A few suggestions:

  • You should consider suspending withdrawals to FaucetPay until everything is sorted out...
  • A button for reporting empty wallets [e.g. EC's dash wallet].
  • Addition of payouts to personal wallets.
    - I do know it requires a certain minimum amount and a fee.

Overall, it looks good Wink
Hello, thank you for your suggestions.

When the Security Incident was announced on the 14th of march we had allready suspended all withdrawals to FaucetPay. initially we had a persistent announcement up for it but have recently moved it to our news post (https://hotcryp.to/News/?ID=5). when someone tries to withdraw to FaucetPay they will receive an error referencing this incident.

as for a wallet being empty, we thought about the best way to detect and handle it. most of our providers give a clear error code for when we are out of a currency, so our system logs this and flags the currency as empty. this changes the wallet state users see on the withdraw page and notifies us that it has run out. we recently added the option to get a notification when we refill a currency so that users dont have to check every so often.

as for offering direct withdrawals to a user's wallet, we do have a plan to offer this, but as you said there would be a minimum and fee that we would have to forward onto the user. so for now the decision is to wait until there is demand for this.

i'd reccomend creating a Suggestion on our Feedback button, that way others can discuss and upvote it, this will help show demand for it.
