Thank you for your attention! BSC is possible if the NFT p2p market becomes active. Battles will be ready in the second half of this year

The issue is not really what countries are blacklisted to receive bitcoins, but if you have a way to withdraw the funds on a way that works for you.
Bank, AMT system or equivalent, if not, you need to figure out a way to make use of those bitcoins online on a way that is relevant to you.

There are guys in almost every country who are ready to exchange bitcoin for cash. This is another option, it just remains to find them and make sure that they are not scammers.
