win88 --scam do not pay week. It is said that the admin had gone to the conference. And without it they can't make a decision. As if he has no Deputy? Say sent him a message, but he is not responding. In General, lying as they can.

We make automated cashouts in most cases and in others that require verification this is done at least every 24 hours.

There are zero messages from you here and could not find anything in customer support messages either.
Let us know how we can help you.

Thank you Win88 Support for getting the job done.

Deposit was credited to my account and is now ready to play.

Just one question, why is it I can't use autoebt right now?

Are there rules for new players?

Surprise surprise yet another bitcoinforum.info / win88 shill. You guys really don't give up, do you?

Autobet requires at least 1 minimum deposit - same as always.
It's not a "shill" that we reserve auto-bet for real depositors.  Why would we give free BTC and then allow people to autobet this it?

But anyway, let's give it a try, what's their email address?
And where was it published?

Trying to find out better if they are a trustworthy site or not.

You can always contact us through "Leave a Message" if customer service is not online.

I think you've already seen that we are trustworthy given the large cashout of yours that we processed quickly.

Why bother? They seem pretty shady to me. Not saying they're a scam but some of there behavior is a bit suspect especially with what seems to have gone on in here or has been alledged. There are plenty of better much more trusted options to gamble especially for dice sites. I'd give this one a miss personally.

What have we done to be untrustworthy?  We pay everyone out, out games are provably fair, we don't have fake numbers like many of the sites. and we've now been operating longer than most.
285  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - BITCOIN DICE | LOTTO | RPSLS on: February 26, 2015, 01:32:11 AM
Pretty much everyone who actively posts in this thread are shills of win88. Over 50 of them were busted the other day and there's seemingly many more. They also spam/shill this website: http://bitforum.info

Again, we cannot control what fans, affiliates, and others post (which is the same for anyone with a thread on BitcoinTalk).

We rarely even post ourselves these days - majority of posts are by users of the site many of whom answer one another's questions etc.

286  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - BITCOIN DICE | LOTTO | RPSLS on: February 26, 2015, 01:21:44 AM
Win88 has been spamming out users of primedice in an inappropriate way for quite some time. Random fake facebook accounts have been friending people who have liked the primedice facebook page and these same fake accounts are spamming win88 promotional posts. The same is occuring on twitter with win88 following and unfollowing primedice twitter followers, that is less annoying and not as much as an invasion of privacy.

I ask that you kindly reconsider these questionable marketing tactics as they just make me question your legitimacy and integrity. If you continue to friend/spam out PD users I will be leaving you negative trust.

Thanks Stunna for bringing this to our attention.  It's wonderful to hear from you as we have incredible respect for PrimeDice.
Sorry we are hearing from you under negative circumstances.

As is the case the with PrimeDice, we cannot control affiliates who decide to use Facebook or other techniques to try and get referrals.
The only thing we can do is post reminders on our site and in this forum for people to be more honorable in how they post their links.

We have people from PrimeDice every day spamming our site with links but I don't write you or on your forum about it.
I understand that this is outside of your control and surely annoying to you as well.

In the case of Twitter, I will talk to my team to see if anyone was actively following/unfollowing PrimeDice users.
If anything I would think following would be more general (bitcoin/crypto) which could of course overlap with PD users but that doesn't imply they were directly targeted.

Personally we are not even interested in FB marketing anyway given their strict policies on Gambling and in general acquiring users by one on one tactics is not of interest either.  It's too manual and inefficient.

Again, am sorry for whatever impressions you have of us, but these actions were not by members of our team.
That said, I will be posting a message on our website and also remind my team of internal fair/honest marketing policies.

18 hours without a withdrawal for me and it seems I am not the only one. Will keep this up until I get paid finally.

Did you send it to a correct address?

I certainly did! I also opted in to receive emails when my withdrawals are processed. Also I can check the status on the website and it says OnHold. Also, I am not the only one there having withdrawal problems. So yeah...the site's hot wallet must be on E or something. I'll keep this updated.

You asked for your previous cashout to be cancelled (which we honored).
Any behavior like this (canceling cashout or request to change cashout address) causes additional review as is the policy of many online casinos.

Your cashout will be processed once this additional review of your account is complete.

We are always honest and fair.  Making threats and being a jerk to our customer service staff will not accelerate things.

Glad you're having a positive experience Smiley

I just want to ask, how long will a 1 btc cashout arrive in my wallet?

