can you explain a bit, how the fork is going to happen? are you going to increase the supply? every coin holder will receive the same amount of coins he has today?
No decisions have been made at this time, and we can't describe the details because we haven't decided on anything. The coin will stay as it is until we conduct some market research on the 'pros & cons' of any 'proposed' change. Forking it isn't urgent. The more time you take working on the fork, the better the end result will be.

...Edit: It's very easy to take people's money on BTT, but it's harder to actually deliver on words. I'm more concerned with delivering on what we are proposing with Nevra and getting the test-net, and eventual main-net up and running.
That's an honest strategy. There's been too many ICOs where the dev took the money and ran without developing anything. Not accepting donations without a working coin proves you are serious about the project.

And another whole week of constant slow down-movement.
Well, maybe it goes to 10k again in the coming months.
or in the coming hours Three weeks ago it was $6000. Nudging back up to $10000 from $9500 shouldn't take long. There was constant slow up movement between 4th Feb and 21 Feb. A slight correction for the last half a week is healthy.

Week #2 Update:
...There's about 5% of the supply allocated to developers for Nevra, and may enter a donation round, in also which you be awarded with, only after we have a working test-net, will we seek any donations
Which coins will be donated during the donation round? Nevra itself? Bitcoin, ether? Could you provide more information about how the donation round works? Nem incentivized its devs by giving them extra stakes from the distribution, and I think the 5% of Nevra for the devs is a good incentive. Nevertheless including a donation round will attract the highest quality devs.

Seems to me that no solution has been reached in the Gox scenario. How can you declare your losses if you don't know exactly what they are yet? I would say you should see what the actual final settlement is before declaring losses. As far as I know, nothing has been "realized" yet.
Nothing's been decided , the bankruptcy isn't even completed yet. The next creditors meeting in a few weeks might reveal if the civil rehabilitation is getting approved. ... Wait another ~15 days, the next creditor meeting should clarify if civil rehabilitation gets approved or not (bankruptcy goes on). The outcome may be known sooner, check the reddit mtgoxinsolvency in ~10 days. https://www.reddit.com/r/mtgoxinsolvency/If the civil rehabilitation gets approved the bankruptcy will settle the proceedings based on the price of bitcoin three years ago. That leaves $859 million left over for Mr Karpeles from the $1.3 billion recovered from Gox. https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/mark-karpeles-will-end-taking-859-million-mt-gox-bankruptcy/That's why a group of creditors are considering further legal action to stop Mr Karpeles from getting the $859 million. ..., the https://mtgoxlegal.com group has formed, raised funds and grew to around 500 people in size since the last creditors meeting. There are ways to prevent an unfair distribution and we're working towards that right now. Further legal action could delay the bankruptcy for even longer, stopping anything getting "realized" for a considerable time,

From that time I have earned a lot more then I did with bitcoin mainly with XRP, ETH and lately also EOS. For me, bitcoin is for bartenders and cab drivers who react on technical developments with a several year delay.
What are the technical developments of XRP, ETH, and EOS that surpass Bitcoin? It would be nice to know now, rather than a year from now. XRP is good for making fast and cheap transactions. Scales better than bitcoin. Far from decentralized, but it gets the job done if you are in a hurry. [snip] Paypal is good for making fast and cheap transactions. Scales better than bitcoin. Far from decentralized, but it gets the job done if you are in a hurry. XRP is a joke. XRP is only good for making fast and cheap transactions when its network isn't heavily overloaded with transactions. Most public nodes become unavailable for requests when its network gets overloaded. It happened during the pump last December. https://twitter.com/Changelly_team/status/941125209209352192Changelly.com @Changelly_team
Dear Adam Jones. XRP network is heavily overloaded of transactions now. Public nodes are mostly unavailable for requests. Attempts to send coins are rejected. You may check any popular service is having issues for the last 24 hours, unfortunately. It's not our issue, sorry.

That is a very good question, but we cannot just assume that it's because the whole population of the poor and mediocre are all depressed and suicidal deep inside. Even smart people seem to be more likely to be depressed and doubt one self. Because they tend to live more in their head and overthink things.
With the arrival of the information age I think we have produced way more smart people than ever before. The internet has become such a powerful tool to educate yourself, anybody with an cellphone has a tremendous amount of knowledge in their pocket. Too bad many people choose to not use it to it's fullest potential. So that could be one of the reasons why depression and suicide rates are climbing. I'm not sure I have not done research on this matter.
There were several polls where people tried to find a correlation between the income and happiness. The population of US as a whole indicated that increases up to 75K/year would make them happier, but further increase would not (average US family income is about 50-53K). Anyone earning ridiculous amounts of money will make people jealous. Coping with that jealousy would make most people miserable and depressed. Imagine parking your lambo then returning and finding someone jealous has scratched the paint work.

