more attractive as a pure p2p dapp. Originally it was an original app, it was decided to use the Telegram app as an open source platform. I have positive and negative feelings about it but also the Team have said they will only use it as long as it serves their purposes. It's actually mainly psychological if you think about it though, no need to invent the wheel if someone already has. The big plus is a telegram already has millions of users so for them to switch to gems means they can still use their contacts, there is nothing really negative about using Telgram apart from as I said psychological. I would research more what Gems is, cause the big thing about Gems is not the app or even the token but the attention model that means the user is paid for allowing targeted advertising. And even as a straight app that sends crypto i have yet to see one that does it anywhere near as elegantly as gems and has btc and other coins as future currencies in the app. It's the killer btc app in my mind, and if it gets a few million users, whether it uses Telegram or not , it simply won't matter. All I can say is that I wish Gemz good luck, I really do But when other messaging dapps will soon appear, I don't think that the attention model will be enough for user who are scared for their privacy to use this app. Mainstream will keep using terrible apps like Whatsapp, while the other will use the most secure ones.

All that said, I'm not up to date with how many apps are going to be ready to go or what their value may be.
I also would love to see a list of all the apps - I was looking through their forum but it was very clustered I just came across a project called "corona" seems they are going to build dapps, also on top of Ethereum they have a list of dapps they are going to build.. worth taking a look https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1005343.0

Never trusted BFX.
Never had any problem with finex. And in this case it was only my fault for not using 2FA Now I just want to do my best to try and find the thief. I might have an idea of who could it be, but lacking the technological knowledge, it's hard for me to prove it. I have the proxy IP, the question is if I can gather enough info in order to trace the real IP. Common sense tells me that if TOR users can be exposed, why not this one? Any help will be appreciated

is there anyway to mark those btc as "stolen"?
|
|

why only your account was stolen? if there were hacked, it must the whole account database was hacked
It was a phishing attack directed on me specifically, it wasn't any failure in Bitfinex system

If you aren't the sole controller of your private keys, you don't have any bitcoins.
Of course, the OP now knows this!
My post is directed at those who can still learn from your (OP's) mistake, instead of having to make it themselves.
Take possession of your coins, and learn to secure your private keys people!
I earned those BTC from trading, and was still trading with them. So this is why they were on the exchange. If no BTC will stay on exchanges the market will just die. Anyway, I did learn my lesson, but the question is if there is anything I can do to reach the thief. The only details I have now is IP he/she used (which says nothing actually) and the BTC address to which it was sent. The BTC are still in the address.

My Bitfinex account got hacked, and 4 BTC were stolen. I know it sounds a little for many here, but I worked really hard on getting them.
Any help here to track the thief? Tx. ID of the theft: db96d616a38b832491273a417f9b5b693614c34c56a383e10cedf1117c9d2be9
Much appreciated.
