1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huobi Partners with Gala Games on Layer-1 integration and Web3 Ecosystem Develop on: April 01, 2023, 03:11:32 PM
Keseoma I am on your side, I was about to say the exact same, if there is a way j can warn the Gala team about this Justin Sun believe me I would because I am also an investor of gala games, I am not even sure that the team will listen to me but anyway, I am dumping all my altcoins in next bull market, no long term plan for altcoins, only Bitcoin.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taxes on NFT holders on: March 30, 2023, 01:13:13 PM
imagine it

paying tax on ingame purchases.. turns Steam into tax reporting agents of its customers rather than games retailers

so soon you wont be able to play online games without KYC

Only in the US I bet, this is getting out of hands and the current president of the US needs to leave the office for someone better to run, this man is just trying to milk out of every possible thing he can think of, I am hoping that this will only affects all players in the US, I can't do without online gaming, this will suck very bad.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest only in active projects on: March 30, 2023, 11:01:43 AM
OP is very lucky if holding the coin list until now, I believe you have made a great profit, in 2018 I held a lot of tokens such as Harmony, Ultra, and Abyss, but I was unlucky because I sold all those tokens in early 2020
This is why getting early into projects is the best investment strategy, I like this Ultra project because it's like Gala but there will never be a chance to buy at 0.02$ again, lucky are those that got early into this type of project, I believe that gaming projects in crypto space will gain bigger attention in next bull market.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Investment: Good Debts vs Bad Debts on: March 30, 2023, 09:17:15 AM
Debt is debt, you have to pay up anyway.

I don't care what you plan to use the money for, just pay back what you lend and you will be free, stupid people take loans and spent it on stupid things while the rich and smart people takes loan and use it for a greater course that could benefit them in future.

Still, even if you use loan money to invest in good business there is still a risk, the business might fail and been in good debt or bad debt will be meaningless, because a debt is still a debt.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / This is crazy on: March 28, 2023, 03:08:30 PM
Something crazy is going on, I was watching some price predictions of my favorite altcoins on Youtube yesterday and I was a few videos about some women that claimed that God revealed to them that a certain amount of crypto projects will bring huge amount of money to those who invest in them, are you ready for this?

Shiba inu was predicted to reach 50$ per token, this woman said God revealed this price to her, another channel which is also a lady claimed that God said Shiba inu will be the new wealth transfer for people in few years to this time.

I read some comments and I saw how many people belief in this prophecy, has anyone seen something like this before. What do you believe?
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam alert] Fake Arbitrum airdrop claim website.. on: March 28, 2023, 02:41:04 PM
There are some fake links like this on Twitter that are telling people to claim Zksync airdrop before launch,  Cheesy Grin Grin I know this is fake and people have lost their arbitrum tokens clicking on random links on Twitter, I don't know what the team is doing that these scam links are running around freely on the platform.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: March 28, 2023, 01:26:14 PM
Government are not responsible for making people rich, some people believe that government is responsible for their own laziness, the government can only bring good opportunities like free education, run water and build schools, this is the job of the government, not to enrich people, or something.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do we go from here on: March 27, 2023, 03:34:00 PM
It's worrisome but since AI is built by humans it is possible to create some manual shutdown to such technology, oh, I may be wrong, AI are very smart and they can notice this safe shutdown process and find a way to bypass it, I hope this won't happen and those building AI need to be very careful with what they feed AI, too much of information can be used against us.

