922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hands down - who really didn't sell anything? on: July 16, 2017, 01:01:52 PM
My total altcoin worth is down by more than 60% right now and am not selling any of my coins right now. I know that it is because of the two sides who want to fight for and against the segwit. I have bought some coins long ago and when the price comes back to the previous point or even to 2000$, I will be in a profit, so hold everything.

  Grin Grin Grin

Now that is better Smiley
Keep investing to this wonderful ICO Wink

More than 3800 ETH raised already and I see a lot of support on Facebook and Twitter. I have seen some ads on Facebook, which will definitely make a good impression of DDF. Already got some good reviews and hopefully, it will be a successful venture for its unique features.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ?Asking about waves? on: July 15, 2017, 07:11:17 PM
As everyone else commented here the wavesdrop is a good faucet and send you some waves and also a surprise token to your waves wallet.
I dont hold much of waves so I gather from all these faucets and use it as an exchange in the airdrops where we have to send 0.1 or 0.01 waves as fee.  Wink
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitDice - Join The ICO Of The Biggest Crowdfunded Casino With 2300Ƀ PROFIT on: July 15, 2017, 05:28:56 PM
Yeah, sorry for a type, it's ERC223.

The difference between ERC20 and ERC223 is that:

  • With ERC20 you could send other ERC20 tokens to contract and they would be lost. It has been fixed with ERC223
  • Gas fee on the ERC223 is twice less comparing to ERC20
  • ERC223 also backward compatible with ERC20 tokens.

Regards,
Alex
But bittrex not compaitibile with erc223.

Yeah, we are aware of this problem. We have almost two months for them to support this format. We remain the right to downgrade to ERC20 in case we will see low adoption among exchanges closer to the distribution date.

Regards,
Alex.

Alex is one of the most trusted members of Bitcointalk and Bitdice is also having a great reputation, I dont think there is a need for any promotions after mentioning both in the name. Will be looking forward to the project and bounties.
927  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value rediction end of July on: July 15, 2017, 02:54:54 PM
As we all can see BTC value is going down hard, we all know the reason for the fall, it has happened before. I expect value going down really hard the last 2 weeks of July, price is now around 2000$.

What do you guys think the price will be at the end of July? I think we will see a price of 1200$

I dont think it will go below 1600 $, but i could be wrong.

It happend before but the 1600$ mark is so solid already, only stupid FUDSTERS want the price to go lower than that to buy cheap.

I too think it is very hard for the price to go below 1600$. Some of the people who wanted to hold may be selling right now so that the price may go down below 2000$ mark and can buy their BTC back. I just pray that those people make a huge loss in their buyback.  Grin
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NYC] NEW YORK COIN at 2017 MACY'S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE IN NYC! on: July 14, 2017, 05:12:05 PM
I Love New York Coin!

Does no one read airdrop threads??
You have to be physically present in the Parade and find the NewYorkCoin team.
I would have come if I was in the states, bad luck I guess.
I think this will be a better publicity if you get some audience before the parade. Good luck.
929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Thugs invade Bitcoin gambling on: July 14, 2017, 03:57:13 PM
I'm partly retired from this space, been traveling around for a bit. Received a nice message last night from an owner of a popular dice website. Not sure what I've done recently to piss anyone off so thought it was a bit odd. I figured I'd post it here for laughs.

In case it's hard to follow, this admin gives me his 'last warning' and says he can come to my location and then ends by doxing me and calling out my 'name'.

Hello Stunna, How are you doing?

For your information, we are not dadice. So, if you could stop threating us, I let it go when edward was threating us( by the way, I know that he was a scammer in the past), I let it go when you made a very weird move with the youtube affiliation but this is my last warning. If you prefer, I could come to [MY LOCATION REMOVED] to discuss together, ok [MY NAME REMOVED]?

We are not kids, so I hope you understand my point

B.s. like this is part of why I've been less active in this space.

-Stunna

Did the guy really knows your true location and name?! Do you make them public?

You are a reliable member of bitcointalk forum, I think sometimes old members became targets somehow and with no motivation.

I would worry if someone´s threatened me like this.

If that is your real name and real location then I guess it is a serious matter. I have a doubt in my mind, Is it really who you are thinking.? I mean, have you confirmed that it is really him/her.? Lots of imposters these days, who threaten and try to rob people online.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with tokens after launch? on: July 14, 2017, 03:17:22 PM
I just hold my tokens and wait for price increase , but most of people will sent to exchange dump dump dump , so price drop a lot when tokens launch

It became a trend nowadays to dump everything on the first day, sometimes I think its the rivals who does this, otherwise why will anyone lose their own investment. There are only 1% of ICO projects get into a valuable position and its very hard to recognize them in the early stage.
931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: July 14, 2017, 02:42:33 PM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?