The latest from MasterLuc: I'm 90% sure that a giant triangle is drawn on the weekends. First, there are often triangles in a quadruple. Secondly, triangles are certainly after such a swing.
I think that this 2 month wave from 19800 to 5500 is the first wave A of the future triangle.
How long will the correction take? Well, if wave A lasted almost 2 months, then count. For about a year we will dance around ten. I lived through most of 2015 dancing around $200, so I definitely could live with dancing around 10K for a while. Theymos said he's happy with solid support at $5000, and so am I. If it dances around $10000 for months I'll be ecstatic.

I read an interesting theory that Bitcoin was started by the US treasury, and that it was an experiment to help them design a new world currency. They saved the output from the first year's mining to help them control prices later down the line. It's starting to look as if Bitcoins are being removed from the market, and this is a good omen for long term price trends. It will mke it unusable as a payment method though, except for large transactions of course.
This would explain the block size of 1 MB then. By reading the original paper and Satoshi's old posts, I am still not sure why the block was not made bigger from the beginning, unless what you say is true. There wasn't a one MB block size limit in the beginning. Bitcoin had an effective block size of 32 MB in the beginning. Satoshi changed it to one MB in the summer of 2010. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Scalability_FAQBitcoin Core was initially released without an explicit block size limit. However, the code did limit network messages to a maximum of 32 MiB, setting an effective upper bound on block size.[2]
Around 15 July 2010, Satoshi Nakamoto changed Bitcoin Core’s mining code so that it wouldn’t create any blocks larger than 990,000 bytes.[3]
Two months later on 7 September 2010, Nakamoto changed Bitcoin Core’s consensus rules to reject blocks larger than 1,000,000 bytes (1 megabyte) if their block height was higher than 79,400.[4] (Block 79,400 was later produced on 12 September 2010.[5])

I just submitted the coin to coinmarketcap. Will let everyone know when I hear back from them!
It's probably a bad idea to request coinmarketcap adds trancecoin. The request form clearly says it doesn't add coins with less volume than 50000 USD equivalent a day, and trancecoin only had $900 volume today. This is what coinmarketcap says. Does the cryptocurrency have at least 50000 USD equivalent of daily trading volume on exchanges? If you answer no to that question it shows this message. Insufficient trading volume Sorry, your cryptocurrency or exchange is not eligible to be added at this time. If you answered yes to the question it will probably just annoy the coinmarketcap operators.

new exchange please! hi dev, you can use ico fund to pay fees new exchange AGC price is sick now!! yes you right weh choice best exchange, last week we want list on yobit but our community risk if pay on yobit because they never listed your coin after pay them, agcfund pilot project start on feb or march we will list new exchange ASAP I read a few complaints from different devs who paid for yobit listing, but yobit didn't list their coins. It's probably best to pay more to another exchange that's guaranteed to list agricoin. yes you right, some tell me like that too so we now find best exchange and low price for listing, we get offering from hitbtc but need 25 BTC, Please tell us if you find best exchange Novaexchange might be worth consideration. It will list a coin for one bitcoin. https://novaexchange.com/faq/frequently_asked_questions/How can I list a new coin?
If it is a new and untested currency we do accept Pay to List service. Currently, there is a setup fee of 1 BTC and a yearly fee of 0.25 BTC - this yearly fee does not apply to coins that have a trading volume of at least 0.2 BTC over a three (3) weeks period. In order to list a coin, its wallet must have an open source code available for inspecting trojans and other malware that could manipulate Novaexchange as a service.
Can you list/unlist a currency?
The simple answer is Yes! We are limited by hardware, and some currencies will be unlisted if they do not have a 0.2 BTC Volume over a period of three (3) weeks. We do however offer an un-listing guarantee program, where the community can pay a yearly fee in order to keep the currency listed. The fee is currently set to 0.25 BTC/year. Bleutrade might be worth contacting. I don't think it accepts payment to list a coin, but you can request it lists AGRICOIN. https://bleutrade.com/
