I have almost 4 Terahash of Shares sent to the pool:
"shares": 3587992917136,
And my best Share is this one:
"bestshare": 284416681640,929,
"bestever": 1952283518585,
I know it is chance and luck but with 1.56 Perahash running 24 hours and having such a low Bestshare gives me the impression that maybe the latency I have may prevent me to solve a block as it exceeds 100msl.
What do you more experienced users think?

Is it a correct data or is it a bad data?
ping time of 54 ms is absolutely fine hank you very much for your answer. Is there much difference between 10ms and 54ms for the resolution of a block? |

Which is accurate?
Your miner status page is your company portal, where you log in and they tell you, your salary is going to x, the pool page is your bank account, it's the actual $$ you are going to get, It's a funny analogy but whom would you trust more? It's possible that the status page on that firmware is broken, but it doesn't matter, always check the status on the pool page, if your daily hashrate is within a reasonable range of 1-2% in the span of a few days then you are good. if your hashrate is 100th, idealy it would show as 98th on the pool (- the 2% fee of BOs+) so anything in that 98th range +-1-2% would indicate an overall "healthy" mining. I've been trying it for about two years, I usually have an S19, also with 6 s19 and 750Th/s full months. During this time those doubts arise, I continue with everyone in Viabtc or I try my luck in ckpool, if I find a block I would get what I would have to be at least 15 years mining in viabtc, of course, if they do not find a block I do not recover the investment.... Is it possible that a chip X can find the solution of a block better than another one? I have several S19, I recently connected a S19K PRO and this K PRO has less chips than the S19J pro, is it possible to find out somehow if a type of chip has easier to solve a block.
And another doubt that arises to me, in percentage that is more feasible, to have a S19 in CKpool during a prolonged period of time or to have several S19 less time in CKpool, do you think that it is easier to solve a block with less TH during more time or more TH during less time?

I am talking with the guys at the other pool (PMP Mining...MAZA solo) One of the operators thinks it may be because of ASIC boost enabled in the S19 and MAZA isn't compatible with asic boost, rather than the miner being a problem. They have noticed other 100+TH miners that didn't hit blocks either and they thought it was a dual algorithm thing, but now are thinking asic boost issues ... got me  ? So it can I spin up a local CKpool on the test net to check my miner or is there a ckpool instance already up somewhere for test-net testing? I just don't want to run for years on solo ckpool and then realize the miner doesn't report found blocks... running solo on bitcoin is bad enough without that complication I've been a 19 for months, do I have to get ready? If there is a mistake, I'll leave it mining in a pool... thank you very much |

When we see the possibility that 9-figure shares can hit 15-figure shares, from another perspective, are there any seniors who have accumulated more than 14-figure shares and have not yet hit it? 114 ms is perfectly fine. Ideally I'd like to have an eu based server as well, but the pool is just too small to justify it.

Pool restart due for a couple of hours. My fee payout address will change but otherwise no change will be visible to users. As always, I expect downtime to be negligible and virtually imperceptible to miners.
The pool has been restarted. The solo fee address is now bc1q28kkr5hk4gnqe3evma6runjrd2pvqyp8fpwfzu . The only other change made is that stratum updates are now sent every 30 seconds, which updates transactions more often. There should be no visible change to users. Mine on! Hi CK. The last 5 or 6 to find a block also had very few shares..... I have shares": 1375211257425 I think it's better to stop trying.... Some people rotate their mining addresses so you may never get to know exactly how long they've been mining. Do they change management for any reason? I had not taken this into account. In the last few blocks found I always check the Shares and all the ones I looked at were very low so I understood they were very lucky. |
