the old blockchain is done..you cant transfer coins from old blockchain to the new one...you have to send your old wallet.dat file to the dev so that he can send coins to you on the new blockchain
and i can confirm the new blockchain is working...sent some coins from bittrex to new wallet and they showed up just fine...just confirmations are a bit slow right now because i bet not a whole lot of people are staking their wallets...
anyone with coins should be staking their coins to help increase network speed and security!
The editted OP indicates "If you have coins on Bittrex, they will be automatically converted" These are the 12k coins i sent to my new address from bittrex, from the new wallet, on the new blockchain. They are not there, and the final transaction still says "not yet redeemed" it's been 70+ hours since i've emailed my wallet.dat to the rox people and they have not replied. I would like to stake my coins...but they are not there. so you sent them FROM bittrex to the NEW wallet...from the OP? your wallet sync's? and you are sure you sent them to the correct address? i know you have probably checked this but i had to ask. i sent some today at 11:30 est. and they showed up immediately...just took a while to confirm completely... also if you look at the http://www.roxchain.info when you look at the txid it says "redeemed on input" which means when you SEND the coins they are redeemed...my tx says not redeemed as well but i have the coins in my wallet(at least im pretty sure this is how it works) Yes i sent from Bittrex to the new wallet - as per the info in the OP Yes my wallet syncd, and yes i'm sure i sent to the correct address. But still nothing in my wallet. I have sent the wallet.dat to my mac, and im trying to let it get the info now on here..i dont know what else to do.. In regards to the coinswap, I understand the concern as I was not comfortable emailing my wallet.dat initially to them but the devs sent me the precise amount of coins within a day. It is currently the middle of a work week and people have lives outside of crypto so I would not worry until we hear back from them on the thread. Regarding the bittrex withdrawal, that is a separate issue entirely which should be resolved by submitting a ticket. Richie and the other incredibly helpful members of bittrex are great and will surely be able to provide assistance. Good luck! |

Without any developer interaction this is a soon to be dead coin. Is there any reason at all to believe that this coin has any future at all?

Rox team will come up with next update only after they buy all the cheap coins and hold more than 40% of the total coins. Zero premine, but ninja PoW + Mega hash rented = instamine. Still not enough for them, so they would not care about FUD as they are buying cheap. They really are not greedy In the crypto world, market makers are necessary to enable people like us to swing trade during accumulation, watch the whales do their work without taking on the massive risks, and wait for the appropriate exit point. You believe that most alt coins organically grow without market manipulation? |

I just spoke with Richie at Bittrex. There were a bit over 3 million coins on the exchange, so we sent him the exact amount to do the swap. If you had your coins on Bittrex, you do not have to do a thing, they are on the correct blockchain now. Please make absolutely sure that you download the new wallet (link below) because you cannot send these x13 coins to your old x11 wallets. Please make sure that you move your old Roxcoin wallet directory in %appdata% as the new one will try to claim the same directory and the wallet will not start. If you did not have coins on Bittrex you MUST keep your old wallet.dat and e-mail it to us along with your new ROX wallet address so we can manually exchange coins for you. I've been really busy getting things done, so I've been spending more time coding instead of posting. Everything is on schedule. We have got a lot going on. We are making great progress. The anon will be released on Monday as planned.
Sounds great, I can't wait for the anon implementation! Also from a branding standpoint, AeroME will be great in regards to the encrypted chat system, keep up the oustanding development guys. I've not worried once during the decline, we won't see these prices again soon enough. Hold tight everyone! |
