Actually, the newly created accounts have too much of limitations. Maybe thats why he wants to buy an account. What kind of advantages does an aged account offer? as compared to an account which is brand new? There is no waiting period on transactions. For example, with level one, you have to wait 48-72h for first withdraw to your BTC wallet. However, even if they say they don't check transactions that are higher lever, I still think that there is very big possibility that they will eventually disable that account, since it will have different IP address and different Paypal or Skrill address for deposit your money. |