Usually within a few hours - we manually review cashouts above a certain limit.  Cashouts <=0.2 BTC are automatic and that limit we expect to continue rising over time especially once we finish implementing user trust system (i.e. higher levels based on length of time and activity on the site)
290  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - 2K FAUCET - AUTOBET - INVEST - DICE | LOTTO | RPSLS on: December 15, 2014, 05:25:00 AM
My cashout is stuck on approved and the address where my cashouts usually come from seems to be nearly empty? Please tell me you have more coins in cold storage.

We manually approve everything above 0.2 BTC and I just approved all of the remaining cashouts.
Was stuck in the airport  (flight delayed 8 hours last night) and no wi-fi so sorry for any delays.

1) Yes we have cold storage in excess of our casino's total bankroll
2) Our collection of hot wallets has always been able to cover all cashouts - just needed a manual push and again sorry for the delay
3) Independent of our cold storage, we are a very well funded company and in this for the long run
291  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - NEW - AUTOBET - INVEST - DICE | LOTTO | RPSLS on: November 17, 2014, 05:48:32 AM
In general, when you have a concern:

1) Please contact us via "Chat with Us" or "Leave a Message" on win88.me main site
2) 2nd best option is to leave public note on public win88.me chat

We do not monitor BitcoinTalk 24-7 and are much faster to respond via our main support lines mentioned above.

292  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - NEW - AUTOBET - INVEST - DICE | LOTTO | RPSLS on: November 17, 2014, 05:44:54 AM
omg. ehm chasout 25% from balance?? im not see this rules or its just for auto chasout?

How long will I have to wait manual chasout

Any update? Did you get your cashout already? If not, how many confirmations right now?

no link transaction on win88, just log.and now still req like this

Your cashout of 0.51 was already processed and should be on its way already.

Your large volume of auto-betting and also large win required an extensive manual review and you should be all set now.
293  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - NEW - AUTOBET - INVEST - DICE | LOTTO | RPSLS on: October 04, 2014, 09:22:28 PM
Autobet is now live!

294  Economy / Gambling / Re: WIN88.ME - NEW - PAID AFFILIATE PROGRAM - INVEST - DICE | LOTTO on: September 29, 2014, 09:49:27 PM
i personally profit 1BTC at the site from 0.02BTC Grin
succes cashout perfectly. then i deposit it back.
unfortunately, im too stupid at bet. then i lost it all. but there's very fun game  Grin

Why all these news always come out of newbies ? Ringing Bell.

Making 50x return with gambling is unlikely but not impossible. That being said, I would just take that as a fairy tale when there is zero info provided.

A few people have indeed seen really high returns as should happen with millions of bets placed.  The best case is still @solidpro who successfully cashed out 1 BTC playing only from the faucet.
295  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win88 - Don't Play/Invest Here - Proven Scammers on: September 25, 2014, 05:58:06 AM
Please send me a PM with your win88 username so I can review your chats with our customer service.

I made a throwaway account with a random name. It may have been "tttttt" or something like that.

Our customer service can answer most questions but not all of them.  They have been trained to create tickets which will come to my attention or someone else at a more senior level when things are beyond the scope of their knowledge or lookup capabilities.

It's easier just to disconnect the chat session it seems. I asked how much of my investment would be risked per dice roll. They copy/pasted the text from the investment page of the site, which doesn't address the question at all. I told them I had read that text on the site but that it doesn't answer the question and they disconnected the chat session.

Customer service has told to promote certain new features of the site (like our affiliate program) but I am surprised to hear they were encouraging spamming since that certainly did not come from their training.  Again, please let me know more details so that I can look into this further and speak to the specific agent about your experience.

They pasted the same ad to my twice during our conversation. I wouldn't be surprised if it was automated by the site to all customer service chats in fact. It was advertising your referral program, which presumably incentivises me to spread my referral link as widely as possible, also known as spamming.

I am sorry this was your experience.  We can only help our staff improve when we know there is an issue.
I personally review many of the private chats but am unable to do so for 100%.

So not only do you not have time to support your site, but you don't even have time to make sure that the people you pay to do it for you are doing it right? If there are too many customer support conversations to monitor, it would be a good idea to wait for customers to initiate them rather than having your CSRs start them at random. Like I say, I didn't initiate the conversation it just popped up trying to get me to use the affiliate program.

please give us the opportunity to improve your perception of Win88.

OK, go for it.

@dooglus - thank you for the detailed info.  I was able to locate your conversation with customer support and have send you 2 PM's with full answers to your questions from the chat log.  Please reply to my PM if you have any additional questions.
296  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win88 Did Not Pay Me .26 on: September 25, 2014, 05:54:30 AM

1) After long review of the account, we have released the entire 0.46 that was being held and under review.
Although rules were broken, the amounts appear to have been won fairly on that account.

