It's not just cash deposits/withdrawals. Any combination of transactions reaching or exceeding 10.000 USD within 48 hours can/will be reported. This includes the EURO zone (SEPA) where a copy of each bank transaction is send to the US for analyses. So details of a bank transfer from Italy to Spain, or even within the same city between your family members is send over to the US. It depends on your risk profile if you get into trouble or not.

Also single person business owners (non-limited companies) also fall under that rule.

Thanks for the update !

I wonder if Tickstory works better to convert the data: http://www.tickstory.com

A good thing with the csv file is that we have all the ticks, but when we convert it to M1, we throw away most of the tick data. So MT4 gives bad results in backtesting whereas using the csv directly gives very different results due to the extreme volatility of BTC.

I will try to develop a tool to preserve all ticks in MT4 when I have some free time.

Is there a way to keep all ticks we have in the csv files in MT4 ? This tool and others seem to filter out only M1 data at best means they throw away most of the available tick data. For precise backtesting this is pretty useless for some strategies.