If someone like Bill and Musk can feel this way about AI who am I to think otherwise?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: March 27, 2023, 03:02:41 PM
In every bear market, altcoins go down in value more than Bitcoin, some projects appear genuine, but turn out to be scams, causing investors to lose money, making investors lose trust in altcoins. It's alright for investors to feel skeptical about altcoins because it's too risky but more profitable to deal with altcoins.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Is risky to invest this period on: March 27, 2023, 02:51:08 PM
There is no better time to buy BTC and other alts than now, what do you expect? 10k Bitcoin like many others? I doubt you will still buy if such happens, before you know what's happening Bitcoin value would have been long gone, Buy and hold for long tern instead.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TerraForm Labs Founder Do Kwon faces $57M lawsuit on: March 25, 2023, 06:03:04 PM
Do Kwon is finally arrested and that's good news, this guy and FTX Sam have the same drive in common, they should both be spending years behind bars, this will set an example for any future incoming FTX and Terra Luna, I know big scammers like these two are still out there looking for an opportunity to mess with peoples lives, this is why crypto regulation is important.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future is looking good for P2e games on: March 25, 2023, 05:42:01 PM
I am so bullish on play-to-earn games, if done right, many gamers around the world might end up coming into blockchain gaming, the best project on my mind is ALU and GALA, since platforms like these don't rely on a single game they will be successful, they provide access to tons of games and game developers can also use their platforms to build new games, this is cool. Also not too long ago ALU just partnered with Delysium, a shooter play to earn game with AAA gamingraphicsic-like.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DAI and USDC depegged! on: March 25, 2023, 05:08:09 PM
It's funny how everyone hates USDT but it is the only stablecoin that isn't been touched by any negative news this time around, many believe that USDT will be the only stablecoin worth going down, but we have forgotten that they have once been investigated in the past, all the USDT devs are visible to the law, this somehow gives me the confidence that USDT can't mess things up.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RUN, while you still can. on: March 23, 2023, 02:57:43 PM
This is a common scamming trick, you can get away with this if you are using an empty wallet address for airdrops and free claiming of NFTs even if you are a newbie in this crypto space, only greedy people get scammed with this trick, Twitter is now a scammers dungeon as everything on the platform is easy to duplicate, and the team and devs don't bother dealing with such tricksters unless few people decide to report the account, shame.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: ChipMixer and clone sites are still in the wild on: March 23, 2023, 12:44:58 PM
I prefer Brave browser, you don't need anything else if you have this browser, it comes with inbuilt ad blocker that blocks ads and trackers by default, it also has inbuilt script blocker, we all know how useful and script blocker can be for heavy internet users and it has access to the Tor Network easily, the second best on my list is Tor Browser.
16  Economy / Economics / More trouble for crypto? on: March 23, 2023, 12:03:37 PM
Coinbase and Tron developer sir Justin Sun are now the next target of the SEC, this morning I read on Twitter that SEC is going to arrest Justin for market manipulations and Selling Securities, there is also some cases about Fraud, this is going go be tough, what do you think will unfold from this? Scary or Nah???
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My Investing Coin on: March 22, 2023, 10:00:17 AM
Make sure the projects you support are well audited and they also have good utilities, exchange listing is also very important because if the projects don't get listed on top exchanges the adoption won't be good enough, some new projects are listed on pancakeswap and that's it, I will never buy any token that's listed on just one or two less popular exchanges, know where to put your money at work.
18  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which one would you rather work for on: March 22, 2023, 09:47:44 AM
I don't like working under any companies so I would have turned them down even if I have the right qualifications, I have the dream of building something big for myself and myself alone, I don't like someone bossing me around.

If you like anonymity it is better to work for uniswap, the law can't decide to hunt them because they don't have any identity, unless I am wrong.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What holds you back from investing in Altcoins ? on: March 22, 2023, 07:00:26 AM
Altcoin is a higher risk investment, it's not something you can rush to do, you need to do some thoroughly research or risk getting into the hands of rugpull projects, I have invested into metaverse and A.I projects but I have handful of new projects I am waiting for, I will buy after the launch.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there a place in the world you could live like a king via sig campaigns? on: March 21, 2023, 06:15:22 PM
I can live comfortably with 200$ per month in my country, with 400$ per month I can feed two people comfortably, but I am making less than 150$ per month with my job, I am participating in a signature campaign, hoping to make some good money out of it and invest the money in Bitcoin, I can hold till next green market, no problem.