2) Although we released the funds, going forward we have a 0 tolerance policy for multiple account creation, especially now that other games like RPSLS multiplayer are online.

3) Please everyone thoroughly read and re-read the terms+conditions you agreed to when joining the sign.
Policies are there to protect everyone including players, not just the site.

297  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win88 - Don't Play/Invest Here - Proven Scammers on: September 25, 2014, 02:08:27 AM

I can say you're the only site I've ever seen to take someone's earnings because he broke a rule.  A rule that has nothing to do with how he obtained the earnings.

We have not "taken any earnings" - the account is simply under review.

I cannot comment on other sites or their policies, but we are in this for the long term and that means making careful decisions and also keeping to principles and integrity.  Fair play and enforcement of policies helps everyone - other players, investors, ....

And in terms of rule breaking, multiple accounts is highly correlated with other scrupulous behavior hence the need to careful review all play.

298  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win88 - Don't Play/Invest Here - Proven Scammers on: September 25, 2014, 01:42:41 AM
Summary:

Player tries to cheat site.
Site finds it. If site haven't found it, site would have lost BTC
Site hits back, locks his account.

My view point:

it is fair, considering the fact that if this wasn't detected, this guy with i think 2 alt accounts (i don't think it is 4 though), will not have given back the money earned by unfair means.

So, it is upto win88 to decide. The player does not have the right to claim it, because he violated the rules and terms of the site.

Extract from T&C:
Quote
Each user may register only once. ...  Additionally, win88 will allow up to 2 accounts in a single household as long as the number of accounts corresponds to the same number of individual persons who actually registered. Win88 reserves the right to investigate and suspend multiple accounts found to belong to only one person and will also suspend any accounts of people who know each other and found to be manipulating the system in any way.
...
Disqualification. In the event of any abuse or unauthorized use of the user account, due to actions or omissions of the user, which is in breach of these Terms or to the detriment of win88 or third parties, win88 shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently disqualify the user, disable its account and, if appropriate, report the commission of a crime. Examples of such unauthorized usage include (but are not limited to) non-payment of credits, use of unauthorized third-party software, or the creation of multiple user accounts by the same individual.

Well, this is my stand.

Refunding his money means, you can try to cheat the site without any loss.
But since he says he won't repeat it, win88 can consider giving it back.

Nowher ein their ToS does it say they can withhold funds.  He didn't scam for the money he wants.  He made it legit.

Actually, the TOS does cover this: "Credits won in violation of our Terms & Conditions will be forfeited"

In any event, we are in discussing an amicable solution with Infinity/Candystripes/BatmanBad/Win88Scam despite the fact he did on more than 1 occasion break the rules.  Rules are there for a reason especially in regards to multiple accounts.

Ugh, I guess I got what I deserves for acting such a way. I should've never made two accounts, nevermind three and four, even after I was told not to. It was my fault.

This teaches me alot. Glad to see that the admin stepped up in front of the support guy. This isn't a scam site after all!

Don't make two accounts guy!

5+ hours after sending the apology, still not refunded.

Did the admin ask you to apologize publicly and promise to refund you afterwards?
Or you just apologized, hoping the admin will be "nicer" to you?

Admin was traveling most of the last 36 hours so apologize for delayed replies here.
We are currently in discussions via private chat to find an amicable solution and I believe we are there.

For those who did not play in win88 or didnt get as far as depositing should shut up. You dont even play on the site!!! And batmanbad, did you get as far as depositing? If not.. Then you should shut up.. You are just one of those indonesians who play for free 16 hours a day!  Undecided

I received horrible customer support before depositing. I was enquiring about the investment opportunity but their inability to answer my questions put me off. That's useful information for others considering the site.

Horrible? Why? Because you got a message about a referral program? Is that basis enough to tag win88 a scam site? hmmmm.. Do you have a vested interest with the post?

You cannot call a site scam, when you didnt even play with it. JustDice maker like you should know that.

So called "customer support" was incompetent and seemed only really to be interested in spamming me about how if I spammed my referral link around I could make a few cents.

I didn't call the site a scam. Don't put words into my mouth. I just relayed the bad experience I had with it. I have no vested interest.

Your point that you can't call a scam a scam unless you've personally fallen victim to it is weird. What difference does it make whether I was smart enough not to get scammed? That doesn't change anything about whether it's a scam or not.

Please send me a PM with your win88 username so I can review your chats with our customer service.

Again, we are in this for the long run and please give us the opportunity to improve your perception of Win88.
