4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN ★ PANTHER COIN ★ PINK ★ HYBRID ★ on: April 17, 2016, 09:11:16 PM
ok, so here is an update, we started the Panthercoin wallet and immediately found out some data points. We stopped the wallet while the investigation was ongoing. We required some more clarifications. We have investigated the codebase and decided to mitigate some risks in it as precaution.

Right now the wallet is running again and seems not well connected at the moment, address generation goes fine, not sure about the confirmation times!  Grin

This is a darn good investment, when we start the trading option soon you got front row seats!  Cheesy

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Got some work for people interested in coding on: February 16, 2016, 09:27:23 PM
Hi There,

OK so I got nearly 100USD equivalent to spend on the creation of an Altcoin, customer demand.

Requirements:
Standard litecoin clone
100mil coins total of which 20mil premined
Proof of work, but proof of stake also fine
Compile of windows + mac client software (we will host the daemon for the customer and hand over the 20mil to him)

Got £300 equivalent on completion of first prototype + £200 on implementation

Requirements:
User friendly, visually pleasing "web based IOS wallet solution"
including: QR input functionality (probably photo upload) easy to use send and receive options
Password at sign up and a warning issued when there are too many coins in the wallet

There is 2500 GBP equivalent available for some other jobs as well, we are swamped so we need some help with the incoming.

Thanks a lot, and you see we don't only take from the community but also give back.  Roll Eyes Kiss

Wanted to strike a deal with them, there was no growth interest. Last statement I got was in January. Pity. Real pity.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MRY] Murraycoin ▪ The Only Currency Worthy of Bill Murray ▪ Now Scrypt-2048 on: May 28, 2015, 01:57:37 PM
It's pretty easy, Register on digital ocean here via this link: https://www.digitalocean.com/?refcode=fcb3d2dacab1 then put 25$ on the account, that will give us 25$ as well as referral, that means we can run Murraycoin for at least 5 months for free, so anyone can use Murraycoin in their shopping carts.. What do you think? We dropped Murraycoin because nobody was interested, when serious, that's all you have to do.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN][CNR] Coinectar - New Crypto currency project - funded by Cointopay.com on: May 27, 2015, 09:10:39 AM
Hello there fellow imhovaters!

This is an announcement to launch the Coinectar crypto currency.

What makes this crypto currency so special?

1) It is hard linked to the euro, meaning when you buy Coinectar at a gateway the price is always that of 1 euro.
If people will try to pump it that can be done, but it can never go lower than 1 euro.
2) It will be the native currency for all cointopay platforms. Meaning that you can convert altcoins to Coinectar and visa versa using the HoudiniS.W.A.P. extension.
3) It has an interest rate, this has to be determined, rates might vary. Interest rate is provided by gateway wallet service
4) Unlimited supply, there are no limits
5) It will be proof of stake based with 100% premine
6) It acts as database with additional rpc calls to determine other cointopay compatible platforms
7) You can download a windows or linux wallet (this will not give interest)

If you feel other requirements need to be built in let me know. We are looking for some devs to start this. Will report back once I have more information.

Devs, please contact via this topic or PM. Let's do this Leeroy!

Also, since 18-05-2015 you can now order altcoins with International VISA and Mastercard again. Woowoo!

P.S. You can also order carboncoin via carbonshopper.com with Paypal!

Cointopay.com is banned from Paypal, hence the happyness that can at least do some business again.  Cheesy

16  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] DASH - Start your own WooCommerce DASH/BITCOIN eShop in 10 Minutes! on: May 19, 2015, 03:13:51 PM
Hey guys,

Why not integrate with your poloniex, bittrex or bleutrade account directly instead of your own wallet. It makes conversions to bitcoin much easier when you get an incoming payment. Grin

Create a autonomy account on cointopay.com

Enter on a 'per coin' basis your account information, it's based on API keys so you can disable withdraw (more secure).

Here is how to set xchange up:

Here is our Woo commerce:

The more competition the better, right gourl.io  Kiss

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Who is a bagholder and who is a bitcoin fanboy (and bagholder) on: May 19, 2015, 08:41:00 AM
Hi guys,

Let's be open about it, who is holding massive amounts of altcoins hoping that the coin will hit all time highs?

But also who is a bitcoin fanboy, or even a paid bitcoin fanboy. Let's open up. ;-)

My story is that I began to gain interest in crypto currencies after learning about Litecoin. Currently I am basically fan of every crypto currencies for it's strenghts and weaknesses. Actually Cointopay.com is not bagholding any coins, believe it or not. We just have some funds that we convert to fiat (for those that want it). Others see crypto as a long term investment and keep them on their accounts.

What I see is that there are at least 40 crypto's that are here to stay.

I think that when it comes to innovation the supercoins/altcoins are the way to go. Let me know what you think!
