Some coins are better in commerce than others. Ripple and Stellar are great with wide access and low fees. Outside of large purchases, those are my go to for purchases.

The teacher's encouraging smile and the attention of his eyes will make his students face difficulties after encountering problems, because he has the teacher's attention and encouragement, even if it is difficult to solve, then a small smile How important it is. In the hospital, the doctor's ardent care for terminally ill patients, and deep greetings with smiles to patients every day

To maintain good health and to quit smoking, when the addiction to cigarettes occurs, you can chew a few pieces of gum to make a cigarette after a meal, and the happy living method of a living god becomes a fruit after a meal. In addition, exercise more, such as: playing ball, climbing mountains, doing gymnastics, etc., to distract and divert attention.

The habit of completing prescribed learning tasks in time
To complete the prescribed learning tasks within the prescribed time. Divide each prescribed learning time into several time periods, specify specific learning tasks for each time period according to the learning content, and require you to complete a specific learning task within a time period. Doing so can reduce or even avoid distraction or distraction during learning, and effectively improve learning efficiency. "Deep Thinking"
People often say that mathematics is not good, but they don't know where the problem is. They often say that they are stupid, have no talent, and cannot learn. As everyone knows, you can think about and get answers to these questions. For a problem that is not possible, see if the formula is not, or the concept is not thoroughly understood, or you have not seen this type. If you want to understand these, mathematical problems will be solved. And this thinking is the application of in-depth thinking.

I don’t know why, until recently I watched the masterpiece "Schindler’s List", "Saving a life is saving the world". In that era of madness, the brilliance of human nature is not just the rescued. Myself. Oscar Schindler, a complex and three-dimensional man, he is a speculative businessman, even a predator who fell into trouble and deceived others. However, his later feats told us that as long as one person has enough moral bottom line, it will be possible to save How many lives save the world and save themselves at the same time.

  • Brisk and comfortable music can not only give people beautiful edification and enjoyment, but also effectively relax people's spirit. Therefore, people might as well listen to more music and let beautiful music come after stressful work and study. Resolve mental exhaustion.
  • Healthy laughter is one of the best ways to eliminate mental stress, and it is also a pleasant way to vent. For this reason, people may wish to forget their worries and laugh often.
  • Traveling is also a good way, but you should choose the wilderness and the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of the city, because the relationship between man and nature is much closer than the relationship between man and the city.

Of course, a person without faith can only move towards skepticism and agnosticism-but as long as the person is still in awe of a certain ultimate law that he cannot be sure for the time being, and may exist, and is enthusiastic to explore, then This suspicion is also very valuable.

1. Don't make money with good friends, don't let relatives know that you have money.
2. Don't treat your partner and girlfriend as a "trash can", vent your negative emotions, they will be annoyed after a long time.
3. You can have no culture, but you have to read books. Reading is like a different life for an acting manager.
4. When doing everything, give yourself a time limit, there is no time limit, 90% of the time will be wasted.
5. Clean the room regularly, learn to get along with yourself carefully, cut away, stay away from people and things that make you uneasy, and stabilize your emotions.

My first book "The Education of Love".
After getting older, I have chosen to read and read good books. It seems that seeing good content is a matter of course, but I don’t have the excitement of my childhood. Yes, it is the passion, although the books I read are still very good. It is easy to be touched, but it will not inspire the light in your heart. The touch is always momentary, so so far I am most impressed. My favorite book turned out to be the "Education of Love" that I read in the third grade. In fact, it does not mean this. How good the book is. Although the book itself is a masterpiece, I think it is not a book suitable for adults to read. It is more suitable for children’s early education. Maybe it happened to be the right book at the right age, so this book That’s why I was so impressed. I have always liked it and kept it at home.

Maintain a sense of crisis. This is the driving force behind all habits. As a rural child, the desire for wealth and the small accomplishments at a young age make me always reflect on myself every time I see someone around me who is better than me. To force yourself to grow.

When I am unemployed and the financial situation is not very good, I will choose some methods to resolve my bad emotions. I will not let myself stay at home and do nothing. I will actively look for a job and have a good mentality. Do not complain to anyone. These are all setbacks in my life and I need to overcome them b

I run every morning, which makes me energetic. In addition, I also skip rope, which can burn my fat and keep me in good shape. Every Sunday I go back to the gym. At that time, there will be a cycling lesson, and I will have a cycling lesson. I didn't hire a personal trainer, and I mainly rely on my own efforts.
59  Other / Off-topic / Re: Higher education, is it so important? on: March 23, 2021, 03:31:00 AM
I think higher education is very important. We can learn more knowledge and abilities, which will be of great help to our future lives and abilities. At the same time, with a high degree of education, there will be more job opportunities, which we need to work hard to get.

Before I work, I will be quiet for a while, think about the problems I encountered at work yesterday, and reflect on it, so that I can make progress in my work, and I can also learn from each other in the process of work. This is a good habit, because in this way you can discover your strengths and weaknesses so that you can make progress and grow.
