So, the version of Patrick I have installed in Sierra, and although after more than 24 hours has not yet started staking everything is fine, Even though it does not work with maverick. The official Qt-OSX-v1000 version instead works perfectly on maverick (I have not tried other systems at the moment) and the staking process has not started either. Any help? staking relies on having sufficient coin weight, which is a combination of input size and age. you might have 50,000 coins, one deposit (or input) of 50,000 will stake quickly but if they're seperated into deposits (or inputs) of 1 coin each, they will not stake for a long time. if you're not staking there are two obvious answers, 1. your coins do not have sufficient weight yet, you'll just need to keep waiting. 2. your wallet does not have staking turned on, have you locked your wallet ? go into yr debug window/console (right click on Tor wallet icon in dock) and type getstakinginfo
 { "enabled" : true, "staking" : false, "errors" : "", "currentblocksize" : 0, "currentblocktx" : 0, "pooledtx" : 0, "difficulty" : 0.00024414, "search-interval" : 0, "weight" : 0, "netstakeweight" : 3877, "expectedtime" : -1 }
if your wallet is capable of staking it will have true for both values at the top. "enabled" means staking is turned on, "staking" means the wallet is actually attempting to stake, I have no coins capable of staking so mine says false.

Thank you for the flowers. I also did some code cleanups to get it working with up-to-date dependency libraries. Unfortunately Carsen no longer seems to be active on this project and I did not receive any of the proposed bounties for this job, yet. Anyway @Torcoin-Dev: Could you please send me a short ping via priv. msg. To test the wallet functions I need some TOR... What's the current official GitHub repository for this project? Pushing my code changes should make it possible to compile this project using Qt 5.4.2 on Windows and Linux/Unix derivates, too. i have already received bounty for the earlier version, the only issue with that version was some sort of file corruption during the process to upload to the torcoin site. it should be compatible down to 10.8, this is the git, i'd be interested to see your changes i use 5.3.2, and have completely forgotten to push my changes too .. i've had man flu for a few days and am not in the most focused of moods. lol haha and after all the flowers you got, i've been inspired to modify my process to include a fancy Applications alias too, it is a nice touch. https://github.com/TorCoinProject/torcoin

Those particular stakes were outweighed by another wallet
Then why that blocks comes to my wallet? Same problem have Nevacoin. Just TajCoin works correctly with staking from these blake2s coins. So If I buy a lot Honey I will outweighed other wallets over network and they will have invalid blocks? Its coded properly? Is here someone else who have same issue? TAJ has a percent based stake. NEVA and HONEY have static reward based stakes. Therefore, with NEVA and HONEY, yes.. you are actually being weighed against the network and the most weight wins... if it weren't like this the max supply would be reached in no time and the coin would have 0 value as everyone would be content to dump those hundreds of stakes every day those non-blocks are orphans, your wallet generated a block, sent it to the network but someone else generated a block close enough to yours and won the prize first.

this is going to be a quick and slightly messy post i'm not going in depth to how you do each step, so hopefully you can work it out or someone else can expand it it uses the exclusivecoind.exe which is the command line wallet, no gui, so you send it rpc calls to interact with it. a basic method to address the seeming issue where running multiple masternode with a single exclusivecoin instance is problematic, they stop after a while.i use a workaround in linux where i setup a cronjob to restart them every 15 minutes. the basic format is */15 * * * * * exclusivecoind masternode start-many
to replicate this in windows you need a couple basic steps, not to mention setting up yr actual masternodes. 1) you need the exclusivecoind.exe available here https://github.com/exclfork/ExclusiveCoin/tree/master/releasesto run the coind the exclusivecoin.conf file will need rpcuser=yourusername rpcpassword=youruserpassword
2) a bat file to run. in the bat file, will be a simple loop to send a command to the exclusivecoind.exe 1- download the file, make sure you added rpcuser/rpcpassword to your .conf file to run you will need a command prompt, cd to where file is located start /b exclusivecoind.exe using "start" means it will run in background so you can interface with it eg. "exclusivecoind.exe getinfo" 2- in a windows explorer navigate to where you want the bat file to run (mine is in same location as coind.exe), right click > create new text file rename to "whatever.bat" right click file > edit :loop exclusivecoind.exe masternode start-many timeout /t 900 /nobreak goto :loop open another command terminal, navigate to where the bat file is then start it. done. now you can send rpc commands to the coind in the first command window while the second just loops until you close it. if yr masternodes stop due to the "issue", then every 15 minutes (900 seconds) the command to start-many should kick them back into life. NOTE. you cannot run the qt-wallet and teh coind at the same time unless you use seperate datadirectories. try this if if your masternode/s stops unpredictably.

