Hi Paul, I am curious with your 1000 cores, how many blocks you mined per hours. I mine nothing. Best Rgrds, In 15 minutes, 1 cpu, 3 blocks, 3 rejects. So still having all rejects... had like 20 with previous miner. There is something weird going on here. you had 3 blocks in 15 mins? I've done another 1000 cores for an hour with the new miner, and I didn't find a single block. no errors, no rejects. I am using gmp 6.0.0 |

Superman, nice person. I love your work, your decision  Good input here,
As to you Supercomputing, I would recommend starting a Github and releasing your miner as "Experimental Coinshield HP Prime Miner" similar to Primecoin. This will help you get the credit you deserve for mining optimizations, and ensure that I can take care of the regular miner. We will post a link to your source and binaries on the OP if you choose to go this road. Mining for only 4 chains, and a small subset of the capabilities of Coinshield is not what I will include in the Coinshield Miner release, I will only include a fully functional miner as stable as I can make it. The Experimental miner can be for those that want to experiment, while my miner can bridge the time it takes for you to fine tune all your optimizations.
On another note, I'm releasing a new miner today with a fix to the crashing issues. I found out that on faster computers the mutex locks weren't fast enough, so added a little delay on the connection threads and it seems fixed. I'm working on some other optimizations not as qualified as Supercomputing's optimizations, but one that will work on all difficulty levels. I cannot release a new miner that only handles difficulty 4.x when difficulty is currently 4.64.

I am too, no coin anymore, strongest person earn all coins. Something is up...
I started mining this about 24 hours ago. In the first 12 hours I managed to find 30 blocks with 14 high end cpus. After updating to the latest wallet and 64bit miner I have found 0 blocks in these last 12 hours. The difficulty has remained the same around 4 the whole time.
Has anyone found any blocks since updating their wallets and miners?
Have you worked out the block rate? Maybe someone has a significantly enhanced miner and is just getting all of the blocks before you... On a totally different and not in any way related note, I stopped mining around 36 hours ago, around the time that SuperComputer started working on improving the miner. I noticed from his debug output screenshots that he was mining consecutive blocks. Not sure whether it was on the test net or not though. I'll start mining again when Viz releases the new miner with SuperComputer's update (or has that already happened?  ) |

Make sure all blocks is updated in your wallet,. you should update wallet too, I got that error yesterday. After updating wallet, problem is solved. Sorry if I missed this but all I get running the miner is "failed to update height". I see there is an updated miner coming shortly so will wait for that, but thought I would try again as there was an update since I last tried. Before it just crashed after a few minutes, now only this error.
The Wallet needs to be running when you run the miner. Also you need to get both the updated wallet and miner not just one of the updated pieces. Yeah I downloaded the latest walletn redownloaded the blockchain and used the newer miner. Downloaded both from Vic's latest post where he linked them. As I stated, I did in fact update both the wallet and miner from Vic's last post. In checking the wallet again, I am running the wallet dated 9-26. |

After upgrading from Videlicet, Windows miner increase speed 2x, but Ubuntu miner mine the same speed as before. @Videlicet
Thank You; your fix resolved my issue. I will release some enhancements later today for you to include in your mining application - greater than 100x in mining performance is expected.

Wallet sync and then stop syncing after several minutes, I do not know why to solve this. Try to test on 2 computer, the same result. Do you have solotion for this. Best Rgrds, Any small miners found any blocks within the last few hours?

on miner, it shows: failed to update hight Progress has been made. Issue resolved as we had it before. Changed difficulty starts and checkpoint timespan, found a couple bugs that brought upon our issues.