Some people are waiting for Infinity, but am into it for the currency value of Bitcoin, the investment growth is just an additional profit. Most of the people here know that regardless of price dropping or increasing, the end value will always be better than where it was last year. So why not, HODL forever.  Cheesy
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: July 13, 2017, 06:23:05 PM
Too risky. I guess it is the same with every investment which may yield you a great profit. The only difference is that you can understand Blockchain and Bitcoin technology, people will adopt it and the price will definitely grow. So you will make a profit out of it.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DDF - Digital Developers Fund: Profit From Digital Assets on: July 13, 2017, 05:35:02 PM
DDF 3,617 ETH $750,702 USD  Wink

DDF also Announces First Exchange Listing on COSS.io
https://www.digitaldevelopersfund.com/ddf-announces-first-exchange-listing-coss-io/
i think it's a good base of DDF

Its a good news for every supporter of DDF. Its a great thing to get into an exchange at the start of its journey.
Hopefully, DDF will be added to more exchanges in the future.
Supporting more with Social media.  Smiley
934  Economy / Services / Re: what kind of Service/s can I offer in bitcointalk.org? on: July 13, 2017, 04:14:43 PM
Hey jude try to solve some captcha if want to earn some bitcoin ..or search free bitcoin on google . Theres a lot of site that you can claim satoshi every minute.  ..

Captcha and Faucets will take more than a decade to earn 1 BTC right now.
You can sell lots of services here on Bitcointalk and it depends on what skills or talent you have. If you go to marketplace section you will see allot of people selling stuff, in this section lots of people sell their skills. Thats better than captcha or faucets.
935  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How hard is it to make payments Bitcoin? on: July 13, 2017, 04:02:50 PM
Its actually advantageous to use BTC than fiat to make payments. The problems with delay in the transaction times and fees problem are going to be solved soon and the adaptation of BTC will be more by all the industries.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waves or stratis on: July 13, 2017, 03:29:51 PM
I would definitely go with Waves, great platform, easy to use and many upcoming ICOs. They have a strong development team and a great marketing team, could see it easily hitting $50 within a year.

Long time supporter of waves and yes it is true that the platform is great and the developers are always supporting with queries. But you may not know that Stratis is supported by the Giant Microsoft. So there is potential for that too.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction cost so high? Why? on: July 13, 2017, 02:49:20 PM
Hello everyone Smiley So I was ordering a few items online from a place that accepts Bitcoin, and for an item that costs only 24 Euros, the send cost was 7 Euros! That is too high! Bitcoin transaction fees should be very minimal! Is there any way to resolve this or is this to do with the blocks filling up?
When did you make your order because at the moment fees have extremely dipped and you should be able to enjoy low transaction fees . 7 euros high which is ~0.003344 BTC at the rate of 1BTC=2081 EUR which am finding hard to believe...Unless you were charged extra fees from your online store.

You are using an exchange to store and spend your BTC.?
If you use a wallet like mycelium then you wont be even paying half of that fees. Use economy level fees and your transaction will be fast enough.
938  Economy / Gambling / Re: Invest in an online Casino on: July 12, 2017, 05:28:54 PM
30X return in only 6 months ? Shocked . What is the minimum amount to invest ? have your site gave any return to any investor. Can you show us proof?

no we havent given any return to our investors yet, because we still at ICO phase

you can invest any amount you like
https://dao.casino/?utm_source=butcher

To that person that commented earlier regarding transaction fees

please read this we have come up with a solution which eliminates transaction fees totally
https://medium.com/@dao.casino/fast-and-chargeless-dao-casino-accelerate-prototype-and-remove-fees-6a70763e5b6c

That is what everyone is asking, how can anyone believe you solidly that it will be 30X returns in 6 months, whereas in reality it is still in ICO phase and every ICO project can claim the same thing like you. If you have any proofs then let us know.
939  Economy / Marketplace / Re: anyone wanna sell btc@2100-2200 ? on: July 12, 2017, 05:18:50 PM
sup guys,
anyone wanna sell btc@2100-2000 ??
PM me

Why will anyone sell you at that price when they can get 250 to 300$ more in any exchanges??
If your rate was marginal or to the sell price of exchanges then someone might get interested in your offer. Otherwise, no one will be interested in your offer.
940  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Turning 50$ to 500$ within 1 month? on: July 12, 2017, 03:38:47 PM
I have once turned my 100$ into 250$ in 3 days. So turning 50$ into 500$ is quite possible. Though I made it out of luck and trying that luck again in trading now, hopefully, some of my coins shoot up and make some profit now. The market is turning green today and some of my altcoins are increasing more than my buy value.