Our team obtained many of the cryptocurrencies that were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed. The CommunityCoin wallet.dat was among those recovered. We are now in the process of giving these wallet files back to their respective communities. The wallet has not been inspected and it's unknown if it contains any coins. If you are a developer of this coin, or a longstanding community member, you can file a request for the wallet in this thread: https://www.gldtalk.org/index.php?topic=3789.0i've replied and offered to take the cryptsy wallet. if i receive it i will let everyone know what's in it. i havent had a wallet going for quite a while. does anyone have any nodes?
not to worry, seem like plenty here http://crypto-trade.net/nodestatcurrently am syncing a new wallet with a few connections, all on height 987465, from memory i have some COMM so might be able to move the chain along again addnode=1.34.180.245:20801 addnode=51.254.196.222:58150 addnode=118.232.9.247:50000

I am getting the following error with the new wallet. Can anyone help please? I need to be able to use my old wallet.
FIRST GET THIS: Warning: error reading wallet.dat! All Keys read correctly, but transaction data or address book entries might be missing or incorrect.
THEN I GET THIS:
Exception:st13runtime_error CWallet:GetCredit()value out of range exclusivecoin-qt.com in Runaway exception.
how old is your old wallet ? there was a previous chain which was incompatible with the current one. before you do anything
it will be handy to back up all your data, there is a folder of wallet backups in the datadirectory, but the oldest gets written over on every new startup .. so just make a copy of your whole data directory, this will also mirror the blockchain you are up to. this will give you more options for messing about then being able to go back to your current state. in windows, open a folder explorer and type "%appdata%" in the top address bar, you should find a folder named "exclusivecoin" << copy the whole folder.

Hello guys, can someone tell my what happend when i sent coins for masternode - i can't take them back? How and how much profit i can take from masternode? I can't find info, please share link or invite to slack channel. Thank you.
they're always your coins, as long as you don't touch them where they are you can run a masternode, whenever you want you can sell them or whatever. for each block there is a PoS reward AND masternode reward of 0.5 EXCL each. how much you will receive depends on how many master nodes there are (and how many you run) - if there are 50 master nodes, then you might receive the average of 0.5 EXCL every 50 blocks. or at 1440 blocks per day you might get 1/50 = 14.4 EXCL per day.

GUUUUUUUUUUUUYYYYYYYYYYSSSSSS!
It is urgent, it seems no matter what I do, I can't seem to send my exclusive coins balance out of the wallet. I mean it comes up with 'insufficient funds' or 'instantX requires inputs with at least 10 confirmations' error.
What do I do? I want to send these to an exchange.
Thanks.
If you staked a block, it needs to be confirmed. Until then coins go to not available mode. If you dont want to stake go to: settings->options and in Reserve choose amount you want to send to exchange. Staking of current found block has to first end. Mmmmm I have gone into the setting to set this amount. However I don't know what you mean by staking. Literally, all I have done is open the wallet to then find I can't send any coins. Have even re downloaded the wallet to restore with wallet backup file. Still the same error comes up.... Is it a network issue your end? Thanks excl is a PoS coin, short version is that it uses your balance to "stake" to generate blocks, if you stake you will generate a small reward for each block. if you have "staked" a block, then those coins will not be available for a certain number of blocks. add staking=0, restart and wait till they are. coins must be a certain age before they are capable of staking, else they are immature. to stop staking, add to your exclusivecoin.conf and restart as to instantx, on the send coins dialog page you will see a couple of tick boxes down the bottom, you must have ticked instantX. "insufficient funds" means just that, you might not be accounting for a network fee which must be paid for all transactions. try deduction 0.0001 from your send amount. if this still doesn't work, turn on coin control, this gives you more options and will also hopefully give you more meaningful dialog to guide you with the correct tx fee (some transactions will cost more than the default 0.0001 coins - also instantX and darksend also require a greater fee). Where do I add 'staking=0' to.. an easy way to find your data directory is to look in your wallet-qt, then select settings show auto backups < this is a folder containing auto created backups of your wallet. then navigate up one folder, this should be your data directory, edit the file "exclusivecoin.conf" add "staking=0" as a new line if you have no such file, right click, new text file, rename to "exclusivecoin.conf" add the line. see if that helps
