Yes, the site is experiencing very, very high volume. We understand this is frustrating. Please tell any referrals you may have to be patient or try again in a few moments. If you feel that your account has been marked as "Paid" but you didn't receive coins, we are here to fix this. We are preparing a large batch file that will pay out any users that were mistakenly marked "paid". This should be available very soon. Thanks again for all of your great work and patience

Dear Latium Community,
Thank you for bringing the payout issues to our attention. We found 192 accounts that were marked as "paid" but weren't actually paid. We have paid those users. If you are one of the users affected by this, oversight, please open your wallet and confirm the coins have been received. The Latium BlockChain is running again and payouts are enabled. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience during this maintenance. Keep spreading the word about Latium!

4. Also, when you finally receive confirmation email, the emails contains something like your latium was already claimed, even if you never heard of latium before. 5. If you finally have an account and you work hard to have some reffs, the shitty system flags random affiliates as declined and you dont receive your commission, and your new affiliate will have the same 0 balance. After that be sure he/she wont be interested to have more affiliates.
Yeah, this is what I don't get. Most people I know already think cryptos are shady, it's hard enough to get them to sign up with their alt emails and then the account gets flagged or the balance stays at 0. I'm kinda giving up. We're very sorry to lose you. Thank you for the time and effort you have given. Good luck with other ventures.

Do you want feedback?? Here it is: 1. Latium support center is good, but only 8-10 hours/day, Monday-Friday. 2. Latium servers work SOMETIMES. 3. Latium smtp is almost dead, sometimes sends emails in inbox, sometimes in spam, sometimes you never receive registering emails. 6. and has maintained a stable market-value for nearly three months ?? where is the stability??? from 60k satoshi 3 months ago to 7k and decreasing now? I have 8 of my last 30 commissions declined, and I know the rule with DM, no public discussion of personal account stats bla bla. I think you need to give an answer for the community, not for me, because I am not the only one with declined commisions. Cheers! Thank you very much for your input. We know it can be frustrating at times- trying to refer users to a site that is at times unreliable, but please remember this is an experimental project that has expanded to a global scale. It is inevitable that when something grows this fast and to this scale that challenges will arise. We are very appreciative of both new users and the dedicated users that have been with Latium from the onset. We are dedicated to fixing each and every one of the issues you just mentioned. We always try to work cooperatively with our great users because they have the best perspective on the status and effectiveness of the site and system. Users can expect more declined commissions as Latium grows. Unfortunately, there are many users out there that try to bend the rules to receive illegitimate coins. These issues are soon to be reduced with some system fixes that are currently in development. Notice all the coins that have come and gone in the short lifespan of Latium. This coin is here to stay because we have an awesome userbase and the developers are dedicated to the project. We apologize for any previous inconveniences and for any that may arise in the future. These issues are the result of rapid growth on the way to a greater goal. Thanks- LAT Devs.

It would be my pleasure to leave a positive feedback on cointelegraph, but how can I do this when my problems are with people who wants to register and they can not because the site is down or the sign up process takes 20 minutes? I understand you are facing lots of problems with the server and the database, but when you have such problems, someone from your staff should be always connected to the Latium community. You are too selfish if you afford to have a fixed 8 hours working schedule with weekend off. and the way commissions are approved is really shady. Basically you can try to get as many ppl as you can, which is the whole point of this coin, then have them all denied and you can't do shit. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input and we are constantly trying to improve the system. The process of registering for Latium is soon to be altered for more efficiency and less wait time. Again, your patience is appreciated. With over 3000 sign-ups yesterday, the Latium community grows exponentially each day.

We are aware of some issues regarding speed on Latium.cc. We are working on fixing this right now. If you have a specific question about a payment, remember to check the blockchain first. If you see the transaction has cleared, there is very little that we, the Latium developers, can do about it. If you've checked the blockchain and still have an issue, send us a direct message that includes your Username/email, wallet address and the amount of the transaction that is in question. Usually, problems with payments are related to the wallet not being connected or users sending to an incorrect wallet address. We are happy to address any issues with our dedicated Latium users. Thanks!

Again we 2nd at finish line I told this day before Thanks for your efforts in voting. Keep it up! It is in vain. We will go always at the second place. Always will be someone with bot which will finish first. That is alright. Our community is made up of real users that strongly support Latium. In time, Latium will be listed on other exchanges by merit rather than a flawed voting system. Thank you again for all you do.
